Tony was excited when truck reversed into his driveway but is still puzzled by why State Police is involved in what is home help and how he found the offer in his social feed then click link to form which ask name/address/mail, these had no visible signs of who was behind it, was only confirmation in his email that revealed to be Police with information limited, Tony was waiting in garage having opened door the truck is painted in Force colours with insignia on doors, driver walked up said Hello You are Tony ?, Yeah, driver was tapping on pad then handed it to Tony saying Please sign for your pod then open rear doors on truck, Tony saw there was about 6 or 7 pods in separate cages, driver pull out ramp and went inside to get his pod, it is on small trolley that wheel down ramp and push pod off then open flap near base of pod got out cable and plug in power outlet, switch on and red light went on, driver said when that go green pod unlocks and your unit is fully functional it takes about 30-45 minutes for that is happen, driver put trolley back in truck close ramp and doors, grab pad and gave Tony envelope, say Good bye, walk to front got in and left for next location, Printed on envelope is State Police Home Unit Instructions, Tony open it to find paper letter unfold had both his and their addresses written on it then said Dear Sir, Would like to thank you for agreeing to accept our offer of providing home help at your place and are sure you will love the unit we have selected for you it will tell you all about the program (unit is 1 of hybrid from previous post) Please read documents on included card for basic overview and official contract you have authorised with us Thanks again for your engagement in this project signature Superintendent Campaign Executive, Tony was thinking I did not sign any contract or was submitting form consider to be it legally, look in envelope for card, find it and inserted into own pad, click on contract to read but gave up after few pages due to its heavy use of jargon and technical definitions so open User Guide instead which started with lots of marketing but eventually settled down to give practical advice related to unit and its operations
