Moon Breaker

Pairing: BTS Taehyung ⇆ Reader
Genre: Werewolf | Fluff | Angst | Smut |
Summary: Tales as old as time were passed through the werekind. If a human and a kind were to be mates, the moon would take them, the misfortune, to serve the Goddess. Taehyung, a kind, had always heard of the tales told by his elders. The alpha of his kind. He didn’t expect to find his mate, one of the non-kinds. Would the moon reap her back?

Holding her in his arms he wept until a sea of his tears pooled around them. The soil was tainted in sorrow. He watched as her eyes from the outside in, like white frost covering the window, slowly turned opal. She reached up, mouth agape as she gasped for air. She cupped his cheek catching his tears as they rolled over her knuckles. The opal bleeds and engulfed her black pupils and with her last strangled breath, her back arched. His breath came in ragged, and shallow before he was wailing out, sobbing as he brought her chest to his forehead.
He couldn’t hear it, her heart was silent.
It was icy cold as her spirit lifted from her body, white and translucent. She lifted until she hovered above the soil to a stand. “My love,” her disembodied voice spoke to him as he wept into her being. Lifting his head he saw her spirit smile down at him. The glimpse of brown that once was her eyes was completely white. She caressed his cheek gently one last time, “I will always love you.”
It was his mistake, he swore to never look, he swore to the goddess he would never look.
She stepped into the moonlight and her light absorbed into the moonlight. She was gone. His mate was gone.

Hi! Can I please request an OT7 Mafia! Soulmate! x female reader Drabble where she is at a cafe studying for her classes when she finds herself in the middle of BTS’s mafia deal (one that goes wrong). They notice she’s there, sitting innocently & terrified, all 7 walk over to her, one gently putting their hand on her shoulder, all 7 having worried eyes. They all lock eyes & the boys (& Y/n) realize their connection + they bring her home with them to their mansion + hugs, kisses, & cuddles!
“Pumpkin, are you alright?”
You couldn’t find yourself flinching when Jung Hoseok held a hand on your shoulder, not when meeting their eyes ensued endless sparks, not when the hand he held you with made your skin breathe of fire.
The way their eyes looked back into yours, widened for a bit before returning to that worried glance, you knew they understood what that meant as well.
But as you sat there surrounded by those seven mafia men, books opened for studying and a coffee cup already empty, you were reminded of how far apart your worlds were.
“Yes, I-I’m fine,” you stuttered, sitting up abruptly and managing to have your pen rolling onto the floor.
“No need to be afraid,” the leader assured you, kind eyes meeting yours.
“We’re not gonna hurt you,” Taehyung promised.
You thanked Jimin for picking up your pen and handing it to you. The second your fingers brushed, you flinched away at the electricfying feeling.
“I’m sorry, are you alright?” Jimin gasped.
You stood there rubbing at your skin for a moment, realizing skin to skin contact would summon up that soulmate bond. “No, I’m alright,” you assured him yet those worried eyes never went away. “Listen, I-” you went to grab for your books “-I have to go—”
“We’re soulmates.”
The youngest of the men said all of a sudden, hand grabbed at your arm before you could escape. When you looked back at those doey eyes, you could see that little flicker of pain he had on, almost as if he was afraid you leaving would mean he’d never see you again. But why would he be afraid of that?
You were strangers.
But you were also soulmates.
A moment of silence passed by as they watched you, wondering what you’d do. You stared down at the hand Jungkook was holding onto you with no intention of letting go just yet.
“Your world is dangerous,” your voice whispered into the silence. “How will I survive?”
“It is dangerous,” Yoongi affirmed, “but we can’t lose you, not when we’ve just found you.”
“We can protect you,” Jin said. “There are a lot of people afraid of us.”
“Please,” Jimin pled, “I—we don’t want to lose you.”
And your choice? Your choice was to give them a chance. “I’m Y/N.”

