I accidentally became a favorite at this venue and I don't know how to cope with this!

Supervisor B: You have a good night off?

(he put me at the slowest spot tonight)

Me: Yeah. It was a nice reprieve from last night

Supervisor B: Yeah, I bet. Supervisor S had all guys at the East Doors tonight because the only other girls I had were all new, so I figured I'd better keep them with me. So I went down and asked him just now, "How'd it go with all guys tonight?" and Supervisor S says, "It sucked! I wanted [my name]."

Me: Oof. I'll go down and help him tomorrow

Supervisor B: Between you and me, if [coworker name] is here, she's always put down here

Me: Oh?

Supervisor B: Yeah. She processes so slow and bitches about everything

Me: Oof

There's your gossip for tonight. I thought it was funny.

I'm at the restaurant entrance, so I talked to maybe 20 people in two hours.

For some reason, everyone shows up 30-45 minutes before curtain, so that's our busiest time. But, they've moved this season up 30 minutes, so instead of a 7:30 start time, it's 7:00. Does that change when people show up? No. It just means that instead of getting a rush 30-45 minutes before curtain, it comes at 20 minutes to curtain.

We have two doors to get 1000 people through in 20 minutes.

Idk how we did it last night (with 3 minutes to spare), but I am so glad I got a break from that tonight

So let's get this clear:

I start my job → I report supervisor for harassment of another employee → supervisor gets demoted → HR (supervisors mom) quits → My mom is promoted to supervisor
