Dont worry my guy there are so many Glaucosā in Greek myth including a random son of Minos who dies (there is also an ex-mortal sea god, Trojan war bestie to Diomedes ect, must be common name lol)
I think combining him with the Minotaur was a really interesting choice - and avoided the usual bestiality and rape-y aspects to the story of the Minotaurās origin
Heās the main cause of the queens mental health issues because itās a story about parenthood and monstrosity, love vs piety, instinct vs duty. Both Minos and Pasiphae have very different angles in this and itās really interesting how the audienceās perspective on them shifts as more information is revealed to Ari

Ok so I was thinking of a Skylanders OC that Iām working on (lore wise) when I thought that..
Kaosās family mark looks eerily similar to an angel, more so biblically accurate wise maybe. The triangle on the bottom is the legs, two triangles on the sides are wings(or arm, top, and wings, bottom)and the one on top is the head.
Then again I may be looking to deep into this as I do.

I am genuinely surprised no one is talking about the new Netflix show KAOS. Itās got everythingāGreek mythology, literally everyone is gay and serves cunt, thereās a canon trans character whoās central to the story, the humor is sharp and satirical and the plot is genuinely intriguing and of course all the gods are messy and unhinged in the best way possible???? where are all the Greek mythology nerds? Why is this show flying under the radar? why is this show so underrated
Honestly as this point I'm just waiting for The Mythology Guy to make an "Every Mythical Inaccuracy in Kaos" video.
From what I managed to find out about Kaos (correct me if I'm wrong) in the series it is revealed that Hades didn't in fact kidnap Persephone and that this whole part of the myth is nothing but a lie. š
Besides the fact that it isn't the first time when people use this completely original and definitely not overused idea just to make the relationship between them two look ideal (as if the mere that Persephone has just as much power over the Underworld as Hades to the point where it is believed that she predates him isn't already great), what is ironic is that people could use the same ideas that they're using in HxP retellings for an ErosĆPsyche one.
You want a myth where the girl isn't kidnapped? You have Eros and Psyche.
You want an ancient version of Beauty and the Beast? Gabrielle-Suzanne de Villeneuve took inspiration from this myth when writing his famous fairy tale.
You want a love story with a mother that is against the marriage of the couple? Aphrodite acts like that in this myth.
You want a strong heroine with more agency? Pyche literally goes through four labours just to get her boyfriend back.
You want her husband to be a loyal and faithful consort to her? Eros never cheated on Psyche.
You want a myth where it is certain that the "beauty" came to fall in love with the "beast"? Psyche sure does love Eros.
The myth of Eros and Psyche is what many HxP fans want the relationship between Hades and Persephone to be like.
I've seen someone claiming not only that Kaos has good trans representation, but that Caeneus' relationship with Eurydice is everything.
I had for the first time in six months a suicidal ideation, after I thought that I'm over it. (Just kidding.)
