here’s my thinking for the fishman/minx’s experiment theory they made the seraphim which are clones of separate D.N.A with devil fruit abilities. And then made kuma into a slave robot on purpose. And we know the ancient kingdoms tech was highly advanced. I believe both sides (team joy vs gov) had advanced tech but joy boy and probably the government destroyed each other tech to slow each other down. I feel like they made the fishmen to be slave laborers because there stronger then humans and gave them “fish powers?” Incase they needed to fight but got liberated by joyboy who made fish man island by blowing bubbles like in SpongeBob (a la tune force) and promised to save them when the government was defeated but joy boy lost so he could never full it. And the minx’s where similar with there zoin awakening like zoulong (probably didn’t spell that even remotely correct). but where liberated before they could be Finshed and placed on to zou (a know joyboy ally) to keep them safe and it’s no coincidence that they both have poneglyph that relate to joy boy. his promise and his treasurer (the one piece). To protect when he probably realized he was losing. And yes I think the government had a hand in at least trying to awaken Poseidon to control the sea kings that’s why they tried to slave shirahoshi.
