No major warnings, very slight cursing (not edited)
Soojin sighed as she looked at her phone and waited for Seojun to come out of the studio. She was seated on one of the tables in the cafeteria at Move Entertainment. She tapped her feet impatiently as she sat there, it had been 2 days since Seojun witnessed her breakdown and decided to give her space to recover like he said. She felt embarrassed, not because she ruined one of his favourite jackets with her tears but because media had caught him holding her hand on a busy sidewalk that night. There were numerous stories and rumours around them and she was bombarded with calls from Jugyeong and Soo ah. She decided to ignore those calls because she knew they will only ask her questions she didn't wanna answer especially when she was recovering from her father's visit and her realisation of having feelings for Seojun.
If it was in her hands, she would've continued to avoid Seojun, but she had to come to the office to clear the rumours and make a statement that Seojun was just her friend and he was helping her out. It hurt her to say something like that but she couldn't really do anything about it, it was for Seojun's good and she knew that one sided love was all that was written in her fate.
In the past two days, she couldn't help but wonder when was it that it happened? When was the moment she started getting attached to Seojun and was dumb enough to not realise it? Was it when he made fun of her need to set everything in an order or was it when they bickered over almost any topic they could find? Was it when he called her everytime he was free and they would go to her favourite restaurant go grab a meal or was it when he stayed up late and planned a birthday surprise for a kid by performing a little concert at the orphanage the kid stayed in and the one her company helped? Was it when he casually called her pretty and bossy at the same time or was it when he apologized to her for calling her a piece of trash?
She remembered the time he did.
It was one of those nights, he walked her home after they hung out. They were both laughing at how a random old woman on the road mistook Seojun to be her grandson and dragged both of them along with her to come with her and have some dinner or tea at her place. Neither of them had the heart to refuse the old woman and it clearly looked like she missed her young grandson, so they decided to join her and much to their dismay, her real son approached them and apologised for the inconvenience she caused, she apologised and both of them told her it was not much of a big deal.
"Ya. Do you think we would've got free dinner if her son didn't come?" He asked her.
"Really? You are thinking about dinner? Oh My God." She exclaimed as he burst into laughter.
"No, no, no, I mean, food is everything you know." He said as she chuckled.
"You are such a goofball, I swear." She responded as he smiled at her. They both kept walking till they reached her apartment, they always took the route which less crowded and where he could freely roam without the mask.
"Next time, don't remove your mask in public, otherwise some other grandma will make you her grandson." She said as she nudged him.
He rolled his eyes but eventually laughed it off and shook his head as they finally reached her apartment.
"Don't worry, I won't." He replied as she nodded.
"Get home safe and try to stay as far as possible from groups of girls." She said as he smiled.
"Why? Are you jealous?" He asked as she laughed at his stupid question.
"No, because I want you to stay alive and not choke yourself to death when you get smothered by thousands of girls." She said as a matter of fact and he simply shook his head and she shrugged it off.
"Ya, Kang Soojin." He said as she looked at him.
"I'm sorry." He said out of nowhere and she looked at him blankly.
Why was he apologising to her?
"For what?" She asked as she studied his expression.
"I'm sorry for being a jerk to you back in school and for calling all those awful things." He said as she opened her mouth to say something but closed it back again.
"I know it's out of nowhere, but I just felt like I should apologise, so I did." He continued as she looked at him wordlessly.
Something about his apology was sincere even when she knew what she did was worth way worse than the words he chose to call her back then. Honestly, she deserved those words to be slapped on her and there was no justification for what she did except for it being a mean of escape which she found in Suho back then but she didn't anymore when she realized that what she did led to loosing one thing she cherished so dearly, her friendship with everyone including Suho.
"Why are you apologising? I deserved it." She said and scoffed at herself.
"Maybe, that version of you did, but I wanted to apologise to this version of you and not let her hold on to what I said back then." He explained as she looked at him with a smile.
"You don't have anything to apologise for, it's all in the past, it's like a closed back, I've moved past it, those words don't bother me that much anymore but it's the guilt that bothers me, it's always there whenever I'm around Jugyeong." She replied as he looked at her with a slight frown.
