I decided to finish a sketch I made a couple months ago redrawing a screencap - this is one of my favorite shots from Castle in the Sky, as the colors, composition, and Pazu's expression work really well together to create a really beautiful work. I wanted to see what I could do with it, and screencap redraws are a good exercise to analyze and get a better understanding of a shot (plus they're really fun and always turn out really cool). I think in the original scene they were heading east, not west, but uhhhh whatever Redraw of this shot from the film Castle in the Sky.