Glowing Hearts - Taehyung x Reader

Title: Glowing Hearts (Soulmate AU)
Word Count: 0.8k
A/N: A re-upload of the Glowing Hearts Soulmate AU since a lot of you have been asking where it went. Tbh I didn’t know that a lot of people would like this fic, I’m so glad you guys liked it, it makes me soft (◠︿◠✿)
Soft pastel petals fell gently from the ceiling and on to the decorated stage as the boys performed the final part of Spring Day. The audience broke out into cheers and applause as the boys on stage thanked their ARMY.
Taehyung flashed a boxy smile at the fangirls that waved their lightsticks at him. He moved the mic to his lips, ready to thank the ARMY once again until he felt a blow to his chest. It was as if someone had hit a loud drum, and the impact hit him hard. Taehyung looked down at his torso as it glowed brightly.
“She’s here,” He whispered softly.
The audience fell silent, unsure of what he said.
“Hmm? What happened Tae?” Hoseok asked, tilting his head at the silver-haired boy.
Taehyung turned to face his friends on stage before poking his glowing chest with a wide grin on his freckled face.
“She’s here!” He beamed as he started to look for another glowing chest.
The other members got excited and joined Taehyung in the search for his soulmate. Jin’s eyes squinted as he tried to find another glowing heart but he couldn’t see anything because of the harsh spotlight and the countless ARMY bombs that lit up the arena like a million fireflies.
Anticipation and excitement swept over the arena, everyone wondering who the other glowing heart belonged to. The ARMY also tried to help out, checking their chests as well as the people next to them, Yoongi huffed, clearly getting frustrated. The ARMY started to chatter amongst themselves, calling out for Taehyung’s soulmate.
Jungkook sprang to his feet like a bunny who’d found the carrot of his dreams, “I have an idea!” He exclaimed excitedly.
“Spit it out then, Kookie,” Jimin said, still looking for Taehyung’s soulmate.
“Let’s turn off the lights and the ARMY bombs!” Jungkook suggested as he bounced on his toes like a hyperactive puppy.
“Can we do that?” Namjoon asked while looking over at the light crew.
The lights started to dim and the shining ARMY bombs started to fade. A silence washed over the ARMY and Taehyung’s breath hitched. He illuminated half of the stage, the vibrant light of his heart putting everyone in a trance. Then, 20 rows from the stage, another light started to shine in the darkness that swallowed the arena.
Taehyung met eyes with the girl who had a glowing heart. The light he was emitting shone brighter as his heart started to beat faster. His microphone slipped out of his hand and he was speechless. She was stunning, even more breathtaking than he imagined. He stared in awe with his jaw dropped wide open wondering what he’d done in his past life to deserve someone who was so ethereal.
It happened in a blur. Taehyung jumped off the stage and over the barricades. He pushed his way through the crowd while his soulmate started to do the same thing as the ARMY started to cheer.
“Clear a path!” Jin shouted, gesturing at the audience who split like the Red Sea.
The two glowing hearts started to run to each other, time stopping for the both of them. Taehyung captured her in a tight embrace as he buried his head in the crook of her neck.
“I can’t believe you’re really here! I-I didn’t think I would have a soulmate,” He said, tears brimming in his eyes as he hugged her tighter, “Where have you been all my life?”
“Where have you been all my life? You made me wait for so long!” His soulmate giggled sweetly.
“I’m right there,” He chuckled as the girl - his girl - caressed his cheek and wiped away his tears with her thumb.
Back on stage, J-Hope and Jungkook were squealing and jumping up and down like the floor was on fire. Yoongi was fanning Jin who was on the ground clutching his heart at how cute the two were while Jimin and Namjoon were trying not to cry.
“I-I’m y/n,” The girl smiled, taking her hand off Taehyung’s face and bringing it behind her back to avoid awkwardness.
Taehyung grinned, “Y/n…” He looked around, biting his lip before he got lost in her eyes, “You’re perfect."He brought her into a deep kiss, the squeals and cries of the ARMY - as well as the boys on stage - echoed through the arena.
Taehyung’s right hand went up to caress y/n’s cheek as the other went to the small of her back and pulled her closer. He savoured the moment of his lips on hers and when he pulled away, his boxy smile was brighter than ever and his cheeks flushed a dark pink. Y/n was blushing too, then she hid her face in Taehyung’s glowing chest as Jin died on stage.
"When will that happen to me!?” Jungkook whined, pouting and stomping his foot like a child.
Jin laughed from his space on the floor, “It’ll happen soon Jungkookie! Don’t worry!"

