Golden chanterelle, girolle (lat. Cantharellus cibarius).

I am not indifferent to this mushroom because of its sweet, spicy taste and pleasant texture. In a recent conversation with a friend, I realized that I had never met wormy chanterelles. It turns out that it contains a substance called quinomannose, which provides protection from insect parasites. The same substance can be anthelmintic for forest animals🌿

Неравнодушна к данному грибу из-за сладковатого, пряного вкуса и приятной текстуры. В недавнем разговоре с другом, поняла, что никогда не встречала червивых лисичек. Оказывается в ней присутствует вещество хиноманноза, которое обеспечивает защиту от насекомых-паразитов. Это же вещество может являться глистогонным для лесных животных🌿
