we watched one of her speaches at the UN in class for a seminar and something that really bugged me was that no one ever actually talked about the message she was trying to give. everyone just talked about how she had said she wanted to change things and then "didnt give examples about how to do that". i hadnt noticed this, but once my friend said something i couldnt stop thinking about it. i think its just readdy important that people watch the video and understand what she was actually trying to say.

My machinations will go no farther ’ ? ❞ A rigid stance impervious to the whistling of machinery, gravel sheen of dirt kicked into the air, and sharp whirlwind of battle surrounding them did not yield underneath the seething force of this man. There’s no need. It’s simply the remarks of someone who’d ultimately achieve nothing. ❝ Ridiculous. You, on the other hand, continue to spout foolishness. ❞ The fanciful delusions of this supposed lion would’ve stood as a humorous prospect to be sure, if not for the amusement of the joke drying up along with his patience for Lars’ feeble attempts to impede his goals.
How far did this man intend to carry on this farce ? The stage had been long since set, and the main antagonist had taken the final bow with a fiery exit the world would never remember. The curtain’s about to fall and close out this longstanding play.
Still, Lars struggled and still he persisted. Banging his head against a cliff, seeking to pry the tiniest crack into the rockface. If anything, it’s all the more proof of the Mishima blood coursing through their veins. A rueful smirk curled up under a disdained, mismatched stare. Perhaps, Lars had less choice in his actions than he realized.