"Suho wasn't worth all that, honestly." He added as she chuckled.
"Yeah." She said as he looked at her and she looked back at him. There was just silence as they looked at each other.
"Don't you have rehearsals tomorrow for your concert?" She cleared her throat and asked him, his eyes widened as he remembered the rehearsal timings for the next day.
"Oh, no, I do. Oh, no, no. Heegyeong is gonna kill me if I don't reach the studio on time. I'll see you this weekend?" He asked as he checked his pocket for the bus pass.
"Yeah, you will, if I don't any event or work that is." She said as he smiled.
"Good, then, I'll see you later. Good night." He said and turned around to leave.
"Ya, Han Seojun!" She called out.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"Why don't get a car for yourself?" She asked as his eyes widened to realise that he was rich now and he scratched the back of his neck and looked down.
"It will save you the hustle." She continued as he nodded.
"I'll look into it." He responded and turned his back to walk ahead.
"Good Night!" She called out as he waved his hand one last time and so did she as heΒ walked away. She stood there as she smiled to her self wondering when will Seojun finally learn to organize himself and then walked towards the elevator.
"Soojin?" Heegyeong's voice pulled her out of the trance as she looked at her and smiled.
"Yeah. Should I come now?" She asked as Heegyeong sat beside her.
"No, don't worry, it's handled. You don't have to make a statement, we cleared it out and warned Seojun to not be so careless." She replied and looked at Soojin.
"It's not his fault. I was the one who was in a hurry. I'm sorry for this mess." She said as Heegyeong looked at her with a small smile.
"You don't have to apologise Soojin, I understand, everyone has good and bad days and it's completely okay to have them." She said as Soojin nodded.
On the other side, Han Seojun ruffled his hair as he walked out of one of the studios and looked around to find Soojin. He was glad that she was doing alright and then he felt a sudden flutter in his chest as he looked at her smile at Heegyeong. He gulped not knowing why he felt that. He stopped as he admired her from the distance and a goofy smile appeared on his face.
Honestly, he would be lying if he didn't admit that Soojin effected him, her happiness and just her presence made him happy in ways he couldn't define, at first he felt like she was more of a replacement for Jugyeong and maybe her presence acted like some kind of a rebound for him but now he was sure that she was different and unique and maybe that's why he liked her presence around him. He weirdly felt comfort in the way she scolded him when she looked at the mess he made most of the time and the times she explained what certain words and references meant in fan letters. There was another tug on his heart's strings when she smiled and turned around to look at him. He smiled as he felt a gush of flutters in his stomach and she waved at him. He wasn't a fool to not realise what these feelings were but he was reluctant to accept that he started to feel them around someone who wasn't Jugyeong.
Did he finally move on from Jugyeong?
His heart whispered a yes as he walked towards Soojin, stood in front of her and ruffled her hair and she scowled at his action and that scowl on her face as she set her hair right and the rapid beating of his heart was enough for him to know that yes, he was finally over Jugyeong and that, yes, he definitely developed feelings for his school's ex top mark securing girl.
_
"We have something to tell y'all." Jugyeong said as she tapped the table and everyone looked at her.
It was weekend after the whole mess that happened with Seojun and the media, He apologised to Soojin for not being careful and she gave him a lecture on how he should be more careful with all of this and how risky it was to expose his face especially when they are teenagers around and how no one knows what their intentions can be, some might be innocent but what if someone was looking for some revenge or was an obsessed psychopath. He couldn't help but laugh at her theories only to get a silencing glare from her. They made up irrespective of the fact that neither of them were aware about the feelings they developed for the other.
They were now seated at the same table they sat months ago in the same position but it was dinner now, Jugyeong called all of them to gather here and they did because no one wanted to hear Jugyeong get mad at them for skipping the dinner.
"Don't tell me you are pregnant." Tae hoon blurted out as Soo ah burst into laughter.
Suho just shook his head at them and observed everyone.
Jugyeong glared at Soo ah but shrugged it off eventually as Soo ah let out a nervous chuckle. Jugyeong smiled at everyone who looked at her and then put her left hand up showing the sparkling diamond ring on her ring finger.
