🌟 what is a glamour?
Often used for beauty spells, glamours are a type of spell used for creating an illusion over a person or object. They can be used for a number of purposes, such as to make someone more attractive, appear more confident, to make an object harder to find, or a person be more or less likely to be noticed.
HOW TO WRITE YOUR OWN GLAMOUR SPELLS 🌟
🌟 common spell components for glamours:
CRYSTALS — rose quartz / plain quartz / amethyst / selenite,
WATERS — full moon water, sun water, dew, melted snow, ocean water
TOOLS — candles (pink, white, blue) / brushes / mirrors / ribbons
ENCHANTED OBJECTS — jewelry / makeup / toiletries / clothes
MISC — flowers / fruits / sugar / sea salt

Shower Spell for the New Year
So I love bath spells and bath magic, but I had a shit ton to do today- and the day a busy schedule keeps me from doing magic is the day the I willingly watch the Uncle Grandpa episode of Steven Universe. Anyway.
Here’s what you need:
Sugar (or other exfoliate)- removal of the old to reveal the new
Oil (I used coconut)- to nourish and strengthen
Orange zest- represents the sun, fire, energy, and new life
Tea- I used a blend of Black, Green, and Oolong for energy, self-reflection, banishment of negative energies, healing, and strength- but use whatever you would like for your intent.
Optional:
A face mask- I use one containing charcoal for protection
Crystals, a talisman, or other objects that represent you to sit on the edge of the tub.
A motivational playlist to listen to.
Candles or incense with a specific intent.
Really, anything you would like to add for extra magical oomph.
To make the main scrub, mix one part oil, one part orange zest, and one part tea with two parts of sugar. Scrub over your body in circular motions- clockwise to call forth and counter clockwise to banish. Adjust the ratios to your liking.
Focus on different areas of your body: your shoulders that they may carry the burdens of the new year, your heart that it may be open, your hands that they may make great things, and your feet that they may take you far. Thank your body for its service, promise that you will not mistreat it or belittle it.
Other than that, listen to your music, cast a mini circle in the shower, ground, cleanse, do whatever you would like to celebrate the coming year.

It smells so good and makes your skin super duper soft. 100/10 would witch again.

Natural beauty tips!
Aloe vera: It helps with acne & softens hair. The best way to get it? Grow it yourself! (bonus: you get to use in smoothies for nutritional benefits as well).
Patchouli essential oil (diluted with jojoba oil, don’t use essential oils without diluting them first): Fades acne scars & It will literally make you glow. Massage your face & body with it. It has also emotional healing properties.
Tea tree essential oil (diluted with jojoba oil): Fades acne scars.
Bergamot essential oil (like always, diluted): Helps with acne. It has also emotional healing properties (helps with depression).
Apple cider vinegar: After showering, rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar diluted in some water. It will soften your hair & it will look beautiful. Apple cider vinegar also works as a toner & helps fade acne scars.
Witch Hazel: My fave natural toner apart from apple cider vinegar.
Rose water: Some use rose water as a toner, i use it as a natural perfume (to cleanse my aura). It uplifts mood. Remember to use a 100% natural one tho.
Jasmine essential oil: Also an aphrodisiac, will make you feel beautiful & it smells amazing. Add a little bit diluted with a carrier oil on hands/neck as a perfume!

Portable Glamour Mirror
Find a small hand or compact mirror you like the look of. It’s okay if the glass itself isn’t perfect. Draw a sigil of beauty, confidence, any gender presenting desires you may have, or even one that gives “fuck off” vibes. Whatever you’d like help with presenting while going about your day-to-day life.
Press the sigil paper against the glass of the mirror and “paint” it with rose water while chanting “by this sigil, so see me, so be me” over and over. Let the paper dry completely resting on the mirror before removing.
Look in the mirror whenever you need a boost and chant “so see me, so be me” at least three times.
