I got a couple of asks recently to do a reading on the BTS members as dads and I thought that would be a nice, cute thing to read on. I've used my Archetype cards for this so... Let's see what we get! 💜
Kim Namjoon- Guide, Healer, Pioneer, King
Namjoon as a dad is still a consummate leader, the king of his household... However he's no tyrant. His kids will greatly respect him because of how wise, kind and caring he is and because of all the things he taught them and values he instilled in them. He'll be the kind of man who thoroughly researches philosophies on good parenting and studies childhood psychology before the kids are even born. This doesn't mean that he'll stick to a certain script as a dad though... I see that he'll be willing to learn as he goes... To let his kids teach him too. As such he will build an extremely close bond with his children. They will always go to him for advice, even as adults, because to them he's the one that always has the answers, who always knows what's right. Sharing their worries with him and hearing his advice feels like a form of healing because he always seems to be able to soothe their pain with his words of wisdom. He'll teach them to be open minded and respect new ideas and at the same time introduce them to a lot of timeless wisdom and philosophies... For sure, Namjoon's kids are likely to be intellectuals purely through being raised by him!
Kim Seokjin- Trickster, Father, Rebel, Advocate
Lmao! Kim Seokjin as a dad will be pretty much how you'd imagine he'd be. He'll be cracking his dad jokes and finding it hilarious to pull goofy pranks and embarrass the hell out of his kids (especially when they're moody teenagers... They'll secretly love it though!). He'll also encourage them to speak their minds and stand up to authority when necessary and also often find them being a little cheeky quite funny. However, he's also likely to be quite a traditional fatherly figure in some ways and will command respect in his role as the head of the household... A very 'Dadlike' Dad basically... He will take being a solid rock and positive role model for his kids extremely seriously and will do his best to realistically prepare them for many aspects of life. I also see, like what came up in his future spouse reading, that charity work is likely to play a big role in their family (as his wife will also be very involved in it if you recall) and the importance of it is going to be greatly instilled in the kids.
Min Yoongi- Healer, Addict, Child: Nature, Alchemist
As a father, Yoongi will be very attentive to his children's health... I think particularly their mental health and wellbeing will be very important to him. He'll want to be someone they feel comfortable confiding in about things that trouble them. He'll try his best to be a soothing, healing influence in their lives. He is also going to be very against them engaging in what he perceives as self destructive or unhealthy behaviours... I'm seeing this coming through as him being extremely strict about things like alcohol and smoking when they're teenagers, and certainly about any kind of drug use or what he sees as unhealthy addictions, coping methods or obsessive behaviours. Despite being very open minded and quite easy going generally as a father (certainly very gentle and soft spoken) this will be something he's very strict about with his kids. He'll also be keen to push them to achieve their full potential no matter what field they're interested in by nurturing their talents. Strong bonds with pets, and simply loving animals in general, are likely to be strong features of life in his household... Ah! I just got the message that he may actually have a daughter who ends up being vegetarian! Ha!
Jung Hoseok- Storyteller, Prince, Mediator, Poet
I got an incredibly sweet and specific visual here that's melting my heart... As a dad, fairytales, fantasy and stories will play a big role for Hobi. I can definitely see him very specifically with daughters rather than sons (although, that may just be the particular relationship I see coming through right now) and all those cute father/daughter things... Storybooks of princes and princesses, role-playing tea parties... Pretty dresses and blowing bubbles... Dolls and flowers and fits of giggles... Beautiful words and expressions of love so often... As a daddy (yes 'Daddy' rather than 'father' or 'dad' is coming through in a cute little girlish way) he's going to be his daughters' first Prince charming... 😭 (I'm seriously so touched rn omg). It's so softtt!!! Moving away from this image that's making me too soft to function... I also see that when these kids start bickering and fighting each other, he'll be really good at diffusing the situation and making things calm again.... And just in general, I can see that he'll be a really sensitive and attentive dad who's always ready to indulge their flights of fancy... (OK... Excuse me while I let a little tear escape... 😭).
Park Jimin- Hedonist, Teacher, Knight, Monk / Nun
This was a really interesting message... For Jimin, I'm seeing that fatherhood will be almost a religious, worshipful experience... Something that seems sacred and graces his life with a new purpose or meaning. He will be almost singlemindedly devoted to his children and their wellbeing. This will manifest in different ways. First by him being extremely protective of them (perhaps even overly so at times). He'll be a 'celebrity dad' of course and people will be interested in his kids... But I highly doubt he'll willingly let media gain access to them. On the contrary, I think he'll try to guard them from the spotlight as much as possible. I also see that he will be extremely invested in their education, both in terms of pushing them to do well academically and also in teaching them the lessons he had wished he'd known at different stages of life. A part of that will be him teaching them how important it is to enjoy life, eat well, have fun and to love themselves no matter what. He will of course be the kind of parent who makes sure to say 'I love you' several times a day and will drill it into his kids that they're soooo beautiful and clever and talented and should be confident in themselves from day one.
Kim Taehyung- Detective, Father, Victim, Monk / Nun
Similar to Jimin, I think Fatherhood will have an intensely spiritual all consuming meaning for Tae. His children will bring a whole new sense of meaning and purpose to his life and it will just feel... Right. Like something he was always meant to do. He'll slide right into the role of a Father very well, to the point that it feels so natural it's almost intuitive. Like Seokjin, I think his model of fatherly behaviour will be very traditional (I suppose in a Korean cultural sense would be the best way to take this). He will be both very soft with his kids and at times also quite stern where he thinks it necessary for them to learn. As a father he will be extremely intuitive and observant; the kind of dad who doesn't miss a trick. He'll know if they're lying and he'll also know if something is bothering them and they try to hide it. He will teach his kids to be strong and kind. They'll be the kids who always stand up for the ones being bullied in the playground and never let themselves be pushed around either.
Jeon Jungkook- Mentor, Companion, Child Eternal, Trickster
To his future kids, Jungkook will present the delightful dichotomy of both wise mentor and eternal playmate. Similar to Namjoon, I think that he will actually prepare for fatherhood through studying and asking for advice... Maybe from some of the other guys who'll have had kids before him! Despite always being there to pass on advice and words of wisdom to his own children whenever they need it, he's not necessarily going to hold to stuffy traditions of how a dad should be. Rather, I see him being a father who's kind of like a friend. He'll have a playful relationship with his kids and staying physically active is a big thing when they're growing up. Being outdoors in the sun and rolling around in nature, playing rough and tumble types of games is how they'll bond and have fun together... As well as pulling silly pranks and making goofy jokes. He'll be the kind of dad they'll never worry about confiding in because he not only will know what to do about almost any problem, but he'll never get angry and punish them without a truly good reason. He'll listen and trust them to live their lives well because he'll trust that they've been raised with solid guidance and, above all, knows that they're good people... In the end, he'll have raised himself some new bestfriends.