=> The star on your right wrist carried a fate so beautiful, so rare, you didn’t believe in its false hope. That is, until you saw him, and you knew it to be true.
It was a lonely Winter, lonely snow and lonely cold. The bark of the evergreens wilted and froze underneath bitter winds, casting lonely shadows onto the snow covered ground. Forbidden branches loomed above like messengers of death, crystal shards of ice hanging spectrally from their tips.
Christmas in your village was a boisterous spectacle, merchants traveling from far and wide to sell the sweetest treats and shiniest toys to the locals. You often wondered why, of all the small villages, they chose the most secluded one atop the Northern mountain. Where nothing ever happened, or changed. Where people were born and grew old in the same cabin, neighbored next to a tall oak that had seen many generations past.

Red Ribbons
Red Ribbons Taehyung x Reader Soulmate AU
Author: Admin Mo
Word Count: 2.5k

You stared at your pinkie finger, bending and straightening it. Like several others on the face of the globe, your soulmate gene was the red string of fate, a long silken red ribbon that attached you to the only person on earth who was meant to be with you. Currently, it led out the door of the ballet studio.
You were on the floor, wrapping up and lacing your pointe shoes. As always, they were red, by special request. A pop of color to accompany the black dress and white tights you were wearing. Of all of the girls in your ballet class, about half of them were happily matched with their soulmates. You were among the other half, still waiting for someone to sweep you off your feet.
But, you figured, it was better to be patient and let it happen than go chasing fate. You were only tempting it by doing something like that. Bad things happened to those who tried to rush destiny, and you’d be darned if you were going to be found among them. So instead, you poured your heart into your dancing, spending endless hours in the studio working on your pirouettes until your feet felt numb, and then sucking it up and practicing some more.
Your free time was mostly spent at home with your feet in a bucket of ice to get rid of the pain. You would watch the news or listen to music while you did it, draw your focus somewhere else to dull the cold that ate at your skin.
On weekends, you went out with friends to shop and hang out downtown. So it wasn’t like you didn’t have a life, you just were very focused.

