Since I've recently opened commissions (http://sarahfogg.tumblr.com/post/74638485417) here's one I did this January as a christening present. I've done these baby portraits that incorporate birth information several times before, but I think this is my favourite so far.

I was given no guidelines aside from 'they like purple and butterflies', so I was a little relieved when I heard it had gone down well with the parents!

Ah yes, Inuyasha, that manga that I will not finish reading until I am 70 because I get 2 volumes a year as presents and it's... what... 58 volumes long? I love it to pieces though.

Usually in Zelda games I keep Link in the hero's clothes all the time, but not in Spirit Tracks! He looks cute as a button in the train engineer outfit and I put him back in it immediately.

I'm still trying to do something with that watercolour-over-pencil-shading thing. So far I've learned that the paper in this sketchbook is much too thin for watercolour. *facepalm*

The last one! Something else from my Treasure Box that is financially worthless but very special to me - some beach glass. It's all cloudy and smooth from being tossed around by the sea.

Still mining the Treasure Box, a small wooden pendant I got as a child, on a visit to a reconstructed Saxon village. It was my favourite necklace for a very long time, even after the string broke. I'd like to give it a new one if I can find the right materials.
