Finally finished it! Anatomically "accurate" Sebastian!

His head takes inspiration from a blue whale, silver spinyfin, anglerfish, sea snake, and other miscellaneous animals. His torso mostly human, save for the blue coloration and the three more sets of arms right above where his thighs would be.
