You were joking when you asked for "Mikey" for christmas. You thought Hina and Emma knew you were joking.

So why the hell was Mikey currently tied up with a christmas ribbon and sitting under the christmas tree in your house, staring back at you with a slight smile?

"Merry christmas."

"I- HUH?!" you quickly covered your mouth, not wanting to be too loud at midnight. "Mikey, why are you in my house?" you whisper yelled.

"Emma and Hina jumped me." was his comically simple response. Well, it would be comically simple if Mikey didn't scare the living crap out of you just a few moments ago.

"That- That doesn't explain anything!" at this point, you've given up with trying to be quiet.

"I can't tell you anything more. I have no idea what's happening either."

"How are you so calm about this anyways?" you walked closer to him, inspecting the tag on the ribbon that said "Merry christmas from Emma and Hina".

"Now that I think of it, it is pretty weird to be kidnapped by your sister."

You're not even going to ask how they managed to get him in here without the keys.

"Well, uhhh... how about I unwrap you...?" you offered awkwardly after a small silence.

"Are you sure you want to do that? You'll unleash the true present by doing that." something... strange flashed behind his dark eyes.

"...What's that supposed to mean?"

"Oh, nothing. ♡"

₊˚⊹♡ Hanma

"Merry christmas. ♡" you froze at the sound of his voice.

You were woken up by some weird noise downstairs, quietly walking down to investigate the source. You even took a knife from the kitchen just in case.

But instead of a robber or kidnapper, what you found was Hanma Shuji tied up in a big red ribbon. Smiling at you.

"Don't you merry christmas me." you didn't know what to say or do. You were scared out of your mind just now and that combined with the strange sight in front of you made you at a loss of... anything, really.

"Woah, that's a big knife... What were you going to do with that?˜" he sounded more amused than anything.

"You little... I don't... What is even happening?" you dropped the knife on the ground.

"Someone told me that you want 'Hanma Shuji' for christmas."

"Well, you know what I thought I was going to get for christmas? Kidnapped, that's what!" you yelled, not even caring about how loud you are right now.

"Hahahah, how amusing!" he laughed, seeming very satisfied.

"You won't be saying that after the things I will do to you. You know you can't escape when you're tied up, right?" a smirk crossed your face suddenly. A sense of boldness overtook you.

"Oooh, aren't you bold. ♡" his smile only widened.

"No way." you had to do a double take when you saw what you thought you saw.

Turns out this christmas is more interesting than you thought it would be. A present from Toman ended up being Baji Keisuke in the flesh.

"Mmmf!" he's probably telling you to free him right now, which admittedly, is hard to do when your mouth is gagged.

"Wow, this is like, the best present I ever got. I gotta thank the boys later." you walked closer to him, kneeling down and inspecting him in all his tied up glory.

Baji looked half angry half embarrased, and honestly that just made you want to tease him more. You kissed his cheek, smiling cheekily.

"Hmmf..." you laughed a little at his face.

"Mmmf! Hmmm!"

"Okay, okay, I get it, I'll let you out. But that doesn't mean that I'm done with you just yet." you smiled, taking the bow of the ribbon into your hands to untie it.

"Mmm..?!"

"Me and Mana have a surprise for you." Luna ran up to you all of a sudden.

"What is it?" you placed your hands on your knees to get closer to Luna's height.

"Wait till christmas." that was Luna's only response before running off to continue playing with Mana.

"Hmmm..." you hummed, a bit confused.

"Was this... Luna and Mana's gift?" you looked at the comically large christmas present under the tree. What in the world did those two give you?

You carefully removed the lid of the box, worried about the contents. Only to find Mitsuya inside.

"I- What the hell?" Luna and Mana sure are some evil children.

"I don't know either. Hakkai approached me just now and said "sorry" before wrapping me up and putting me in this box with no further explanation." his eyes never left yours.

"I think I know who's idea this was..." you stepped inside the box, sitting directly across from him. He raised an eyebrow.

"Your little sisters told me something about a surprise for christmas..."

"Oh my god. That explains... a lot." he looked as if he just made a big realisation. You couldn't help but laugh a little at the sight.

You pecked his lips all of a sudden, making him jump slightly. "Tell them thank you later."

"Shouldn't you be thanking them?" he smiled.

