Currently working on building a website for my father.
No one talks about my 2023 notebook. I'm a notebook hoarder and I missed out on using this notebook back in 2023. So we have to make do with what we have. Hahah. xD
Summer 2018.
I’ve been around this company (Sip And Gogh - Alabang) for a year now. Have I been enjoying the perks that comes with it + ofcourse, with great artists/good people as colleagues.

We went to Nasugbu, Batangas.
As expected, there were many vacationists, but that did not stop us from experiencing all the fun we could get. Considered as a treat, grateful for another day away from work!

What I like most about my co-artists is how we all blend well together despite the human differences. I’ve been with most of them for a year and we’re all equally cray the same way.
We played cards and dare!

Our inner five-year old adrenaline rush were all awakened!!!
We had to swim far from the shore to get to the huge inflatables, t’was a bit of a challenge because we need to walk on a wobbly and bouncy surface so all the others did was scream and laugh ‘til they run out of energy.
We were in a terrible hype but yet again, it was epic.

Bohemian approach feels because I’ve always wanted that look. It went double fun because we were all so game at everything. I believe we took way too many photos whilst enjoying the said trip.
Couldn’t do an all out bikini due to my conservative kuno reasons. Lol jk, I got me several shots that I posted in my other socmed accounts, we brought extra clothes to play along with different scenery. It took me a lot of guts to do so and I really enjoyed it! :----)

Ang art-eh!

Kudos to these two super fashyown co-artists, Jake & Aaron!

Cheers to more wicked summers!
Thank you, Canyon Cove!
Silence the inner critic: Tips for overcoming negative self-talk during workouts.

Do you often hear a voice in your head that tells you to give up, slow down, or stop trying when you're working out? If so, you're not alone. Many people struggle with negative self-talk during exercise, which can affect their performance, motivation, and enjoyment. Negative self-talk is the habit of thinking or saying things that are critical, pessimistic, or discouraging to yourself. It can take many forms, such as:
"I can't do this."
"I'm too weak/fat/slow."
"This is too hard."
"I'll never reach my goal."
"Everyone is better than me."
Negative self-talk can have a powerful impact on your emotions and actions. It can make you feel anxious, frustrated, or hopeless. It can also make you doubt your abilities, lower your expectations, or avoid challenges. All of these can interfere with your fitness goals and prevent you from reaching your full potential.
Fortunately, there are ways to silence the inner critic and replace it with a more positive and supportive voice. Here are some tips for overcoming negative self-talk during workouts:
Identify your triggers. The first step is to become aware of what triggers your negative self-talk. Is it a certain type of exercise, a specific situation, a comparison with others, or a personal insecurity? Once you know what sets off your inner critic, you can prepare yourself mentally and emotionally for those moments.
Challenge your thoughts. The next step is to question the validity and accuracy of your negative thoughts. Are they based on facts or feelings? Are they realistic or exaggerated? Are they helpful or harmful? For example, if you think "I can't do this", ask yourself: "Is this true? Have I done this before? Can I try a different way? What would I say to a friend who thinks this?" By challenging your thoughts, you can expose the flaws in your inner critic's logic and find alternative ways of thinking.
Replace your words. The final step is to replace your negative words with positive ones. Instead of focusing on what you can't do, focus on what you can do. Instead of putting yourself down, praise yourself for your efforts. Instead of using harsh or judgmental language, use kind and encouraging language. For example, instead of saying "This is too hard", say: "This is challenging, but I can handle it." Instead of saying "I'm too weak/fat/slow", say: "I'm getting stronger/healthier/faster every day." Instead of saying "I'll never reach my goal", say: "I'm making progress towards my goal."
By replacing your words, you can change your mindset and attitude towards exercise. You can also boost your confidence, motivation, and enjoyment. Positive self-talk is not about lying to yourself or being unrealistic. It's about acknowledging your strengths, celebrating your achievements, and supporting yourself through challenges.
Remember that negative self-talk is a habit that can be changed with practice and patience. The more you silence the inner critic and listen to the inner cheerleader, the more you'll enjoy working out and the better you'll perform.

One minute you're rewatching your autism comfort movies and drawing furry porn, then all of the sudden you're agreeing to go to a college football game with your boss to benefit your business opportunities. This is literally the most Adult Man thing I have ever done.
I am currently being paid to watch the sun sparkle off a sun catcher I bought.
I’m glad this is what’s paying my bills :)

Context: my boss changed my schedule
So let's get this clear:
I start my job → I report supervisor for harassment of another employee → supervisor gets demoted → HR (supervisors mom) quits → My mom is promoted to supervisor