Misotheism Part I

Greek God AU! Series

‘Misotheism (n): the hatred of God’
December 31st, 11:59 PM
635 B.C.
You’re running.
The night is silent, save for the sound of bare feet slapping against the slightly wet soil, leaving a trail of imprints behind them. Your chest heaves as you struggle to run, and you can’t help the terror coursing through your veins as you hear the sound of heavy footsteps behind you.
What had made it come to this?
March, 635 B.C.
You sigh tiredly as you squint up to the sky, cursing at the sun for beating down your back with vigor. The sky is clear overhead, with the occasional shadows of birds flitting across it.
“What’s got you down, Y/N?”
You look to the right to see a crookedly grinning young man quirking a brow at you.
“Silence, Yun,” Your mood is admittedly down, “You’re being a pest.”
“So mean, sister,” He mocks you playfully, hand running through his silky dark tresses that you swear were created by Athena herself, “I’ve only come to call you back to our home; Mother is looking for you.”
“Again?” You groan in exasperation, “What does she want this time?”
He gives a non-committal shrug of the shoulders.
“She just told me to search for you and I, like the absolutely fantastic person I am, have done it.” With a smug smile, he waves you off and you roll your eyes, before sighing yet again and trudging along the dusty trail to your home.
It’s small, much smaller than those huge villas you’ve seen dominate the inner parts of the city and though a part of you still feels bitter about it, you’ve learned to make do with what you have. It’s your life; you need to deal with it, as your Father says.
“Mother?” You call, ducking into your tiny rickety home, mindful of the pots dumped haphazardly on the cool ground, “You called for me?”
A frail woman peeks her head out from the tiny kitchen-come-dining, a thin smile playing on her lips.
“Oh yes, dear,” She beckons you forward, and you oblige, only to gape in shock when an entire platter of grilled goat’s meat and fruits is thrust into your unprepared arms, “Could you take this to the inner city for me? I’m feeling awfully tired today.”
“W-what for?” You demand, wide-eyed, unable to tear your eyes from the food, “Why aren’t we eating this?”
Mother smiles at you, though it lacks the warmth it usually possesses.
“We are going to war, my dear,” She whispers softly, and it strikes you then, “We must please the God of War.”
“No,” You angrily shake your head, vision beginning to tint blood red, “If we are going to war, we must fight it with our own hands, Mama, not by sacrificing the precious few resources we have for-”
“Enough!” She raises her voice, and you fall silent, knowing that the conversation is complete. “Do as I say, Y/N! I should never have encouraged your silly little beliefs!”
The last part is whispered to herself, but you hear every word; each one strikes you like an icicle through the heart. Your Mother is someone you have always looked up to, someone who you have always gone to for comfort, for understanding, so her disappointment…it hurts you, a lot.
“Yes, Mother.” You nod quietly, before turning on your heel and scampering out of the shack.
Your feet carry you automatically in the direction of the city and, even at the outskirts, you can see people preparing for war; throngs of men sharpening their swords, some men stocking their homes with necessities, such as food. Some women are dancing around a fire, grilling meat. And, sitting in solitude on a lonely rock is a young girl, who eyes the meat with hungry, desperate eyes.
A rush of anger courses through you, thrumming through your veins and heating them up. You remember a time when you were that girl, when you so hopefully, naively, believed in the Gods; when you, like countless others, fell for those foolish tales.
But you know better now.
Cautiously eyeing the crowd, you approach the girl, slipping her some meat from your plate; she looks up, startled, before breaking out into a bright grin.
“Thank you!” She exclaims cheerfully, and you beam back at her, happy to help, before you bid her adieu and are on course again.
A strange sort of guilt gnaws at you, but you push it aside in favor of trying to bear with the scintillating heat. It is really hot right now.
You nearly collapse in relief when you finally reach the temple of War God, but your heart nearly stops when you see just how many people are outside it. It would likely take till midnight to reach the inside, and you’re in no patience to deal with such things. You decide to visit a lesser known sight, one that is mostly hidden from the scathing gazes of the city folk.
The small temple stands proudly at the top of a sloped hill; though it is a struggle, you eventually manage to scale it, thankfully not dropping any of the food.
Setting the platter in front of the deity, you awkwardly step back, having absolutely no idea what to do now.
“Um,” You start off hesitantly, “My Mother asked me to bring this to you, I suppose. For the war and all that. But I think that’s plain foolishness; who would know if you actually exist? We’ve been taught so many stories by now, but they’re just that: stories.
“If you Gods really existed, our people wouldn’t be suffering like this! If you actually existed, I wouldn’t need to be here right now, I wouldn’t have to waste such precious food on something that doesn’t even eat!”
By this time, you’re shaking, anger racing through your heart, breathing rapidly, unevenly.
“I hate this! I hate feeling so powerless, I hate feeling so puny! I hate-”
You freeze when you feel a hand grip your shoulder, your eyes impossibly wide.
“You hate me?” A velvety voice chuckles into your ear, the hot puffs of breath hitting the shell of your ear, “Are you certain?”
You slowly turn around, raising your eyes to meet amused, fiery brown eyes. The man is tall, at least compared to you, with dark hair swept to the side, and bright pink lips that contrast oh-so-wonderfully with his pale skin. Not that you’re looking.
“Who are you?” You stumble backwards hastily, nearly tripping over your gown, “Where did you come from?”
“Why, I thought you’d know me, considering how you were just cursing my existence,” The man smiles, revealing pearly white teeth.
“But I’ll spell it out for you, if that is what you require. I go by Άρης, but mortals know me as Jungkook,” The smile transforms into a smirk, “God of War.”

