his name is kallë lark !! he's a devil fruit user :D his devil fruit is known as the form form fruit, and allows him to shapeshift ( fully and partially ) . he leaves his village and island and joins the strawhats - not sure when exactly but i'm thinking sometime between little garden and alabasta. he finds it easier to transform into animals rather then people - it takes more effort. his wings are due to his df !! he has them out/shifted out most of the time for efficiency!! if you have any questions or want to know more, asks are open :) ill also be posting about him on @cryptobi !! This is a Law centric animatic kinda about Dressrosa but also about just him warming up to Luffy and his crew <33

He’s been getting away with it for years. No one on the crew has caught on yet.
Zoro is so protective of his family because he’s already lost his first one
so endearingly stupid he can’t even manage misoginy
Zoro remaining unimpressed in situations that lead his friends to be in distress, like when they had to leave Vivi in Alabasta or when Usopp left the crew, is often interpretated as him being a cold-hearted bastard with total lack of emotions by his nakama, when actually he forces himself to remain cool and level-headed for his nakama. He then usually proceeds to give them another tough-love lesson, shares his insight and wisdom and manages to calm them all down, some sooner, some later, but he reaches out to each of them. He's not letting emotions catch the better of him to be able to lift his friends up again when they're down. He suppresses his own feelings during such situations to provide the guidance and help they need. He bottles up whatever bugs him and the crew as a whole to be supportive and help them get back on their feet, and he takes all their insults without ever complaining or telling them they're wrong about him having no ability to feel emotions, and he also never shows how much that actually hurts him. He never shows what he understands as weakness to be that reliable comrade they need, and he knows he can't show what actually hurts him, he can't afford to be weak, because they rely on him and when a tough, hardened, strong guy like Zoro crumbles, what an effect would that have on the crew, especially to the ones who look up to him and admire him? It's his job to be strong and guide them trough any difficulties they have to face because his desire to protect his crew is more important to him than everything else, more important than what they think about him about his apparent lack of emotions, and he probably doesn't trust himself to ever let out even a bit of those hidden feelings because he doesn't know in which state he'd be then. He probably has never truly learnt how to deal with emotions and he probably also never wanted to, because what matters to him is being strong both physically and mentally, he's not going to let anyone die on him ever again, and if hiding his feelings is necessary to ensure his friend's, his family's wellbeing, it's a sacrifice he's easily going to make.
