I made the thirty-eighth painting of Dear, United Kingdom. This is Derek Price, Norman's brown-haired cousin who came to live with him and his aunt Dilys after his parents sent him in the 6th season.

In the cartoon, Derek has brown hair and eyes, fair skin and light freckles. Unlike Norman, he doesn't wear a pair of glasses and also speaks a British accent.
In the fanfics, Derek's eyes are now bright olive green and has pale skin colour. He also wore a light purplish-grey woven sweater and a pair of grey pants and maroon shoes.
I made him a two shades of purplish-burgundy coloured background which is dark at the top and light at the bottom.

One of @speedbird1987's Fireman Sam original characters is Juliana Diaz from the United States of America. She's the school safety agent who worked at New York Police Department in the U.S. state of New York.

Juliana Diaz is an American police officer who works in New York Police Department (NYPD) and has been served as the School Safety Agent.

CBP Officer Stacy Mendez is an American officer of Latin American who worked and had served in the United States Customs and Border Protection.
Headcanon about Chief Fire Officer Boyce from Fireman Sam
Chief Fire Officer Horatio Boyce was born and raised in Newtown, Wales, UK in somewhere between early or mid 1940's.
He and his colleague, Station Officer Norris Basil Steele, both trained together at the same Fire Academy, after which they both together started work at the Pontypandy Fire Service.
Boyce later got transferred to Newtown Fire Station, where he climbed up the ladder and eventually became Chief Fire Officer.
He visited Pontypandy after a very long time during The Great Fire of Pontypandy, when he came to present Sam with the Medal of Outstanding Bravery. During his visit he also offered Sam a promotion as Station Officer of the New Rapid Response Fire Unit in Newtown, which was eventually declined by Sam.
He stood in for Station Officer Steele, as a relief when he injured his back.
He has also often been sent by HQ to conduct drills and assessments for the Pontypandy Fire Station. He tested Elvis' driving for his Advanced Driving Certificate, and he also tests the team's abilities in multiple rescue scenarios and demonstrates how to perform certain rescues.
In Set For Action!, under controversial circumstances, he had no choice but to dismiss Sam from the brigade for failing a simple safety check, but he reinstated him after evidence was given by Sam's nephew James that the safety check was foiled by Flex Dexter.

Headcanon about the Boyce family
Chief Fire Officer Horatio Boyce was born in Cardiff, Wales on 18th April 1940 to a Catholic family of Welsh, Irish, Dutch and Scandinavian heritage.
His father, William Boyce, a postman, was born on 1907 in Northern Ireland to both parents of mixed Welsh and Irish descent and raised in Cardiff, Wales.
His mother, Caroline De Vries, was born in Swansea, Wales to Nicolaas De Vries, a physician from the Netherlands and his Scandinavian wife, Aurora Olsen.
He has an older sister named Marine Huisman, who was born on 22nd March 1937 in Cardiff. She has a husband, four daughters and several grandchildren.

Um, my opinion is about the episodes that usually I watch is Fireman Sam (1987 until now). This has been my favorite program since 7 years ago. Even now, watching this show reminds me of a time that was previously forgotten for 7 years. The other episodes are shows I've never watched since I was a kid, but when I watch them, I feel bad when I'm watching another show.