"Suho proposed and I said yes." She exclaimed happily as Suho smiled at her and wrapped his arm around to pull her close while the girls gushed at the news. Soo ah squealed at the news with happiness and Soojin smiled at her best friend. Suho observed Seojun's reaction but much to his surprise, he didn't feel his heart clench, like all the times before and he gave them a genuine smile and clapped along with the others congratulating the pair. Suho thanked them with a smile as Soojin looked at Seojun smile and felt happy that he finally moved on from Jugyeong.
After a while, Cho rong and Tae hoon decided to go explore something which opened down the street while Suho and Seojun walked out of the restaurant to let the girls to gush over details and spend their time alone without their partners or friends.
"You like Soojin?" Suho asked Seojun as they looked at the street view. Seojun choked on his drink as Suho shook his head at him.
"What? No." He said and shrugged.
"After all these years, you must know better than lying to my face." Suho said as he observed his friend's reaction. Seojun was silent as he contemplated the idea of telling Suho and eventually gave in.
"I...I do." Seojun said after a while as he cleared his throat.
"Then, why didn't you tell her?" He asked him.
"Do you think I'm ready for another heartbreak?" He asked as Suho looked at him.
"How will you know without confessing?" Suho asked instead.
"I guess, I just know how is it when the person I like looks at me as a friend." He said and shrugged.
"Maybe she doesn't." Suho said as he turned around to look at the girls from the window.
And much to his surprise, he found Soojin throw a glance towards Seojun and it confirmed his suspicions.
"Let it be. Will you?" Seojun asked with a mixture of scowl and frown on his face.
"As you wish." Suho said as he looked at him.
"Honestly, I still can't believe that you found a girl and fell in love." Seojun said as Suho raised an eyebrow at him.
"What? Have you looked at yourself? With those death glares and eyebrow raises you give, it's hard to believe that someone fell in love with you." Seojun explained as Suho smiled at his best friend.
"You are really a dumbass." Suho said as Seojun widened his eyes.
"Who are you calling dumbass, dumbass?" He asked as Suho shrugged and decided to walk ahead.
"I asked Jugyeong to call us when they are done talking, wanna join me for a walk?" Suho asked Seojun. Seojun stopped for a while and looked at Soojin smile and talk to her friends and he couldn't help but smile at the sight, he sighed and looked at Suho who stood there waiting for his response. He could definitely use a bit of fresh air to clear his head.
"Alright. Let's go." He said and covered his face with a mask and joined Suho.

Warnings: a little angst (not edited)
Han Seojun smiled as he looked at one of the fans approach him at the fan sign event which was conducted to help young kids who can't afford going to school, the idea of it was proposed to the entertainment by none other than Kang Soojin and because she was the one who suggested Heegyeong decided to let her plan the event. The fan in front of him smiled at him brightly and expressed her gratitude and her appreciation for him as he nodded and thanked her for her appreciation and time. He quietly signed on the piece of paper she offered and watched her approach the other members of his band as he ran his fingers through his hair to set them right. His eyes stopped at Soojin who was writing something down on a notepad as she heard someone give her instructions from the other side of her phone. Her face was tensed up and he pursed his lips as he watched her furrow her eyebrows and look around for something. He was extremely proud of her for becoming this selfless and strong woman but he knew that she needed a break too sometimes but she never let herself rest. His attention was torn away from him as he looked at another fan approach him and he put on the same bright smile on his face to welcome her.
-
Soojin rubbed her forehead with her fingers as she looked around for something that was supposedly important part of the concluding ceremony but she couldn't find it. Her hands felt sweaty and a feeling of being the reason for someone's disappointment spread over her. She took a deep breath and turned around only to be startled by Seojun coming out of nowhere and screaming "boo". She placed her hand on her chest to calm her racing heart and shook her head.
"You look so stressed. Take a break." He said as she glared at him and continued to think where could this ribbon tied box be?
"Ya? Soojin?" He called as she turned and looked at him. Neither of them realized how close they were standing till their eyes met and she felt his breath on her face and so did she. Their hearts beat in their own sync rapidly in their chests and both of them silently prayed for the other to not notice. He gulped and stepped away and she decided to look around.
