The little globe on my desk
Spins tales for me of the city where we met –
And where you said you loved me
For the first time with your easy summer smile –
But as I twirl it with my finger, so smoothly,
Like you had me wrapped around yours,
I feel a sort of relief in knowing
That I don't wonder where you are
And what you’re doing anymore.

If there’s one commercial that spoke to me in a different level? This one’s it, not only because of the portrayal of Gio Levy (Lol, half-kind of) but the way this actually gave the feel of determination to achieve a dream despite the loss and other circumstances. Plus, it’s about song compositions/wordplay which have and had always been included in my steady list of good frustrations.
Writers are the best lovers. Yes?
The warmth of the scenes were pretty captivating but the impact for me is in between melancholic and romantic due to that certain lingering fear of losing something with the same weight of that ideal relationship quality. Not easy.
