This is an Arcane art style study I did a few days ago🩵 I also wanted to make a drawing/study with the both of them, so when I saw the new S2 poster, i thought that was the perfect opportunity lol

Me personally I cannot wait till the first act of season 2 finnally drops then we will get to the very specific point where we will KNOW WHOS ALIVE AND DEAD AND WE WILL GET TEASERS WITH SHOTS OF THE MH OR THE DEFENDER OR THE FINAL LOOKS OF THE LOL CHAMPIONS FINNALLY START TO BEING SLOWLY PUT TOGHETER AND PPL WILL THEORIZE ABT MY FAVS AND-

Every time i read the league (2016) bios for vik and jayce i honestly believe them to be a little bit dumber than before

Also I've not seen quite that much disscusion around the possibility of camille appearing in season 2 of arcane bcs it fits the themes so well that its basically like actually canon (ok maybe not but she obviously fit in the grand scheme of things and the one of the writers said that theyre trying to get her involved into things) i mean she IS the literal imbodiment classism itself using technological prowess to further itself (or in this case her house) and its opression instead of using it for good which is basically jayces worst nightmare, id argue even worse than the war (bcs the war wouldnt have lasted forever and even if the weapons couldnt have been unmade or the ppl brought back to life (yet), at least maybe he could have started to invent stuff to help ppl afterwards). AND IF thats jayces nightmare then its probably going to be viktors absolute hell, cus HEXTECH augmentions specifically should have been HIS thing as the machine herald, he might have not managed to prevent the entirety of hextech from falling down a path of evil, but at least he might have been able to monopolize this little part. (which would actually imply that he would kind of have to gatekeep the hextech augmentions in order to not make it fall under the hands of ppl who just want stronger arms to kill others better with, im actually very interested into finding out how that will play out once he no longer fears for his own death, if that will ever even happen). EXCEPT that SIKE BITCH you havent taken control of shit! For this random ass old classist lady of a house that didnt even have a council seat has figured your shit out and now is using the glorious evolution powers to run rampant in zaun and kill whoever she doesnt like in the name of opressing your ppl. LIKE Do yall realise how INSANE that would be???

Anyway i want jayce and viktor to starts an argument once witnessing camille as she patiently waits for them to finally sign the divorce papers she has brought with her at the battlefield cus these 2 are clearly falling out and its clearly on her to keep the beauracracy straight

Jayce is overhated, he acted how any normal person would've in those situations.

Like why is it that the one person who acts like a sane person would in any given scenario is always the most hated? Like across all platforms? Like I'm sorry Joe didn't go skinny dipping a vat of acid when he was bored and watched a movie instead, he's an awful character- no.

I LOVE how u draw jayce, esp his smile 💕💕 precious boy 10/10

Thinks about the fact that Jayce's name means "healer".

Anyway Jayce's weapon is one of the coolest things I have EVER seen. They asked a bunch of six year olds (the objective experts on coolness) what awesome stuff a weapon should do and then they combined it all into a giant splitting hammer laser gun staff flamethrower

if it were up to me, their Hextech dream would include hugs and the occasional kiss

There are certainly flashier examples of parental feelings of protectiveness on display in Arcane, whether it is Cassandra trying to keep her daughter from harm, Tobias subtle protection of Caitlyn in an argument with her mom, to Silco’s freakout when he finds Jinx injured, to Vander drinking Shimmer to save Vi. 

But one that has stuck with me is a small one. It’s Jayce’s mom speaking up for her grown up son at his trial. 

And I get it. I can see why read it as her stabbing him in the back. Of her not believing in him especially in contrast to other parents who do believe in their kids.

One thing I absolutely love about Jayce as a character is the fact that he is always very quick to apologize when he feels he is in the wrong. Like, he doesn’t even hesitate – if he thinks he’s overstepped or hurt someone he cares about (*ahem* Viktor) he apologizes immediately. 

And when he says it he means it. It’s not because he thinks it will make things better, he says “I’m sorry” because he truly is. That takes a really strong, selfless person to do that. And despite Jayce’s privilege and the fact that he is kind of an Idiot, he always puts the feelings of his friends before any pride he might have.

I think it’s really cool to see that in a character like him, one does tend to seem proud and “stuck-up” in a way, because of his status. It’s just neat that he’s not afraid to apologize very openly to people.

I'm very aware that most of y'all follow me because of my haikyuu content, but the thing is, I occasionally post my OCs too, and well, I love them very much. I think some of you remember that I've mentioned that asides from Iwa, Jayce is my biggest comfort character. Out of all my original babes, he's the character that has undergone the most design and personality changes fhsjjd He used to be a character really similar to how I present iwa, rough kinda exterior but really soft on the inside. He has a tendency to swear a lot but now he's more soft-spoken and really sweet in spite of his low self-esteem;; I'm really sorry fhsnhfjsjd, I tend to draw my OCs when I get artblock for/really insecure about my haikyuu content lol The truth is lately I've been kinda unhappy with my art in general for no reason;; maybe I'm just drained from drawing so much HQ!! Art but I really had the sudden urge to draw my baby Jayce. He makes me so incredibly happy and I love him so, so much. But uh yeah, I'm sorry if you guys want to unfollow me hdjshdjsj, I completely understand For those who stay;; I hope you guys don't mind my original babies once in awhile, in fact I really hope you guys would start to love them too