"I'll be back in a while." She mumbled and walked away using 'looking for the box' as an excuse.
Seojun smacked his head as he watched her leave and cursed himself silently for making her uncomfortable.
-
She finally found the box with the ribbons and held it in her hands and turned around to walk away but stopped in her tracks when she heard something as people watched her.
Isn't she Doctor Kang's daughter?
Oh My God. Do you know her backstory? I read the other day that she exposed her best friend's secret because she liked the boy her best friend was dating.
And oh my goodness, did you know she apparently left her father's house like imagine being so full of yourself and look at her now, she is working like a servant here lol
She doesn't deserve Han Seojun at all, I mean have you looked at him and then there's her
She heard the footsteps fade away as they eyed her one last time and walked away. Her face remained stoic as her head flooded with so many things at once and it was like someone slapped her right across her face and reminded her that she doesn't deserve anything good. She wasn't the one who just let someone speak over her and let them drag her down but those words they spoke, they had nothing but truth behind them.
She didn't deserve Han Seojun, he was way too good for her, she was like a broken toy who was still learning to fix herself while he was like breathe of fresh air that made people around him happy. He deserved someone who will help him light up his life further and not darken it and suffocate him with the baggage of a dark past. She blinked as she came back into her senses and held the box closer to herself and walked away from there. She went to the management area and placed the box there. Seojun looked at her and smiled to grab her attention but she didn't look back at him, she just couldn't.
Seojun noticed it and he couldn't help but worry now. What happened? He wondered as he looked at her. But was interrupted when his fellow band member tapped his shoulder and asked him something, he answered his questions but half heartedly, his attendance was focused on Soojin. He decided to go talk to her but was stopped by the management as they asked him to attend a q/a panel, he tried to convince them to let him go for a while but they asked him to comply. He reluctantly went and sat back in his seat to attend the panel. There were many questions asked and he answered most of them with a fake smile plastered on his face. One question captured his attention and he looked down not knowing what to answer.
Is there someone who means the world to you?
Kang Soojin's ears perked up when she heard the question. She knew what the answer will be but something inside in her wanted to her him say so that it would hurt less than it already does.
"There is." came his answer and it caught her off guard, her eyes widened but she tried to not give a reaction as she checked things on her notepad and tried her to show that she was unaffected. The audience broke into a chatter and Seojun couldn't help but throw a small glance towards Soojin and turned to face the crowd.
"His mom." His bandmate replied as the media broke into a bunch of awws but he was lost in his own world unbothered about how he almost made a big mess and simply nodded at them knowing that answer was applicable too. His mom did mean the world to him.
The reporters jumped to ask them other questions regarding the personal lives but his management stepped in and closed the event for the day. The reporters thanked them for their time and he bowed slightly and exited the stage. Realization hit me like a bucket of cold water when he watched Heegyeong glare at him.
"What was that?" She asked and he gulped.
"Well?" She asked again as he scratched the back of his neck and she raised her eyebrow at him.
"That was a huge gesture now, I don't even care about the mess media will make out of it but you better tell me that you've finally told Soojin how you feel about her." She continued as his eyes widened and he looked around to see if Soojin was anywhere near them, much to his luck, she stood on the other side of the stage checking supplies and distributing pamphlets.
"I didn't." He said as Heegyeong slapped her palm to her forehead.
"You are such an idiot, I swear." She said as she looked at Soojin and then back at him.
"I'll tell her soon." He said as Heegyeong shook her head at him.
"We'll see. I'll handle the media." She replied and walked away. Seojun smiled and walked towards Soojin but his band mates dragged him the other way to bombard him with questions knowing that he wasn't definitely talking about his mom.
_
It was late in the night and Soojin decided to go home alone. She sighed as she reached her home and was about to her open the door to her apartment when she heard the ting of her elevator.
"Soojin." She heard a voice follow it and just stood there still instead of turning around.
"Why have you been ignoring me?" He asked as she gulped not wanting to face him.
"Soojin, I'm asking you something. Please, answer me." He repeated as she took a deep breathe to calm herself down.
