Teriyaki Pork Luau Bowl
I'm packing all the deliciousness of a luau feast into one quick and delicious dish! A melange of sweet and savory flavors inspired by the Aloha state. I'm talking bright kiwi and tomato salsa, a tangle of lightly charred veggies, and crispy teriyaki pork, all arranged over fluffy jasmine rice.

Teriyaki Chicken with Sweet Slaw
Teriyaki chicken, which is sweet, salty, and sticky, is the ideal weeknight meal. The Japanese phrase "teriyaki" describes grilled dishes that have been seasoned with soy sauce using a marinade, basting, or dipping sauce. Teriyaki, as it is known to Americans, has Japanese American roots and often consists of additional sweetness from sugar or mirin, as well as aromatics and occasionally fruit juice. For our home-made teriyaki sauce, we use fresh ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to create that cherished flavor with a hint of tang.
Complete the meal by serving this popular takeout staple with a sweet slaw and white rice.
