In addition to the impressive architecture, the Cascade was remembered by people for me. This architectural complex consists of 5 hillside terraces and 572 steps. People use it as a place for morning workouts. Someone is running, someone is climbing the stairs, and someone is just doing exercises.😃 As for me, it's very cool and useful! It's great when a place has a positive function.🤍
I especially admire one overweight man who stubbornly climbed the stairs to the incendiary song in the column. Do you remember the scene from "Rocky" when the hero goes up the stairs? This man looked no less inspiring!💪😁 I like to meet people who decide to change something in their lives, because this is the essence of our development as individuals!💚 While we were slowly climbing up to each terrace, looking at the architecture and taking pictures, he went up and down the steps, probably 10 times, no less! Sport is important because it is our health.🌱
Помимо впечатляющей архитектуры, "Каскад" мне запомнился людьми. Этот архитектурный комплекс состоит из 5 террас на склоне холма и 572 ступенек. Люди используют его как место для тренировок по утрам😃 Кто-то бегает, кто-то поднимается по ступенькам, а кто-то просто делает зарядку. Как по мне, это очень круто и полезно! Здорово, когда у места появляется позитивная функция.🤍
Особенно восхищаюсь одним мужчиной с избыточным весом, который упорно преодолевал ступеньки под зажигательную песню в колонке. Помните сцену из Рокки, когда герой поднимался по лестнице? Этот мужчина выглядел не менее вдохновляюще!💪😁 Мне нравится встречать людей, которые решают что-то поменять в своей жизни, ведь в этом суть нашего развития как личностей!💚 Пока мы неспешно поднимались к каждой террасе, разглядывали архитектуру и фотографировали, он поднялся и спустился, наверное, раз 10, не меньше! Спорт это важно, ведь это наше здоровье🌱

Данный гриб растёт группами и по одиночке в светлых смешанных и лиственных лесах Евразии, Северной и Южной Америки, в тундре и лесотундре рядом с карликовыми берёзами. Появляется он в начале лета и до конца осени, порой до заморозков.🍃

A perennial plant with a powerful rhizome. The total weight of the root system of an adult plant can be 10 kilograms. This variety of phytolacca blooms not with white but with purple-pink inflorescences.
Wild representatives of this species are highly poisonous. However, the volume of toxic substances in cultivated varieties is much lower. Although its dark berries look very appetizing, it is not recommended to eat them raw. Even cultured phytolacca is advised to boil it beforehand and then take no more than 2 berries per day.

Дикорастущие представители данного вида сильно ядовиты. Однако у окультуренных сортов объемы токсичных веществ намного меньше. Хотя его темные ягоды выглядят очень аппетитно, употреблять их в пищу в сыром виде не рекомендуют. Даже культурный лаконос советуют предварительно отварить и после этого принимать в количестве не более 2 ягод в день.

You'll need context for the video. We went to the forest near the city where we live now. The walk was wonderful: we found edible mushrooms, new locations, beautiful access to the river and a great mood🥰 And we also got acquainted with the unusual inhabitants of the forest😄 Having made a "halt" on a fallen tree, we were discussing the further route, when suddenly we noticed some movement in the distance. I've never seen anything like this in the forest before!😂 To be honest, I even thought that some wild boars had come to us, but they still turned out to be ordinary piglets😄😂 As it turned out later, there is a farm nearby, from where animals are allowed to walk.
It's funny now, but we didn't know how to behave better at that moment. Therefore, we decided to just keep calm and sit as if we had always lived here and they came to visit us😄 Of course, the piglets were curious🐽, but they passed by, keeping their distance. Little suns🥰🌿

Должно быть, видео требует контекста. Мы пошли в лес рядом с городом, в котором на данный момент живем. Прогулка была замечательной: мы нашли съедобные грибы, новые локации, красивый выход к реке и отличное настроение🥰 А еще мы встретили необычных обитателей леса😄 Устроив "привал" на поваленном дереве, мы обсуждали дальнейший маршрут, когда неожиданно в далеке увидели движение. Я еще никогда такого не встречала в лесу!😂 Честно, я даже решила, что к нам идут своеобразные кабаны, но все-таки это оказались обычные поросятки😃😂 Как позже стало понятно, неподалеку расположена ферма, откуда выпускают животных погулять.
Сейчас смешно, но в тот момент мы не знали, как себя лучше вести. Поэтому решили просто сохранить спокойствие и сидеть так, будто мы всегда здесь жили и это они пришли к нам в гости😄 Конечно, поросятам было любопытно🐽, но они прошли мимо, держа дистанцию. Маленькие солнышки🥰🌿