A week, she managed to avoid Han Seojun for a week, she didn't respond to his calls or visit him at his studio, she left early before he could come to her workplace and that was because he knew him and his schedule too well. She didn't expect him to show up to her apartment at this time on a week night, especially when the release of his new album was 3 days away.
He stepped closer to her when she didn't respond. His heart broke in his chest to look at her avoid him like that. Initially, he thought that she was upset because he didn't tell her about the person he likes but then he figured it was more than that when she started pushing him away.
"Soojin?" He called out once again but this time his voice was softer than before and it was filled with so much affection than it almost made Soojin turn around.
"Ya. Why are you here?" She managed to speak out and he stopped in his tracks.
"What do you mean by why am I here?" He asked.
"Aren't you supposed to be busy?" She asked.
"I am, but what am I supposed to do when this person who I truly care about decides to ignore me for a week?" He asked her.
"You are supposed to leave her and never come back to her because she isn't worth it." She said as her voice cracked in the end.
"What? What do you mean by not worth it?" He asked as he stepped closer.
"Because, I'm not worth it, Seojun." She said as she turned around and he stepped back as he looked at the vulnerability in her voice.
"I'm not worth it, I'm not worth anything, I don't deserve to be happy, that's what is written for me. My entire life, I've suffered because I'm not perfect and I'm useless, I kept trying to prove myself to so many people so many times, but no one ever liked me or appreciated me the way I wanted them to and I was fine with it, I was adapting accordingly but then you showed up in my life after all those years where I struggled to be content with the fact that I'm not worth anything because of what I did, I tried being selfish and ended up destroying myself and it will haunt me forever. But, why did you come along, why did you not push me away like others? Why were you like this sunshine that lit up my dark world." She said all at once as he processed it.
"But, alas, you will never know how is it to feel like that?" She asked as he looked at her.
"Who else will know that pain better than me?" He asked himself.
The weirdest thing about both of them was how they suffered from loving someone who will never be theirs and that ache was something they could relate to and maybe that's what they had in common with all those differences that set them aside.
"I already destroyed myself, I don't want to destroy you, Seojun." She said as she felt tears run down her face and his heart clenched at the sight in front of him while she looked at him with an aching heart.
"I don't want to break my heart either. I don't think I can do that to myself again." She whispered more to herself but he heard it.
He walked closer to her and expected her to lash out on him when he held her face in his palms. She looked so broken but so beautiful at the same time that he couldn't help but admire her in that raw state.
"Then, don't let your heart break." He whispered, caressed her cheeks and wiped her tears off with his thumbs.
"Kang Soojin, I appreciate you and adore you the way you are. I don't care about what you did in the past, because you are not what she was anymore, that Kang Soojin learned and repented for her mistakes and became the girl in front of me who is strong, kind and compassionate and that's the girl, I like." He said as he brushed her hair strands off her face with one hand and held her face with the other.
She felt fresh tears pool in her tears as she looked at the man in front of her and couldn't help admire him as he looked into her eyes.
He pressed his lips to her forehead and she felt tingles over her skin and a gush of warmth spread all over her body and she felt safe near him.
"Is it true? You like me back?" She whisper asked when he pulled away, smiled at her and nodded. She was overwhelmed with so many emotions and irrespective of what she felt this entire week, she felt accepted in his arms and he made her feel so happy and complete in ways she couldn't describe, he made her feel important and in that moment she knew that she will be the biggest fool on this planet if she let this angel go.
She looked at his smiling face and felt bold as he looked at her. She grabbed his jacket and pressed her lips against his. He was taken aback at first but slowly wrapped his arms around her waist to pull her closer and moved his lips against hers. Neither of them cared of how messy it was with her tears or if they were literally in the lobby as their lips moved against each other in a perfect rhythm.
Soojin pulled away to look at his face and tried to calm her racing heart and to regain her breathe. He chuckled at her as his face reddened to look at hers. She couldn't but chuckle too as she wrapped her arms around him and snuggled closer to him. He laughed as he held her closer to himself and neither of them could now believe that they finally had someone who liked them back.

