been on HRT for like 3 years and I can safely say WHO THE FUCK WAS THAT???? I look like a completely different person to the point that even my bone structure looks different. Not to mention the boobs! and - AND I GOT FRECKLES NOW. ALSO MY HANK HILL ASS NOW KNOCKS STUFF OVER. I can stare at an old pic of me for hours and not point out a single simularity from then and now. Friends are baffled when I show them old pics. It's kinda uncanny lmao.

trans, intersex and folks of any identity who take HRT (both testosterone & estrogens) please be careful as we enter summer in the northern hemisphere. hormone replacement therapy can cause your body to experience fluctuations in temperature, heat flashes, and changes in experience with ambient temperature. you may notice you're very cold or very hot a lot of the time. please be careful if you are going to be spending a lot of time in the sun, you may be more affected by it for a while as your body adjusts its experience with thermoregulation. we are approaching pride month, enjoy yourselves, but make sure you stay hydrated and don't let yourself overheat when and where possible, as you body may also be purging a lot of electrolytes if you are on spironolactone or are sweating a lot.

This is a ShotBlocker. It’s perfect if you have a fear of needles, injections, injection pain, or any other kind of injection anxiety. You place the plastic spikes on your skin and firmly press them down while doing your injection. Having many different points of pressure distracts you from injection pain and I’ve found it helps mentally as well.
I’ve been doing T injections for about a month now and tonight I didn’t have to work myself up to it like I’ve had to in the past. AND it wasn’t as painful as my other injections! I highly recommend getting one of these if you’re struggling to do injections. You can get them for $5-$7 online and they are reusable.
