Life Update (6/7/24)
Well. That's a big number.
Sorry for anyone still waiting on the story I promised to write, I haven't been able to make any progress on it, but I WILL get it finished and posted eventually.
I've been working on a special little something else though, but I'm keeping it under wraps for now. I've seen a need, and taken it upon myself to fill it. Stay tuned!

I was just thinking about my customer service voice/attitude and I think it might be kinda like a bimbo?
Cause whenever I’m working (I work in a live theater as a house manager/supervisor), I notice a few traits I emphasize:
I sort of drawl? Like, I say y’all and folks and all that (I’m not southern no idea where this comes from)
I use more bubbly language: “my lovely house managers”, “what you guys do is like really cool, thanks so much!”, “I so appreciate you waiting for me”, “just give me a sec, okay?”
I do everything possible to make everyone happy, especially grumpy customers and old men
I over-apologize
I get lots of compliments on being sweet/kind/having the right attitude from guests
My coworkers (especially the older ones) are always reassuring me/being patronizing even though I’m technically in charge of them (and I like it)
