Slow Songs - Tumblr Posts
I have said this before and I will say it online:
MY PROBLEM IS NOT WITH SLOW SONGS. MY PROBLEM IS WITH UNDERSTIMULATING SONGS, WHICH TEND TO BE SLOW.
Slow song w/ lots of instrumentals & lyrics: good
Slow song w/ very few instrumentals & lyrics: too understimulating for me to like
Seriously. Jishoumushoukou, Meru, Kimi no yoru wo kure, Nomad, Reborn, & Kanadetomosusora are all genuinely good songs that I really like. Y to Y, however, is so understimulating I can't stand to listen to it. You know what they all have in common?
Vocaloid They're all slow songs.
Fellow Tumblr users, I urge you: is the song bad because it's slow or is it just understimulating?
For those of you who want more slow songs that aren't understimulating: Do Not Go, Cutlery, Tricologe, Heartbeat #0822, Hello/How Are You, It's Just Life, Aun no Beats, and there's probably more but I haven't heard them. All recommended!
