Wait when has hori ever been misogynistic like seriously. We have strong female characters who actually do shit and nagant was bad ass and had a really cool backstory. If hori was so evil and misogynistic all of the females would be wanting to be with deku and being damsels in distress. People seem to compare jjk females to mha's which like ok I get you dude but all of the jjk girls are copy and paste and have one thing that makes them stand out but mha has variety in personalities and you can tell who they are just by someone telling you how they act. I'm not saying the jjk females are bad they're just a bit bland Gege has said he's not that great at writing females and is improving and with the past new chapters he is so that's really great.
Hori never overspecializes the females and we rarely have fanservice. Just because the main focus right now is on the male characters doesn't mean he hates women. Like we've only had 2 female deaths that impacted the female characters more than males like curious and midnight. the people who complain every week confuse the fuck out of me because how can someone wait every week and read something that they do not like or someone they don't like. Like seriously you guys focus more on fictional characters than irl shit like huh.
Drawings on paper are not real living breathing people we don't have quirks we don't have a hero society. When did reading manga and watching anime become all about negativity not about creativity and fun. Every time I search the new chapters on Tumblr or Twitter I just see so much negativity and hate. It's pretty sad how all of that drowns out the positivity and the people who wanna have fun and hang around people who like the same stuff as them. And if you don't like something then that's ok I'm not judging you but why continue consuming that media until the point you're just filled with negativity and hate for it.
Anyways sorry for ranting it just makes me upset that this fandom and all of the anime community is known for being toxic and not for it really is which is fun and creativity not all of the mha fandom is bad it's just the loud majority drowns out to good anyways peace and go beyond plus ultra my dudesᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

Every few days I remember that MHA is technically over and we don’t have very many episodes of the anime left and then I stare at a wall and wonder if I’m gonna cry about it or not.
It feels like a silly thing to cry over, it really does, especially as a grown ass adult, but it’s a story that kind of…grew up with me. I was a teenager when I started it, and I’m an adult now as it’s finished. It feels like a reminder that my childhood has truly come to an end, that nothing goes on forever but sometimes I wish it would.
Like, logically, it can’t go forever, and I think if it went any longer with the existing story arc it would probably start to severely deteriorate, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to miss seeing my son every week on Saturdays.
There will always be other stories to dive into, all with their silly fandom shitposts and weird ass ships, but this one holds a special place in my heart as one that saw me grow up and become a semi-functioning member of society.
…But we still have a few episodes left, it’s not time to get sentimental yet or I will not be able to stop.
