8 chapters have passed, and I still think that Sand knew Ray before that night in the bathroom.

When Ray turns his face, Sand's expression from this chapter 1 made me strongly suspect that Sand had already seen Ray before.

(I must say that I love KhaoFirst because they are very good actors and their facial and body expressions show you a lot of what the character may be feeling)

After a while Sand turns his face and is briefly surprised and even lets out a small sigh. Sign that maybe Sand had seen this scene before? I don't know, I may be being very Delulu. But is it really that crazy? After all, Sand plays at Yo's bar and that's where Ray usually meets up with his friends.

My beautiful Sand... How many have wished they had someone that loyal in their life? It's impossible not to want him, Sand is like an angel.

But sometimes we forget how difficult it must have been for him. Having to work to pay for his studies and pay his mother's debts. Encourage yourself to move forward even when there may be days when you don't want to continue and do it completely alone. Because Sand is there for her mother, for Nick, for her friends from her bar, and now for Ray. But who is really there for him? Sand in episode 8 needed a hug. How she wishes she could hug him. Sand was so devastated and yet he swallowed his own pain and rejoiced in "happiness." From Ray and even comforted his friends.

logically ray didn’t do anything wrong. unfortunately everytime i see first kanaphan look slightly downcast on my screen i feel primal rage not unlike a caveman’s

I’ve been watching Not Me and Only Friends at the same time, having watched The eclipse of weakly two months before.

First is just coming at me with his characters. I am feeling very attacked.

But the thing I was trying to say is, it would be interesting if Only Friends and Not me were in the same universe.

Either one can come first and make a interesting timeline.

Only friends happening the year after Not Me. Yok changed his name to Sand and changed unis to avoid the fall out from Not me. He is still recovering from Dan but hasn’t learnt his lesson and falls in with Ray.

Or, Only friends coming first in the timeline and Ray breaks Sand’s heart. During one of his odd jobs he falls in with Sean and Black and joins the gang. He falls for Dan in hopes of getting over Ray (but we know how that goes).

Urgh I just want fics where First’s characters end up more with Khao’s characters cause they are amazing together. (Also I want Yok and Sand to have hugs).

Ray better hope no one takes him up on his threesome offer someday because he would definitely have a terrible time. I think he would just spend it all kicking the other person away from Sand

maybe this is just me thinking too much but the fact that in the last scene when ray looks over at the “poor boy” tshirt, we cant be sure whether he’s thinking of sand, who gave him the shirt or mew, who wore the shirt is making me go insane.
