Tokyo Afterschool Summoners Mobs - Tumblr Posts

So, I relized something about the mobs we recruit. Their description to be exact.

They all take a liking to the MC but it remains platonic, like they admire you or your power or what you do and decided to help you.

And then, we have the Angels Transients, whom the game litterally tells us that some of tem are ATTRACTED to us. Like some of them are in love with us for whatever reason.

But I want you to keep in mind that the only Angel Transient who joins us in the main story is the Nether Angel. He might be the only one who might know us enough to actually develop feelings for us.

I’m just saying the angels of Housamo are love starved and they decided that we, as the MC, would give them said love.

OR,They have a lot of love to give and decided that we, as the MC, would be on the receiving end of it.

"If a Summoner sees them as individuals" who other than MC to see them as individuals?

We can also see in the main story that they don't show any emotion either.

They are here and they fight.

But things are different with MC. What they value most is the bonds they have with others. And you can bet your ass Mc is going to go above and beyond to give the Einherjars emotions.

Some more headcanons from me,I guess...

This one and the world Ranger. You actually meet them in the main story. You save them even. Three times. They even say it.

Yet they join the Summoners. At first when I read their lore (it's fancy to say lore) I was thinking there was no reason for them to join The Summoners. I mean why would trained military personnel join arms with a bunch of teenagers?

But it does make sense! When you think about it they too, may have been "granted" some memories of past loops.

They know of the war that is going on in Tokyo and so they joined the Warmongers.

And then the Warmongers betrayed them. The plan was to kill them to make shadows that would be controlled by Shiva-Mahakala.

And then MC saved them yet again. Defeating the Warmongers and giving Shiva a goodbye kiss.

I'm sure that, off-screen, they understand that their leaders all have their sight on this random teenager. And if the Warmongers have their sight on MC then so do the other true Guilds.

They understand that MC is in a war that they have to participate in.

And what's the best way to thank MC for not only saving them but making said thanks matter? Using your military experience to help them.

They be good beetles.

Look, I need to understand.

Why do these guys join up with the Summoners?

I understand that for most of tem they were controlled by Perun's sacred artefact. Taishakuten was the one who freed them from Perun's influence not MC.

There is literally nothing I coud find that would make these guys join the Summoners. I understand leaving the Invaders after what Perun did to them, but why the Summoners?!

Do they think they'll be safe with MC? Well I got bad news for these guys.

Do they want to say "fuck you" to Perun? "The guy you keep raving about doesn't want anything to do with you but he accepted us without a second thought, lol."

Also will Pazuzu try to..you know...tuck them in bed? They are reptiles after all.

Time for me to do something I wanted to do for a long time now.

Analyse the angel mobs expression and design. (Yes, I'm boring. I know.) First, their research file. It says the following:

"Angel Transients summoned from another world. They uphold law and order and have a strong preference to maintain community. However, they have more humane emotions and thought than people may think. Some may find a bond with you and offer their help. Others may be attracted to you, and choose to be by your side."

From it, we know they are agents of the law. And in that way, they must look severe. Let's see if their design reflects that.

Fire Angel!

Looks very severe, angry even. If you told me this dude was an agent of the law, without me knowing anything about them, I would believe you. On top of that, he is black. Bonus point for him. I like that he has a little beard as well.

The colour of the symbol on his clothes and his halos are supposed to be red. But they appear as a mix of red and gold. It's a nice touch that the other angels don't have.

Very solid representment of the angel. 8/10

Water Angel!

The reason why it took me so long to do this. He simply refused to appear in the gacha until today.

His looks are much softer than the other angels. His expression also reflects this softness. He looks more like an annoyed older brother than an agent of the law. He'd probably melt if you praised him. Despite his soft looks, he would still be someone you'd turn to for help.

Wood Angel!

First, another black man! Yay! He has a nice severe expression, without looking angry. He knows his job, and he knows how to do it, thank you very much.

He gives off this air of trust in his abilities. You tell me I can rely on this man for my problems? I'd believe you. His hair isn't dreadlocks. His hair is thick. Also, nice beard as well.

He is a solid 8/10

Aether Angel!

First, blond for the light element. Basic. But let's be honest, we would all be mad if he weren't blond.

Severe expression, reinforced by the form of his chin and his rather square-shaped face. He could break bricks with that chin. He probably looks terrifying only if you don't know him. Huge teddy bear vibes from this man. No beard, though.

A good 7/10

Nether Angel!

Everyone's favourite! Even his eyes are purple. A good look of determination on his face. Will do his duty as best of his ability. A sense of maturity as well. Deserves more recognition. Appears both severe and approachable. Very good expression for his job.

A nice beard and moustache. 9/10

Infernal Angel!

Tired middle-aged man. You'll trust him because he looks like he's been doing it for a long time. Will reassure you if you're scared. The flames of the infernal element on his wings is a nice touch. The beard is nice.

A nice daddy man who needs a rest. 7/10

Valiant Angel!

Has the same problem as Water Angel, but taken to the next level. This is a shōnen main protagonist. He will save the day. He will use the power of friendship. Wears glasses. Doesn't know what he is doing. Looks too young. Weird hairstyle.

Saved by his glasses alone. 6/10

World Angel!

His expression, despite looking a bit severe, also makes him look a bit confused. He has a scar the shape of a cross on his forehead. Is here because he was told to be here. Trying his best. Will help you because he is a kind and helpful young man. Don't be scared of him, he'll cry.

Has a magnum dingle dongle. Doesn't understand why he keeps getting looks in the streets.

A good boy. 9/10
