Happy Valentine’s Day!

Here’s a Valentine’s Day Desmond,

I couldn’t make a new set of Professor Layton Valentine’s Day cards this year so I settled on making this Valentine’s Desmond cooking you breakfast.

Happy Valentine’s Day

Here is my Desmond Valentine’s for this year. The first one says ‘Wishing you the most dazzling Valentine’s Day!’ And the second is simple ‘Happy Valentine’s Day!’

I wanted to draw him in a cute, fun Valentine’s Day/Hearts outfit and with a 80′s anime city pop vibe background. I hope I did him justice and I hope you enjoy it!

His left hand is slightly pushing up his glasses while his right is casually at his side. His glasses are a soft pink colour in the shape of hearts. He is wearing a pinkish/red dress shirt, a cranberry waistcoat decorated with heart buttons and tiny heart pattern. He has a brown coat resting over his shoulders, a red handkerchief peaking from waistcoat breast pocket in the shape of a heart. He has a light soft pink tie and heart golden tie clip and dark brown slacks. The background is a purple/pink hue sky with fluffy clouds, speckled with stars and has a crescent moon in it. There are four buildings two on either side of Desmond in varying heights and bright pink and purple bubbles around the frame.

Animal Crossing Village Vash

I thought it would be cute to draw Vash as a villager and then came to the conclusion that a cat may suit him best. Also his villager type might be Smug only because I can’t see him as Cranky and he’s not really Lazy.

If I ever make anymore Trigun ones I was thinking Wolf Wolfwood (of course also cranky villager type) , Mouse Meryl (Normal or snooty) and I’m not sure for Roberto maybe Wolf or Eagle (cranky), maybe also Rhino or Bear Millie (Normal or Peppy type).

Anyway I hope you like him!

Desmond / Descole as Jekyll and Hyde

Happy Halloween! I’ve worked a lot as of late on this so I hope this looks alright.

This idea has been stewing in my mind for about a year or two with the hope that someday I can make an animatic for it to the musicals music. But I’m happy to have even made just a poster-esc type drawing.

Just some fun cute Desmond Sycamore icons,since I hadn’t changed mine since October and I thought it would be nice to redraw this as a low stress drawing after having trouble with the Sonia and Rauru drawing. Also I tried to see what this would look like with a pink hue to it since I’m very fond of it so here it is as well.

This is a bit of a side note, while drawing this I was looking at the last laughing drawing of Desmond I made and comparing how much it changed for the better in my thoughts. I hope you like them!

Here’s Wisterian, I drew the sketch out for him about maybe two months ago and then thought it might be fun to do a digital piece. So I hope you like him!

This was a fun practice for using pastel colours and it’s always fun to draw anything stars and fantasy aesthetic. He’s somewhat a unicorn centaur though I pictured him only having two legs. I think maybe he might have an interest in astronomy or book keeper or florist healer.

(Side Note: I honestly didn’t think I would be able to make it and finish it on time this year but I’m happy it worked out. It took me about a few days though I got sick at the end of it.)

I keep forgetting to post my sketches for a long while and my sketchbook has been filling up. So I’ve been wondering…
