and then he is dragged off to Troy. the land where it’s greatest hero, Hector of Troy; is known as the breaker of horses. there must’ve been a few flat plains nearby.

he builds a statue of a horse as a false gift to the Trojans. weren’t the horses the emblem of Troy? (DISCLAIMER i’m not 100% certain on this, i could be wrong; it’s mentioned on wikipedia under the literary accounts section but doesn’t have a proper citation for that in specific)

he angers Poseidon who causes him countless strife through his journey, a journey where so many men died

each time horses appear in his journey, it is during a period of bloodshed or strife.

in conclusion:

this thing is an embodiment of war and suffering in the Odyssey

Odysseus goes to war with Troy who are well known for their horsemanship.

He builds a bigass horse to defeat the Trojans.

Poseidon, the creator of horses, is on his ass for his whole journey.

He lives in Ithaca, a place where it's "not good land for horses" (not enough flat plains for running type of stuff)

In conclusion, I don't know, but this man is haunted by horses. Twilight Sparkle is gonna beat his ass or something.

Now listen I bet he thinks his hairstyle’s cool and all and I know I can’t disagree BUT he looks like a badger never mind a badger but you know if you go to a painter and you give them your car and go like

that's what his hairstyle looks like, he went to a painter, not a salon told the painter to make his hair look dope painter spray-painted it like a car and slapped a yellow supreme badge on it.

You know what? If there would be a soulmate thing going on in the Dream SMP and out of ironie Schlatt would be Quackitys soulmate...they wouldn't have the neat string, that would connects their ring fingers. No. That would be a thick string that would just tie around their whole bodies, with knots in it. No way of cutting it or loose it up.

Like...is it healthy? In canon probably not (even though I still have hope for Schlackity) but I can make it funny! Or they could at least be both dependent on each other. Like "I hate you, but I can't imagine life without you".

Probably the soulmate-gods were drunk when they decided to make this two soulmates.

So Dream just said there was another traitor and that they would be more surprising than Eret. 

Bet it’s Tubbo.

Kinda ramble kinda not?

(sorry for the long-ish ramble again, I split it in half so I don’t take up your time or dashboard. Keep in mind I’m just having fun and to not take this too seriously.)

Right now the traitors’ identity could be either Tubbo or Philza since Dream said in stream “the traitor in your ranks will be more surprising than Eret and it may ruin your whole plan” which pretty much discounts Techno since people would expect that. Also Dream is a smart man, so he must’ve known that Schlatt had no true allies and a fight would end with him losing, so the traitor would need to be someone who could take Pogtopia down possibly without a fight. Who would be more surprising than Tubbo or Philza who are both close to Tommy and Wilbur.

Okay, I know what I originally said about Tubbo being the traitor, how it was “unlikely it’s funny”...

But the more I thought about it, the more I realized there is a small chance it’s him. I mean he was of the first people to join L’manberg, so it would definitely be a shock if he did betray them, and as far as the others can tell Tubbo doesn’t like Schlatt since he had him executed but, going back to what Dream said “it may ruin your whole plan” pretty much everyone on Pogtopia’s side believes Tubbo is innocent and will probably talk to Tubbo about the plans for the 16th. If it was Tubbo he could pass it on to Dream and Schlatt and boom, plans ruined. (and also makes the story a lot more chaotic XD)

Then there’s Phil who stated on stream that he doesn’t like what Wilbur has done since it was a fair election and that Wilbur is acting like a terrorist. Also fans of the story/livestreams have asked about Phil joining the SMP, why not now? feels like it could add some chaos to the story (and it may break Wilbur even more XD)

Sorry for the rambling again I just started thinking about the evidence and wanted to write about it (even though a lot of people have already done that) I’m gonna post part 2 tomorrow, where I’m just rambling about Dream and Schlatt’s deal

Okay. So this was gonna be part 2 to my original ramble and in this one I wanted to talk about Dream and Schlatt’s deal but, then I thought about it more and realized there is not much to say since we know almost nothing besides the fact that Dream said “He agreed to something neither Tommy nor Wilbur would agree to” which could mean Schlatt gives Dream Manberg in exchange for still having political power or something else.

just under 1 hour until the war so I thought I would quickly ramble about the traitor again (I am so sorry XD)

Okay so, least likely traitors feel like Antfrost, BBH, Sam and Ponk mainly because they have only become more involved in the plot recently.

As for Philza, I don’t think it will be him since it looks like he is just streaming like normal (which kinda sucks cause imagine that twist!) but, I may be wrong. So don’t quote me XD

I wanted to talk about Tubbo being the traitor again even though I’m not so sure anymore. In a stream Sapnap and Tubbo were talking and when asked what side Sapnap was on he said he didn’t know and would join the side with the most valuables, Tubbo could’ve invited him to Pogtopia (even if Sapnap said no) but he didn’t. Maybe I’m looking into that bit too deep and Tubbo just didn’t want to ask but still. In the same stream Tubbo also said he has a lot of end crystals and since no one else brought them up I bet it’s safe to say he never told anyone but, Dream is smart and let’s assume Dream some how found them, it would give him more incentive to convince Tubbo to be the traitor. 

