I got volume 4 of the light novels today, and this was cute to me. Aizawa’s Eraser Head’s autograph is a rare enough collectible that Midoriya mentions it in the same breath as All Might’s, hehe. 

I also love how the light novels occasionally give us these lines where we get to see Aizawa’s internal dialogue. He always seems so confused by other people…  ❤️

Jack: You know that manslaughter is the least serious murder charge?

Master: You don't say.

River: Manslaughter. Literally, the slaughter of a man. Sounds brutal, doesn't it?

Jack: Heinous. Yet it's the most socially acceptable form of murder.

River: ... so you think they should change the name?

Jack: Yes, I do. How about, "inadvertent life-ending"?

River: "Unintentional snuff-out"?

Master: How about "I can't believe it's not murder"?