"No, I'm sure you'll be the one thanking them tommorow." His eyes widened at your mischevious smirk.

ran haitani:

✂︎ as we all know, ran haitani is one smug bastard, and this especially goes for when he’s trying to impress whoever he’s taken a liking to, (he’ll never admit that he’s absolutely head over heels for you, so ‘taken a liking to’ is the best you’re going to get from him). ran is always going to be going way overboard whenever he knows you're watching, and it’s extremely obvious to everybody around except for you.

✂︎ he’ll always open doors for you, kiss the back of your hand, show off in fights, subtly flex the fact that he’s lowkey rich; really anything to get your attention. rindou is just in the background, grumbling about how his brother is such a show-off and should just man up and confess already so he doesn’t have to deal with this.

✂︎ another thing: ran can never keep his eyes off you whenever you’re around. you’ll always catch his attention no matter how many people are in the room, and his gaze will always be following your figure wherever you’re going, and it’ll even go to the point where ran almost blocks out everything else around him because he can’t stop staring at you.

✂︎ and of course, not everything can go the way ran haitani wants, no matter how badly he desires it to happen. to be more specific, it’s really his own fault when he makes an absolute fool out of himself in front of you.

✂︎ it was meant to be a quiet day with not much going on, but of course ran had to entertain a few guys who wanted to fight him. his first mistake: not bringing rindou with him, and his second mistake, (or perhaps flaw?): the fact that he’ll always look at you whenever you’re around.

✂︎ he had been purposefully egging on the guy in front of him just for his own amusement, but as soon as he noticed you in the corner of his eye, his head immediately turned a bit so that he could get a better look at you. in this moment, the guy had built up enough courage to finally swing at him, and to everybody’s surprise, it actually hit ran, sending him flying backwards into the small crowd that had gathered around.

✂︎ there was silence for a moment, and then the whispers started. did he really just land a punch on him? how did that even happen? is ran losing his edge?

✂︎ while the comments were a bit annoying, but really embarrassed him was the fact that he hadn’t been paying attention and got punched while you were looking, and from the surprised look on your face, you hadn’t been expecting it either. it wasn’t really often that ran would get...embarrassed, but he had to say that if he had to choose a moment where he was, this would be it.

✂︎ in the end, he still beat the shit out of the guy, (not mentioned: taking out his embarrassment/anger on him). while it was a humbling moment to say the least, he still enjoyed the worried look on your face when you ran up to him afterwards, asking if he was alright and if he wanted you to give him an ice pack, (he said yes).

sano manjiro [mikey]:

✂︎ honestly, i feel like mikey embarrassing himself in front of his crush is just a daily thing because of the amount of stupid shit that he tries to pull off in order to impress you. draken is always poking fun at him about it, saying that he’s too much of a coward to confess, (you’re one to talk draken). really though, mikey is always just going to be doing the absolute most whenever you’re around, and it’s the most hilarious thing ever.

✂︎ he’s had a lot of embarrassing moments in front of you: falling flat on his face because he was looking at you instead of where he was walking, walking straight into a glass door, getting punched because he was paying attention to you instead of the fight, spilling a parfait all over himself, even falling down an entire escalator because he missed a step because he was excited to see you, (you’re still wondering how he even survived that….).

✂︎ the most embarrassing thing he ever did though was probably when he literally ended up in the hospital because he tried to impress you with his “super awesome very epic and cool bike tricks”, (his exact words).

✂︎ to elaborate a bit more on that, it was after a toman meeting, and all the captains and vice captains had decided to go out to get some fast food from a place nearby, and of course, mikey being mikey, he invited you to come with, (he wanted to spend more time with you, but his excuse was because he wanted to treat you to some food).

✂︎ all of you had gotten your food and were just chilling in the parking lot, everyone leaning on their respective bikes with casual conversation about random topics floating amongst the group. mikey had thought that it was rather boring and that it needed to be spiced up a bit, and so he decided to kill two birds with one stone and impress you while also making everything more exciting, (he really did think it was a great idea at the time).

✂︎ and so of course, he announced to everybody that he was about to do a very very cool trick with his bike, making sure to especially glance over at you as he said so he knew that you were paying attention. everybody else was just snickering amongst themselves about how obvious it was he was trying to impress you, (baji was the only one who said it outloud, so mikey threw his drink at him LMAO).

✂︎ now, proceeding to the trick he was going to do, he got on his bike and started going around and around in a tight circle. now, the sad part about this entire thing is that he didn’t even get the part of the trick he was supposed to do before he got dizzy and lost his grip on his bike, essentially yeeting himself into the air and landing a few yards away.