Now... on to Tommy. Let’s be honest while yes Tommy has been on Wilbur's side most of the time, besides a few disagreements, Tommy does have the incentive to back stab Wilbur. The entire time Tommy has wanted to talk L’manberg back and has spoken out against blowing it up and let’s be honest again, Wilbur has been treating Tommy pretty poorly (REMEMBER THEY ARE PLAYING CHARACTERS) so I could see Tommy ‘biting the bullet’ and making a deal with Dream to get L’manberg back even though it would probably have a negative impact on his friendships. Also it would be shocking, interesting from a story perspective and it lines up with what Dream said "the traitor in your ranks will be more surprising than Eret and it may ruin your whole plan"

I’m gonna cap it here because I don’t wanna take up your time but, what ever happens remember one thing:

Who ever the traitor is, don’t attack them after today. I make promises, not threats and I will revoke your kneecap privileges  :)

As much I would love for Tommy to not be exiled, I don’t see that not happening purely from a story stand point. 

Tommy and Tubbo’s goals no longer align: Tommy has made it clear he only want’s his disks back, while Tubbo wants to keep L’manberg safe. Tommy only follows his emotions and seems like he would happily risk L’manberg for his disks and Tubbo is thinking about the bigger picture with L’manberg and the citizens. (The best comparison I can think of is “the minority vs the majority” if anyone has a better one, let me know please. I hate sounding like a moron)  

I 100% agree Tommy’s character has been kind of thrown around like a rag doll and hasn’t had much good fortune recently but sometimes thing have to get worse before they get better.

Now to wait and see if Tubbo exiles him XD

... Okay I know I said I would post this yesterday... but time is just a construct and isn’t real!

Morning! I hope you’ve had a great day or night, If not don’t worry it’ll get better! Like I said I just wanted to talk about Tommy and Tubbo’s friendship and how we got to where we are in the plot. I won’t waste your time so let’s just start. 

Also keep in mind that they are just playing characters and Tubbo and Tommy are still good friends!

(Also I just realised someone who I've followed for a while and think is genuinely funny reblogged one of my posts and I'm so fucking happy, thank you so much you made my day!) 

Okay so in the DreamSMP, Tommy and Tubbo arguably have the strongest friendship, like a dynamic duo. But I think everyone at this point knows what has happened in their most recent streams if not, go watch the VOD’s since I don’t want to cause spoilers for people who haven’t seen the VOD’s but TLDR: Tommy fucked up and Tubbo isn’t happy with him. 

With it came kinda a divide in the fandom on who was in the right and who was in the wrong. I already made it clear I agree with the Tubbo side of the fandom in this since when he called Tommy out on being selfish I 100% agreed with him also, to be blunt Tommy’s characters was just acting like a over confident dick. I get that Tommy’s character has suffered a lot and deserves some happiness but, he just acted reckless and also dragged Tubbo into a deeper mess then he was already in.

At the start of the war, as in when it was just Dream vs Tommy (feels like a long time ago actually) Tubbo could’ve easily backed out since it really had nothing to do with him but, he decided to help because of how close him and Tommy were. I wanna bring something up I said: “Through most of the story Tubbo has been the most calm and rational as well as has arguable sacrificed a lot for Tommy and when it came time for Tommy to finally repay Tubbo he basically spat in his face and showed that at his worst Tommy can be incredible selfish.” and even now I stand by that! Tubbo lost his wooden house after Dream burnt it down (during the war Tommy had a hand in starting), he spent hours collecting materials and was killed multiple times (in the same war Tommy had a hand in starting). 

Even Tommy couldn’t seemingly think of anything notable he had done for Tubbo since all he said was that he had put his disc’s aside for 2 conflicts he had a hand in starting “I put them to the side every other time when there was a crazy man when there was a dictator every time” he and Wilbur chose to have the election. Tubbo even brought it up himself “You couldn't do one thing for me! You couldn't do one just one thing and it was for your own good” and even when Tubbo was upset with Tommy and was proven that he only cared about his disks Tubbo still tried to help him get out of a bad situation which falls in line with who he his as a person. I will admit there are possibly some moments where Tommy did do something for Tubbo but, either they were too minor to remember or they never happened (really if anyone can think of anything give me a heads up, I don’t want to sound like a bigger moron.)

Speaking about personality, I’ve seen people bring up the fact that Tommy would never exile Tubbo, and ya! 100% fair and valid point Tommy needs Tubbo as much as Tubbo needs Tommy but, bring up the stream again Tubbo said: “so you know what if the if the roles were reversed as you said (...) you wouldn't exile me because I would have actually listened to you and done what you said” Tubbo has pretty much always made an effort to listen to his friends, and to help them but like I said “You can only push a person so far before they push back” Tubbo’s character has listened for a while and has finally pushed back against Tommy.

I feel like this has started to become a “Bullying TommyInnit’s character post” I don’t mean that I just started typing and here we are. So before it does turn into bullying I should move on. Now, I know when it comes to who is morally right between them, there isn’t really a clean cut answer. While Tommy has proven himself to be incredibly selfish at his worst, Tubbo has done things that could make him look like bad friend but, in my opinion he hasn’t reached his lowest point.

... Soooo I don’t really know how to end something like this, I mostly have short responses and not long carefully typed out ones. I’m sorry if I sounded harsh during this I just started typing and wasn’t thinking fully. Thank you for reading!

(By the way please keep in mind that no matter if Tommy does get exiled please don’t hate on Tubbo also, they are just playing characters at the and they are still friends. )

Okay! I know I’m not big on here but, before anyone on the SMP streams, allow me to remind a few groups of people:

Do not attack Tubbo if he does exile Tommy and don’t send hate towards anyone involved, they are just roleplaying. If you do you attack them, you will lose your knee caps privileges :)