Part 1, Part 2, Part 3
Hey, so I'm back after a while and I don't know what this is, but I hope you like it!

"Ya Han Seojun?" Soojin called out as Seojun smiled at her and walked towards her.
"Yeah?" He asked as he held her hand.
"Is it really okay?" She asked.
"What is?" He asked innocently.
"Us going together tomorrow?" She asked. He stopped in his tracks and looked at her and she just looked at her feet wordlessly.
"Why not?" He asked.
She opened her mouth to say something and then closed it back like a fish. Han Seojun sighed as he looked at her and released her hand to hold her face in his palms and looked into her eyes.
"I don't care about what people have to say because if they spew hate, it is irrelevant. I'm sure about my decision but if you're not okay with it, I'll understand and respect yours." He said with a small smile on his face.
Soojin looked into his eyes and nodded. Tomorrow was Suho and Jugyeong's wedding. Exactly a month and ten days after the night they kissed, confessed and got together. It was a miracle how they managed to hide their relationship from their friends for so long but it was rather easy as Seojun was busy with the release and promotion of his new album and that's why he couldn't attend most of the gatherings, at times she missed his grumpy face at the gatherings but she understood.
She thought about all those times, she sneaked in to his vanity van and his studio with the help of Heegyeong and they spent hours playing games, solving crossword puzzles, planning small non profit events, talking about anything, making out and sometimes just sitting in silence holding each other's hand with her head placed on his shoulder and everytime they were together, she was sure that she was falling harder than before for him.
On days when Seojun had a rough day and was exhausted, she simply slid in next to him, held his hand and drew small circles on the back of his hand to calm him down or just held him closer to her as he relaxed in her arms and let himself rest. She remembered the day his album released, she snuck into the crowd without his notice and he walked up on the stage with a grumpy face because she didn't answer his calls and left a text an hour before that she won't be able to make it to the album release, he sat on the dias as his eyes reluctantly wandered around and stopped when they looked at her. She remembered the way his face lit up like 1000 watt bulb and the bright smile that followed right after. She smiled back and raised her hand for a small wave without being noticed by people and he just nodded and went back to concentrating on his album release. She remembered the time, a stupid rich man decided to belittle her in front of the people who worked along with her and called her names and she tried her best to control the anger but she was Kang Soojin, she couldn't keep quiet and let people walk all over her, she called that man out and stood up for herself and the first applaud she received was from Seojun, he clapped so loudly while everyone stood there in shook acknowledging his presence and she just stood there as he smiled at her and she nodded at him with a small smile while the man who was now speechless left. Anyday, she felt tired, she found comfort and peace in Seojun's arms. It was unbelievable how close they became, her younger self would've laughed at the thought of being in love with Han Seojun but here she was, completely and utterly in love with him.
"Okay." She said as he smiled at her.
"Are you sure? I don't want to rush you." Seojun said.
"I'm sure." She said as she placed her hands over his to reassure him and he leaned in and pressed his lips against her forehead. He removed his hands from her face and held one of her hands and both of them continued to walk towards her apartment.
_
Han Seojun smiled at her as she walked out of Jugyeong's room at the venue. She sighed as she walked towards him. Their plan of going together failed when Jugyeong decided to call Soojin immediately early in the morning and Seojun had no choice but to let her go to Jugyeong before she combusted on her.
"Did you eat?" He asked as she nodded.
"Did you?" She asked and he nodded.
"How is Suho?" She asked as Seojun laughed.
"It's the first time, I've seen him that nervous." Seojun said as Soojin laughed and Seojun looked at her eyes crinkle. She wore a black dress which almost reached her knees and matched it with black stilettos while he wore a simple navy blue tux with a tie of the same colour. He looked around and then placed his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to himself. She gasped as he did but let a smile take over her face and her eyes focused on him.
"Did I tell you that you look really pretty today?" He asked.
"Well, you did, but I don't mind you telling it again and you look really handsome as well." She said with a smile, adjusted his tie and placed her hands on his chest.
"Should I get a lie detector to check if you are lying like the last time?" He asked as her eyes narrowed while she remembered that memory and mentally groaned at it.
