Happy Pocky Day! Okay it’s still 11/11 even though it’s late and I only have an hour late but better late than never! I was trying out the new gouache brush on Procreate. So to the right is Beacon and he belongs to another of my favorite artists @eyugho . Brick is in my design though. I kinda made a casual outfit for Beacon? I was trying something. :P

I think I missed 11/11 in all timezones but this was totally unplanned (blame--and thank-- @thecoolandspicyotaku for this!) first JuminMC comic and it's fluff! The comic I originally had planned for them is angsty, hopefully I'll be able to draw and post it soon 💜

Story: When visiting you in your world, you introduce him to pocky and say you have to play the pocky game since it’s pocky day!
* This is female reader, but I generally don’t use many gendered terms in my writing..just know that I’ll opt more for feminine ones if I add any (aka, probably good for anyone, but the occasional gendered term will be female)

Pairing(s): Riddle, Leona, Azul, Kalim, Vil, Idia, Malleus x female reader playing the pocky game
He was interested in the treat when you explained it
Strawberry pocky is probably the one he’s more interested in, so that’s sure to get him invested-
When you mentioned a game, though, he was hooked
What are the rules? How do you win?
You tell him he just needs to hold the pocky in his mouth, so he does
Then you bite the other end and he gets really flustered
You tell him to try and eat more than you, whoever pulls away first loses
He’s so flustered that he doesn’t move when you start chewing on the pocky
You quickly win and give him a kiss at the end, which knocks him out of his state
He immediately requests a rematch
He wasn’t too invested in the treat when you introduced it to him
Tbh, I don’t think he’d be interested in any specific flavor-
But the game, though- now you have his attention
He asks for you to demonstrate so he can see if it was something he was interested in
So you did just that, putting one end of the stick in his mouth
You start chewing the other end, but he beats you to it and wraps his arms around you
Pretty much just a makeout session, the pocky gets forgotten very quickly
He’ll kiss you anytime he sees you eat it now, though, so that could be a plus
The only thing wrong is that it means he wins-
Or...it could be a win-win; you get pocky AND kisses
He does want to try them..at least once, for the experience
The only thing he wants to know is how many calories they are (bruh, I’m the same way, understandable)
Your mention of a game is..interesting though, so he bites and asks what it is
You explain the rules to him and he hums before agreeing to try it
You both bite the ends of the stick and start chewing, meeting in the middle for a kiss
Azul smiles and asks if you can do it again
You both end up playing until you finally run out of pocky
It was always tied, but like..you’re both cool with that
Azul just likes to love you and feel loved, and the pocky game is a cute way to do that-
He’ll ask you every now and then if you have any pocky to play with
A snack from your world? He wants to try it!
I highkey think he would love the matcha green tea flavor, idk why he just gives those vibes-
Oh! There’s a game with it? He wants to play!
My guy looks so invested as you’re explaining the rules, the idea of it not phasing him at all
He takes a piece of pocky and is the one to initiate the game as you bite the opposite end
Also likes to play many rounds, only okay with stopping once the pocky runs out
He’s torn between what he likes more, the pocky or the kisses
A pretty good sport about when you win, but you’ll have to deal with a pout for a while
When he sees you with pocky from then on he asks if you want to play
There’s no more peaceful pocky time after you play with him
He’s not really that big of a fan of unhealthy snacks
Maybe interested in the more fruity ones, like blueberry, but anything else might be iffy
He’s curious about the game so he asks you about it when you mention it
Probably isn’t too into it when you explain, why would he go through such a convoluted process when he could just kiss you?
With enough asking, though, he’ll give it a try for you
You initiate by putting the pocky in your mouth
He smiles, thinking you look cute, but doesn’t say anything and just wants to get the game over with
Probably another that just turns into a makeout session, the pocky forgotten pretty easily
Still doesn’t see the point in the game to begin with, so he doesn’t want to play often
When you finally get him to do so with you, it doesn’t usually end in more than one round-
He heard you tell him that pocky was a big part of otaku culture from your world, so he wants to learn everything about it
He loves candy, so he’d probably like any of them but the chocolate is his default choice if he can’t choose
He hears you talk about a game and he wants to know what it is
Epic gamer wants to expand his epicness into your world, too
But when you explain the rules, his brain stops functioning
Y-Yeah! He’ll play with you...very flustered about it, but he’s down!
Like Riddle, he just sits there and holds the pocky in his mouth as you chew it
The only one in this list that I think would pull away when you get too close, though
He covers his face and his hair burns pink from his fluster
Might warm up to the game after, but it’s too sudden the first time-
He’s curious about things from your world, since he’s probably been taught the history of his through his whole life
His favorite food is ice cream, so I think he would like the almond crush one since it’s similar to those peanut chocolate cones
That makes it a bit hard to play the pocky game, though, since the surface can be pretty sharp-
But when you mention the game to him, he’s interested
You explain the game to him, and he immediately wants to try it
Puts one end of the stick in his mouth and asks if you want to play with him
You start the game and he bites through very quickly just to tackle you into a kiss
When you pull away he asks for another match
He might get bored of using the pocky and will stop after a few more, but he won’t stop kissing you
You never win, though- he’s too quick at eating the pocky so-
