Do you think Lin dreams about Tenzin too?

I was literally just thinking about this earlier and debating whether I should make a sequel to that art. In that scene, Tenzin is dreaming about what it would be like if they got together in the present. He sees and interacts with Lin so often now, that he can't help but guiltily wonder what it would be like to be together again. The last memories he has of them like that, after all, are when they were in their very early 40s.

If I did something from Lin's pov, I think it would be dramatically different. But the short answer is yes. It has definitely burrowed in her sleeping mind a few times.

Aang is with the children of the group at the South Pole festival, this is where I realize that Kya does not have her perfect double like Tenzin or Bumi with Lin and Izumi.

The deeper context would be that he and Katara picked up Zuko and Toph's children to walk them with their own whenever they had the opportunity.

This is set in the first season, when Lin is on leave after resigning, Tenzin would have sent her a "simple bouquet with a simple note" but Lin knows that those flowers were carefully chosen.

According to Google, violet chrysanthemums are for "the unbearable pain at the idea of losing a loved one" and white peonies, apart from being good for weddings, are also for apologizing...

In conclusion, Tenzin has broken Lin's heart again

My young Tenzin is a carbon copy of Aang, I must correct that 😭

Having said that, the context is this: There is a party in Ciudad Republica and those two are starting to feel the alcohol.

This is the last Tenzin that I made identical to Aang, I swear.

I like to think that he and Lin work together very often, and sometimes they just had a few outbursts of affection because, well, they almost died🤷🏾

Then picture Lin and Tenzin's dates as him enjoying little things he won't have at the temple and Lin being a regular salaryman.

(Yes, Lin is drinking beer)

Kya is the real loser in this combo.

I like to think that she was an innate conqueror and had girlfriends in every nation... But deep down she always want her destined double like the other idiots.

Things to note:

1- Kya is supporting Lin's chin, not grabbing her neck or something like that

2- Lin is upset because Kya insists on flirting with her even if she is about to marry her brother

3- Tenzin will definitely have a conversation with Kya

I like to think that between their twenties and thirties Lin and Tenzin lived together... And they were quite affectionate in private

Following the thread where Tenzin and Lin got married, I like to imagine that no, they weren't planning babies soon but the factory caught fire by itself🤭♥️

Lin and Tenzin liked to get lost around the island, usually just to spend time together, but time made them find each other's company sweeter and sweeter~

Lin: You want to dance?

Tenzin: With You?

Lin: Yeah?

Tenzin: YES!

This is an old art, I did it a few months ago and I thought I would bring it🤭

We have a party where all the couples are dancing, Aang with Katara remembering old times, Sokka trying to guide Toph (who is getting the better of her nerves) and Zuko and Suki in the background, who have strengthened their relationship over the years.

The big kids have gone to do their things and only Tenzin and Lin are left, she sees how much he wants to dance and offers herself in a friendly way... And Tenzin processes, he doesn't know it but he's been sunk since then.

this is also a little old, I had to dig through my gallery to get it back 🤭

Lin has finally trusted Tenzin again, treating him like in the past. And him? He has remembered again what it felt like to love her, he is condemned to hurt her again.

Ups!

The excitement can come anywhere, and so can the visits!

(My favorite part was drawing Lin's kisses and they ended up anywhere on Tenzin... After that, Lin probably got a mark that didn't stain so much)
