It has a reception room, wedding hall, mini kitchenette, and bathroom. It is CC-heavy.

Renovating the large apartments in San Myshuno is intimidating. Don’t even get me started on the Penthouses  😰

I am re-doing all of Newcrest as a downtown city, and I’m excited to show it, but I have some touches here and there that I wanna do, so until then, here’s this lol

I decided to post these now, since my game won’t open with my “buy mode” folder in my mods folder, and I’m probably going to have to delete a lot of stuff since the new update/patch messed everything in my game up (anyone else having lagging issues and the neighborhood social thing not clickable??) which means all this hard work will go to waste :’(

Anyways, I built this while listening to an 8 hour video about Victorious lol

I just felt like making a cozy autumnal apartment 🍂

Thank you! It is my own build, I will see if I can upload that as well; probably without cc, though the majority of the exterior is cc-free anyways 😄

Rocky Mountain Record Traders 

this lot was inspired by the building of the same name from Life Is Strange: True Colors the build was in my plans since when EP High School Years was released, but due to lack of things I needed, I put it off until the last basement treasures kit came out I thought for a long time what type of lot to choose: generic or retail, but in fact there is nothing to buy except for a couple of instruments, so I chose the generic one, but you can use any type you like!
