Rose moss, Mexican rose, sun rose, rock rose, or moss-rose purslane (lat. Portulaca grandiflora). A perennial or annual creeping plant native to Central and South America, it does not exceed 20 centimeters in height. It likes to grow in direct sunlight and doesn't require frequent watering. It has a pleasant herbal aroma🌿

It is worth noting that the genus Portulaca unites about 200 species of annual and perennial herbaceous plants, including succulent ones. Some of these species grow both in Asia and in Europe, but this post is dedicated specifically to the large-flowered purslane.🌱

Портулак крупноцветковый или мексиканская роза, ладанник, моховая роза, дандура (лат. Portulaca grandiflora). Многолетнее или однолетнее стелющееся по земле растение родом из Центральной и Южной Америк, не превышает высотой 20 сантиметров. Любит расти под прямыми солнечными лучами и не требует частого полива. Имеет приятный травяной аромат🌿

Стоит отметит, что род Портулак (Portulaca) объединяет около 200 видов однолетних и многолетних травянистых растений, включая суккулентные. Некоторые из этих видов растут как в Азии, так и в Европе, но данный пост посвящён именно портулаку крупноцветковому. 🌱

Phlox Peppermint Twist. A perennial variety bred in the Netherlands in 2006. It begins to bloom early enough, somewhere in the middle of July, but maybe earlier. It has a pleasant fragrant aroma with sweet notes.💮

Флокс Пеперминт Твист. Многолетний сорт, выведенный в Нидерландах в 2006 году. Начинает цвести достаточно рано, где-то с середины июля, но может и раньше. Имеет приятный душистый аромат с сладкими нотками.💮

In addition to the impressive architecture, the Cascade was remembered by people for me. This architectural complex consists of 5 hillside terraces and 572 steps. People use it as a place for morning workouts. Someone is running, someone is climbing the stairs, and someone is just doing exercises.😃 As for me, it's very cool and useful! It's great when a place has a positive function.🤍

I especially admire one overweight man who stubbornly climbed the stairs to the incendiary song in the column. Do you remember the scene from "Rocky" when the hero goes up the stairs? This man looked no less inspiring!💪😁 I like to meet people who decide to change something in their lives, because this is the essence of our development as individuals!💚 While we were slowly climbing up to each terrace, looking at the architecture and taking pictures, he went up and down the steps, probably 10 times, no less! Sport is important because it is our health.🌱

Помимо впечатляющей архитектуры, "Каскад" мне запомнился людьми. Этот архитектурный комплекс состоит из 5 террас на склоне холма и 572 ступенек. Люди используют его как место для тренировок по утрам😃 Кто-то бегает, кто-то поднимается по ступенькам, а кто-то просто делает зарядку. Как по мне, это очень круто и полезно! Здорово, когда у места появляется позитивная функция.🤍

Особенно восхищаюсь одним мужчиной с избыточным весом, который упорно преодолевал ступеньки под зажигательную песню в колонке. Помните сцену из Рокки, когда герой поднимался по лестнице? Этот мужчина выглядел не менее вдохновляюще!💪😁 Мне нравится встречать людей, которые решают что-то поменять в своей жизни, ведь в этом суть нашего развития как личностей!💚 Пока мы неспешно поднимались к каждой террасе, разглядывали архитектуру и фотографировали, он поднялся и спустился, наверное, раз 10, не меньше! Спорт это важно, ведь это наше здоровье🌱