✂︎ there was a moment of silence before everyone just burst out laughing, not even really concerned about mikey, (you seemed to be the only one who was starting to question if he was even alive). of course, after a moment or two of them laughing about what happened, they all went over to go and actually check if mikey was okay.

“whoo, haha, did you see me go through the air, (y/n)? i went like whoosh! haha…”

✂︎ mikey passed out after that, and an ambulance was called.

✂︎ safe to say that once he heard about what happened, he wallowed in his own embarrassment for a while, asking draken is you think that he’s lame.

“ken-chin, (y/n) probably thinks i’m so lame now!!”

“no mikey, they just want to know if you’re alive because they thought you fuckin’ died.”

mitsuya takashi:

✂︎ mitsuya has never really been one to go over the top when it comes to who he likes; he prefers to just talk with them and be able to be near them, and he doesn’t really mind if they don’t notice him whenever he’s doing something cool or nice, which is why he doesn’t really embarrass himself very much.

✂︎ he’s also quite the busy person, so he doesn’t ever have time to even try to impress his crush, so the few embarrassing moments he does have is usually not his fault and completely on accident.

✂︎ the two of you were in the same class, and because of how he was absent sometimes, you would offer to lend him your notes to copy down whenever he missed something, (one of the many things he likes about you). you would even go as far to bring them over to his place, and you would sometimes even stay over to help him with the material if it was something that he didn’t quite understand.

✂︎ because of this, you also knew that mitsuya has two adorable little sisters, and you would see them sometimes when you would come over. this is why you merely giggled when he opened the door one day and there were scribbles all over his face; there was a mustache, a beard, some random drawings on his forehead, overall just pretty funny to look at.

“sorry i came to the door late, i accidentally fell asleep but- why’re you laughing?”

✂︎ poor boy had no idea what had happened, and you just had to regain your composure and try to hide your smile as you gestured to his face, your smile still peeking out from behind your hand.

“no no, just, you have a very, ah, artistic face mitsuya.”

✂︎ it took a moment for it to click that there was something up with his face, and he immediately rushed to the bathroom, flipping the light on to check what it was you were talking about. to his horror, he finally saw all the scribbles on his face in what seemed to be permanent marker…

“sorry (y/n)-san, please come in, i just need to wash this off!”

✂︎ hearing his yell from the bathroom, you just giggled a bit to yourself and let yourself in, closing the door behind you. from around the corner, you could see luna and mana looking at mitsuya in the bathroom with mischievous grins on their faces.

✂︎ meanwhile, mitsuya was feeling a bit embarrassed from what you had seen, especially since the drawings on his face made him seem like a crazy man. luckily for him though, the light flush on his cheeks was covered by the redness on his face from the scrubbing he had done with a towel and some soap.

✂︎ when he got out of the bathroom, he could see you kneeling down and giggling with his little sisters, and as he got closer, he was able to catch some of the conversation.

“taka-nii looked so funny!”

“yeah, you two totally got him good!”

✂︎ as embarrassed as mitsuya was about the whole thing, he supposes that it was worth it to see you getting along and laughing with his sisters; there was just something about it that warmed his heart, and he savored it for a few more moments before interrupting.

“so, it was you two, huh?”

“ahhh, (y/n)-nii we’ve been caught!”

“oh no, you better run away or else mitsuya’s gonna getcha!”

✂︎ the two of them scurried away off to their bedroom, leaving you and mitsuya. he just sighed a bit, rubbing a hand behind his neck as he apologized for troubling you with his sisters and the classwork he missed.

“don’t worry about it! i think it was pretty cute, y’know?”

sano manjiro [mikey]:

✂︎ honestly, it’s such a surprise how this boy hasn’t been held back a grade. he’s either actually decently smart and does okay on his exams, or his teachers are just so terrified of him that they pass him so that they don’t have to deal with him for another year if he gets held back.

✂︎ some of the rumors that have spread throughout this school [about mikey] are quite insane and actually crazy; like, who even came up with these?

✂︎ when it comes to actual day-to-day life in school with him, he’s not actually going to be there that often, so you won’t have to be his babysitter that often, but he still comes to school at least once a week because draken tells him that a student needs to go to school.

✂︎ he’ll probably pick you up from your place on days where you goes to school, because he doesn’t want you to have to wake up early to ride the train, but also because he doesn’t trust people on public transportation. why do that, when instead you can ride on his bike with him?