!Updates on Card Readings!
So with my busy life schedule and now never finding a balance between, work life, school life, and home life, I have decided to cut my 3-card readings down to 1-card readings. Like I said in one of my my blogs, I didn't expect to get so many! I'm thankful but in no way will I get through all your guys' questions in a timely manner with how detailed I am with each card reading. I tried, good heavens did I try, but coming home from work at midnight each night and trying to sit down to write about 3 cards each reading, it's becoming too much for me and I end up falling asleep.
NEW UPDATE: starting 9/26/2021
I will no longer be accepting any reading submissions that are anonymous AND do not give me enough information on their questions lately it feels more like spam and it's not enough for me especially online. In order for me to perform an accurate reading I need more information than "who will be my soul mate?" for example. If the question is personal you can always direct message me! Submissions on my ask page just helps me stay organized. Please read through the requirements for readings here.

This is all still new to me, so I'm still trying to find a balance so I'm thinking that this will be a better balance considering that I'm doing this for free.

Hello everyone! I'm fresh out of hiatus and have been working on something that could satisfy everyone's Tarot needs with the use of my Patreon! I have been having a couple of rough months with rent, bills, and other expenses and have not been able to keep up with them. Working late shifts and working extra hours to possibly have the money for Christmas/Yule activities, but unfortunately it's not going according to plan. Especially with the impending doom I'll be facing by the end of the month with getting my wisdom teeth removed with surgery :( (I'm scared... mentally and financially)
I am currently no longer accepting 1-card Tarot Readings here on Tumblr (but may bring them back in the future) and have opened 2 new tiers on my Patreon that will allow for patrons to submit readings throughout the month plus the content I post there: Spells, Rituals, and informative, witchy book and movie reviews. Tarot Readings will range from $6-$12 a month or you could just have the one reading done and cancel the subscription {you won't hurt my feelings :)}. The $6 subscription will allow 2 readings monthly using the 3-card setup (past, present, future). The $12 subscription will allow up to 4 readings a month also of the 3-card setup. Both will be by email only, providing a picture of the reading and a typed out, detailed description of the cards and the meaning according to your submission (like how I've done here in the past :) ). As I was shuffling a card jumped right out of the deck and was chosen for your reading~ The card chosen was revealed to be number 21 of the major arcana, The World. This card represents big changes or much needed change. It is the symbol of life and spirituality in one and it wants you to know that all will be okay going forward. Some changes are needed to become better suited to situations that come your way whether they are harder to overcome or they may be some challenges of faith and understanding.
Financial stability is a difficult journey for all in the working world. But some obstacles you encounter are a fact of life as Mother Nature wants to see how you will react when given an obstacle. Will you overcome and patiently await a new opportunity? Or will you find another way to climb up to success or find a new side job to make ends meet? This of course, would be worrisome for mental stability.
Mental stability is most often referred to as an unbreakable circle. Some will find that they're mentality works best with routine but some find that routine is tiresome and wears on the nerves. The World represents obstacles such as these as "fate that comes back full circle." Sometimes revisiting our past of problems helps us come up with better ways to stay away from the negative past and come to find future positives. Self reflection is the best remedy for situations like this, although it takes routine this sort of routine is a positive that is most looked upon as reward. The more you reward yourself with looking inside yourself the better you will feel upon refreshing ideas. This then leads to physical stability which often also helps with the use of routine as well. Routine stops to the gym, relaxing when you have the time to relax after hard work, this is also a reward given to yourself.
The World also represents opportunity, success, and energy to do work. So whatever plans that you can make to improve your these challenges you are facing are a fact that things will get better with a little change here and there. Routine may suite you but routine is also harder to manage with a busy lifestyle. Do what makes you feel comfortable, let yourself feel at home in your body and express what you can and can't do but with positivity and certainty to these changes.
Overall, I feel like success is in your favour for the upcoming year! All things will begin to line up to where you need them to be just keep holding strong and don't push too far into the "survival" perspective. There's way more to life than just survival. Sometimes less means more opportunity, it may not feel that way now but it will all make sense in the end.

