what is it about me sitting in my little corner of the Internet and saying “I actually don’t hate myself as an adult now and I want to be nice to people and that’s my entire thing” that makes these anons start foaming at the mouth

the thought of getting better can be kinda scary
but i swear it's better than anything you've ever imagined
for you and for others
you're scared you're gonna lose yourself but it's more like a pokemon evolution

hey we have a new update i drink more water now
yeah they just patched the self hate jokes still a bit laggy but that's some improvement
i didn't even realize that much how i was getting better until i looked at myself in the mirror and thought 'hey i look kinda cute'
it's even better to work on it cause it's actually satisfying
like you can see the improvement you've made
it's so rewarding and you actually feel like you're doing something good
one day you just wake think 'woah I'm lovable'
this is getting better
knowing that you are lovable
it shows differently with everyone though
you probably won't immediately stop hating yourself
and thats ok
baby steps
it gives you time to get used to the idea of getting better
so it really isn't as scary as it looks