✂︎ the thing about riding his bike to school though is that it always brings a lot of attention to yourselves, since everybody is staring and is nervous that “the invincible mikey” is attending school today, so they need to be on their guards and not bother him.

✂︎ he’s the type to walk you to your classes, even if he doesn’t have that class, and even take some random person’s seat beside you so that he can be with all the time. the teachers don’t even say anything about it and just let him do it because they're nervous about the repercussions if they do.

✂︎ he’s never paying attention in class and is always going to be snoozing off, so you’re either going to have to wake him up, or take notes for him that he can use later, (which he’s still not going to use, so it’s pretty much a waste of time).

✂︎ if he’s not sleeping during class, he’s munching on whatever snacks he brought with him, and nobody will ever say anything about it, even if he’s eating really loudly.

✂︎ lunchtimes in school with mikey are spent with the two of you sitting in the courtyard with everyone a good distance away from you, and with the two of you eating all the bread you got from the school store, since everyone moved out of the way so mikey could order what he wanted, which is a great perk of being with him in school. he’ll be complaining a lot to you about how boring school is, and how do you even do it everyday? it’s so lame.

✂︎ as soon as he’s done eating his bread though, he’s almost immediately asleep, most likely resting his head on your lap or on your shoulder, depending on where you are.

✂︎ he most definitely has some sort of small group of girls who fangirl over him because of how cute he is, but never actually approach him because they’re nervous. they can always be seen though, keeping their distance but still staying close to him. he knows about them and thinks it’s a bit amusing, but he’ll never actually acknowledge their presence, unless one of them actually talks to him.

✂︎ everyone in the school knows to not mess with you, because if they mess with you, then they’re messing with mikey, which is actually pretty convenient for you, since nobody will ever try to pick a fight with you. of course, there’s always going to be the poor soul who thinks that they can actually take on mikey, and they’ll usually come to you, asking around for where he is. mikey is probably very close by, and will just beat up the person and move on with his day while everyone around him watches him walk away like he’s some sort of mad-man, (maybe he is).

✂︎ he never actually helps with cleaning after school when it’s his turn unless you tell him to, and even then, he’s complaining the whole time about how he got some chalk dust on his jacket and can you please take it off for me? i don’t know how to do it.

✂︎ when the two of you finally leave, mikey is insisting that you go out with him for some food, because he’s starving after the long day he had of doing absolutely nothing.

mitsuya takashi:

✂︎ he’s a fairly average student; he passes all his classes and he does decent enough on his exams, and he has an extracurricular that he does, which is enough for him. teachers don’t really have any opinions on him, but overall, he’s probably the most normal out of all in toman when it comes to school.

✂︎ attendance wise, he’s probably going to miss more than a few days throughout the year because of toman related things, so he’ll ask you if you can take notes for him, but don’t worry, he’ll definitely treat you to a meal or whatever else you want in exchange for doing him a favor.

✂︎ he really doesn’t like taking his bike to school, (he doesn’t want to gain a bad reputation and have people fear him) so instead he’ll walk you to school, and if it’s raining, he’ll already have an umbrella prepared for the both of you. he doesn’t really mind waiting for you if you’re running late on getting ready, but he’ll remind you that you don’t have much time before school starts, so you need to hurry up, (he’ll always make sure you eat something before though).

✂︎ you two probably have some classes together, so he’ll come to your classroom and walk with you to whatever class the two of you have next.

✂︎ he’s pretty good at taking notes during class and just paying attention in general; he’s marking down important things that he should remember for future tests, and he’s making sure to pay attention to the current lecture. he’s also pretty good with group projects, and even though he might complete his part a bit later than he should, he does good work and will make sure that if you guys presenting, everything goes well.

✂︎ his handwriting can probably be really nice, but if he’s in a rush, it’ll come out as some sort of scribble language that only he can read.

✂︎ for lunch, he probably makes his own using whatever he has left from making lunches for luna and mana, so it differs from day to day. he might have half of a onigiri, and tidbits of different fruit slices, or half of a rolled omelet. even though what he has is pretty random, it’s always going to taste good, since he’s very used to cooking, and he’ll always offer some of his food if you didn’t have time to make anything. often times, he’ll treat you to a drink from the vending machine as well, and will accompany you to buy bread so that you don’t get run over by everyone else.