"Are you holding that against me? That machine was faulty." She said with a small pout and Seojun smiled at her and pressed his lips against her before she could protest, she sighed and melted into the kiss and moved her lips against his in a perfect sync. His hold on her tightened as she tugged his collar to pull him closer and then sound of the door creak made them pull apart. Their wide eyes looked around as Seojun heard Taehoon call him because Suho was looking for him.
Seojun let a sigh of relief out and was grateful that no one caught them kissing in the middle of the lobby on their best friend's wedding.
"What does that idiot want now? Suho needs to stop being so dependent on me." He mumbled as he walked away and Soojin just looked down with reddened cheeks. She turned around and found Jugyeong in her bridal gown looking at her with wide eyes and an open mouth. Soojin gulped as she frowned slightly at the sight in front of her.
"I can explain." She said.
"Then, please do." Jugyeong replied.
Soojin dragged Jugyeong back into her room, closed it and explained everything to her. Jugyeong listened to the whole story with a smile on her face and honestly the way she was sitting so casually as she listened to Soojin, no one would've guessed that it is her wedding today and it looked like she forgot about her own wedding.
"So yeah." Soojin concluded as Jugyeong gave her a bright smile.
"I knew it." She replied showing her tummy teeth.
"Also know that, I'm really happy for you." She continued as Soojin looked at her with a grateful smile. Soojin whispered a small thank you and she smiled at her and before she could speak another word the entire Lim family barged in through the door and surrounded her along with Soo ah who apologised for being so late. Soojin sat back as she looked at the chaotic family and their affection and it brought so much happiness to her, she was happy that her best friend was lucky enough to get caring family who will never leave her side. She sat in silence with a smile and ocassionly tried to calm the chaos before something like what happened on Heegyeong's wedding could happen again.

The vows were exchanged and it was absolutely beautiful to watch, both Jugyeong and Suho teared up, Suho prepared a long speech thanking Jugyeong for everything she has done and well, Jugyeong started crying in the middle of the event while Suho comforted her. It was a miracle how this wedding didn't involve any major surprises like the last wedding in the Lim family, however there were few ups and downs like Jugyeong almost tripping on her way to the aisle and Soojin just shook her head at her friend's clumsiness and Soo ah just blinked her eyes.
The dinner was done and everyone was gathered around for a round of toasts where everyone was laughing and crying at the remarks and the blessings Suho and Jugyeong received. It was Soojin's turn and she turned to look at Seojun who squeezed her hand and suddenly everyone realised something which they didn't realise before but before anyone could speak something, Soojin stood up and looked at Suho and Jugyeong.
"Honestly, I don't know what to say. Y'all have come so far, fought your battles against so many things like time, distance, heartbreak, even me. I really will always hate myself for doing that and I hope I'm forgiven. But, yeah. All I can say is what y'all have is true love and it's rare, I hope the both of you stay together till the end of your journeys on this planet." She said as Jugyeong gave her a warm smile and the heart sign and she did the same and the crowd applauded them.
It was now Seojun's turn and he stood up as Soojin sat down. He cleared his throat and looked at Suho and Jugyeong.
"I have no words." He started and scratched his forehead while Soojin shook her head as the crowd laughed and he did too.
"They say it's hard to find true love nowadays, it's too rare and I know it's true, what y'all have is beautiful and it's absolutely wonderful how both of you are two of the closest people to me and are together, I won't know who's side to take when both of you'll fight." He said as the crowd burst into laughter.
"But all of that said, both of you have something so strong, beautiful and almost unbreakable and I will always hope that it stays like that forever." He concluded as Suho smiled and so did Jugyeong. He sat down on his place as Soojin held his hand placed her head on his shoulder. He looked up to find Suho smirk at him while maintaining a stern expression on his face which changed everytime someone greeted him to a smile. It amazed him how his best friend was like that and he chuckled. He then looked at Soojin and she looked at him with a small smile, it was beautiful how neither of them were no longer bothered or felt heartbroken around the bride or the groom and that's how they knew they moved on completely and were so happy about it, that's how they also knew that they were so much in love with each other that it almost felt surreal.
