any low cal meals / recipes?
going grocery shopping so need helppp
the way hunger comes in waves will never not be strange because why was i in tears 15 mins ago over how bad i wanted a handful of smarties - like ew no who was that im all lovely and empty feeling
36 hrs into my 48hr fast and this shit is so addicting but i also cant help daydreaming about the spaghetti (safe food) im having when its over - portions controlled of course
just omad a krispy kreme doughnut - zero regrets i may be sick in the head but i love a sweet treat
also not as many cals as i expected
eat pray love
starve sin hate
didn’t make my sports team this year so now i have to fast until my feelings don’t hurt anymore because crying isn’t productive
What in the 4am fridge light is going on with edibles munchies??? SMH nothing like smøking. Unhinged.




Am I the only one who wants to eat food on these types of plates. I love how they’re so small and organized so the foods don’t touch each other. Plus they’re super cute!
I honestly feel so bad anytime my mum buys me my favourite foods because its wasteful to just throw it out but also I can’t stand the thought of eating it :///
Why tf do I only loose weight on places like I LIKE the curves at?? My bra size keeps getting smaller and my ass is half the size yet for some reason my stomach is still FUCKING HUGE??
Anyone know anything I can do to stop this or do I just need to keep losing more weight to make my stomach flat??

You’ve been trying so hard for this and I know just how difficult it’s been but I promise it’ll be worth it okay? Just imagine a few months from now the look on peoples faces when you show up to school/ college/ work thinner with a glow up. Every bite you take delays that day more and more. Don’t give up with this no matter how badly you’re tempted to. I promise once those pounds are gone things will get so much easier 💕💕💕
Anytime you’re tempted to binge just remember:
You will never regret skipping a meal, but you always regret giving in and eating. Restraint is about mindset. It takes practice to be successful.
Tips to prevent binging:
- weigh yourself
- do a body check in the mirror
- go for a walk/ run
- scroll on tumblr
- look at thinspo
- chat to a friend/ family member
- watch mukbangs (this is my fav tip 🫶🫶)
- watch triggering movies (ill post a list soon)
- pinch different areas of your skin to see where else weight can be lost
- online shopping to plan outfits to buy for your gw
- try on your fav clothes to appreciate the weight you’ve already lost
- watch supersize vs super skinny
- plan low cal meals
- make Pinterest boards to plan outfits to wear at your gw
- look at pics of yourself at your lw
- try a new workout on YouTube
- take your measurements (waist, hips etc)
- bake/ cook your fav low cal recipe (or try a new one)