✂︎ mitsuya probably has some friends that are pretty exclusive to school because he doesn’t want to get them involved in toman and ruin their view on him, but nonetheless, you can probably see him laughing and joking around with some of them in the hallways.

✂︎ because you guys always walk back home, you’ll usually have to wait for him to finish up whatever he’s doing in the home ec club. you’re usually going to be chilling in the corner, maybe doing homework or on your phone, or you might watch whatever it is that everybody is doing, since they tend to do some pretty nifty stuff in there.

✂︎ sometimes, mitsuya will come over with a drink from the vending machine and apologize about making you wait for him, and that he’ll make it up to you later. of course you don’t mind waiting for him, but the gesture is still super sweet of him.

✂︎ if he ever notices that you fell asleep by the time he’s done with the home ec club, he’ll either gently wake you up so that you guys can leave, or he’ll just carry you on his back to your house because he can’t bring himself to wake you up.

✂︎ he’s pretty open to hanging out after school, but he first has to pick up luna and mana from their school and bring them back home before you can do so, and sometimes they’ll accompany you to wherever it is that you guys are going.

ran haitani:

✂︎ i would really like to know how this dude managed to take over the entirety of roppongi with rindou and still managed to actually attend school on a somewhat regular basis. like please, make it make sense.

✂︎ as a student, his grades are probably pretty good even if he doesn’t do well, and this is entirely because all of his teachers are terrified of him and rindou; there wasn’t anybody who didn’t know about the haitani brothers [in roppongi] even if you weren’t involved in the whole gang scene.

✂︎ he honestly does put in a fair amount of effort into school and his work, but he’s not the type to really stress out if he gets a bad mark, (which doesn’t really happen to be honest). he just prefers to go with the flow, because as long as he has the grades to pass, that’s all he cares about.

✂︎ going to school he’ll probably be using a bike, (a regular one, not a motorcycle lmao) because he doesn’t really want to walk, he doesn’t want to risk his bike getting rusty if it rains outside, and he doesn’t want to be stuck on a train and crammed in with a bunch of people so early in the morning.

✂︎ he’ll be picking you up every morning when he goes to school, but he might be late sometimes because rindou was taking too long to try and get his hair right, but it’s never so late that you’re all going to be late for school. he’s always going to keep the back seat of his bike open for you, and rindou will just scoff about how disgusting the two of you are.

✂︎ sometimes if he and rindou show up early, his hair won’t be completely done, so he’ll ask you if you can braid his hair before you go, (he definitely didn’t do it on purpose, what are you talking about?).

✂︎ ran is an alright student when he’s in class; he isn’t really interested in taking notes, but he’ll take some half-assed ones anyways since he knows he probably needs them. he’ll never end up using them though because of the fact that they are all half-assed, and will instead ask if he can use yours.

✂︎ definitely the type to wait outside your classroom for you, and walk you to your next class even if it means that he’s late for his own. it’s not that he really thinks you're in danger or anything, but he just likes to be with you and talk with you, even if it’s for five minutes between passing periods.

✂︎ lunchtimes are usually the three of you, (ran, rindou and yourself) sitting at a nearby picnic table, and the three of you will take turns going to get bread for the rest. neither of them will ever makes lunches for themselves, so they solely rely on the school bread and vending machines for food, so if you ever make bento boxes for them, they’ll be fairly surprised and happy about it, (especially ran, and now that he knows that you’re a good cook, he’s going to ask you if you can make a bento for him everyday).

✂︎ he really loves to tease you at school, and he doesn’t really care if there’s anybody else watching. he’ll shamelessly come up behind you and wrap his arms around your waist and tuck your head under his chin, (this dude is literally so tall like what-) no matter who you’re talking to.

✂︎ he gets so amused whenever anyone tries to pick a fight with him, and he might entertain them for a bit before actually beating them down, because he thinks that every once in a while, people need a reminder on who it is that runs roppongi.

✂︎ his overall reputation at school and among the student body is alright i suppose, but everyone seems to have a silent agreement that nobody is supposed to fuck with the haitani brothers, and especially not ran’s s/o, although sometimes somebody would mess up and try to fuck with you, (they get their ass beat afterwards though).

✂︎ going home from school, you guys will either ride the bikes or take the trains, but it’s usually bikes since they always want to go somewhere after school, (and they don’t care if you have homework). sometimes rindou will bail out though since he doesn’t want to be a third wheel, so expect a lot of surprise dates after school.