Soft crispy crunches follow your footsteps as you walk among the snowy path, the wind seeming more restless than ever this morning. Little bits of snowflakes descend from the sky, falling and falling in an endless cycle for the snowy mountains will never come to understand what Spring looks like.
For days upon days and years upon years, you have always prayed to see what it will be like to live with warmth, in a home of hearth, in a shelter that can provide comfort and heat to your body and mind. But you know that as you walk up the path of the mountain, stairway long ruined since over many years ago, with the hood of your cloak constantly hoping to leave your head and the wind howling all around, wishing alone will only get you so far.
The morning sun brings no heat for you, icy particles kissing your cheeks from time to time and leaving you bright red from how cold it is.
But you’re used to this.
It’s okay.

eurohoria - You are the sunlight that rose again in my life A reincarnation of my childhood dreams I don’t know what this emotion is If this place is also inside a dream
Euphoria- star gods!bts
(magic shop pt. 2) / pt. 1 / pt.3
They watched over you from the moment you left their world. A human was never meant to go there in the first place, but because you were a special case, their feelings grew out of control and they made the mistake of loving a human girl.
They had to let you go, which was why everything was set into them making you believe that it had all been a dream; the galaxy, the magic shop...them.
You had a soulmate to love, destined from the moment you were born. The numbers on your wrist had stopped working the moment you walked into the magic shop and started all over again when you “woke up.”
Bit by bit, your numbers began to slowly countdown until there was only one more day left for you to meet your soulmate.
They hated it.
But they knew nothing could be done. It was your fate to love another, they weren’t your soulmates as written in the stars. And whoever your soulmate was, he would be lucky to have you.
Jungkook watched from the skies, heart drumming more and more, aching a bit as he watched you walk casually in the park looking like the pretty girl he always knew you as, with the clock on your wrist counting down from its ten minutes.
He and Jimin looked for a man, whoever would be your soulmate, but the longer they waited, the harder it was for them.
“Jimin! Jungkook!”
They looked up as Hoseok ran up to them, confusion on their faces. “Something’s wrong with the magic door,” he told them.
“But Y/N’s about to...” the maknae trailed off, face solemn at the reminder that your soulmate shouldn’t matter to them. They shouldn’t be thinking of you in the first place.
With one last glance at your happy face walking along a greenery path, he stood up with Jimin and they walked on towards the same magic door that transported you out of their world.
“What’s wrong?” Jimin asked, seeing as the rest of them were already gathered around.
“The colors,” Jin pointed out.
It wasn’t the same bright sunlight that they were used to, the colors were blinding in shades of rainbows, glaring harder than ever.
“What is it saying?” Taehyung asked.
“I don’t know,” the leader admitted.
“We should check out its source,” Yoongi said, “see what’s wrong with it. Nothing seems out of the ordinary but I think it’s trying to tell us something.”
“Then we have no time to lose,” Namjoon nodded agreeingly. “Let’s go.”
They lined up side by side, holding hands. Although scared because it was a thing they weren’t quite used to, being by each other’s side was something that made them feel braver.
And then, they walked in towards the blinding rainbows.
Jungkook took in the scenery, a beautiful green path stood under and in front of them, bright green trees lined in two rows, making way for the path.
“This looks...” he trailed off, confused.
It couldn’t be.
They turned around slowly and then,
beep, beep, beep,
an alarm went off and there stood you right in front of them.
Your eyes widened, confused.
A sunlight that rose again in your life, a reincarnation of your childhood dreams. You didn’t know what the emotions were, if it was also a place in a dream.
It wasn’t a dream...right?