For your reading I decided to use my Fairy Tarot Deck [by Doreen Virtue] due to this kind of question as fairies are closely related to angels and spirit guides.
For your question I pulled number 5: Unity, of the major arcana. The card reads: "Do the right thing for the right reason. Compare traditional versus new approaches to see which works for you. A spiritually minded community." This card signifies that the spirits, angels, fairies, or spiritual guides (whatever one is closest to your heart) that may be watching you are trying to tell you to do the right things to find the easier and less difficult path through life. This is their form of protection, in which reminding you that you are in control of your destiny at least 99% of the time. The 1% of the time you find yourself in trouble, call upon the spirits that have helped you make those right decisions in the past and they may grant you an easier path to follow to get through those tough times. But remember, you are still in control, with the help and guidance of these spirits.
Like the card suggests, you may want to try older techniques and compare them with revamped ones. You may find that you are easily more mindful with the new values that come into your life. This makes challenges come to a new light and you may find a much more clear alternative to your struggles. Finding friends who may become spiritually connected to you may help find your way using their perspectives. Sometimes it's hard to look from a different point of view unless someone else shows you in a new way.

April 2023 Tarot Reading

If this month isn't meant for creating goals, I don't know what other month it would be.
The major arcana of The Chariot is driving forward and does not care who or what is in the way, Cruella gets what she wants there's no doubt about it. The obstacles that may come up this month may seem daunting at first but there is always a way around them when you think outside of the box. Don't let yourself down when things get difficult, instead look at it with a sense of opportunity.
The minor arcana, the Knight of Swords, is another force to be reckoned with. Percival McLeach is the embodiment of wants versus needs. McLeach wants every endangered species in his collection but it also doesn't mean he needs them. Think about your wants versus needs, what drives you forward this month that you really want but don't necessarily need? And what needs do you think needs to be tended? There may be several opportunities to reach your goals but this is what you want when there could be several opportunities to spend that extra five minutes tending to your personal growth and mental health as your need. Find a balance and routine that works for you! Don't let mental health drag your goals down as mental health and personal growth will always be on your list of goals whether short or long term.

This is the month that we start to see more green as the April storms have nurtured the soils and give life to the trees, flowers, and grass. No doubt we will be seeing an explosion of Spring color in the next couple of weeks.
This month's pull features two minor arcana cards:
Ace of Summer: "Open your heart to love. The beginning of a new intimate relationship or the rebirth of a current one. The awakening of psychic abilities or spiritual epiphanies."
Seven of Spring: "Be assertive! Don't back down from what you believe. Courageously stand up for yourself."
I want to focus on gratitude this month and bringing the Ace of Summer into this mindset it can mean that we focus too much on what we desire and aspire to be rather than who we are. Take the time to truly feel grateful for yourself, the good ways that you can handle yourself, and possible love from others (friends, family, or even a new romance). Don't allow the hate from the world effect you as a good person, reawaken what you believe in and stay in stride with what is right.
As for Seven of Summer, this card shouts in the first line to be assertive! There is nothing wrong with holding your ground, state what you believe in and be proud of what you believe in. When showing your gratitude throughout this month, remember why you are doing it and why it is so important to you. Don't let the unkind words of others put you down for something that you truly want to be a part of. This can go for anything in the home space, school, or even work with promotional work and guiding others if you need to.
