Adult. Not a safe space for TERFs, the labrys flag is not your hate symbol by the way. I use this blog for whatever I want, mostly screaming into the void and uplifting obscure queer identities. Warframe and Sonic content likely. Scary transandrophobia truther. More in pinned. That Is So Fucking Insulting. The History Of Queer Identity, 'outdated' Or Not, Is Still Important To
that is so fucking insulting. The history of queer identity, 'outdated' or not, is still important to take into account, especially when people still identify with certain identities used in history!
Imagine walking up to a queer elder and telling them they need to change their identity because it's 'outdated' and therefore invalid because the tumblr brigade of teenagers said so. How insulting and arrogant, to write off queer history as 'outdated' and brush it off.
I know to be an exclusionist you have to be close minded, but holy shit that take is so far gone. And fun fact, that book was published in 19. fucking. 93. That was not that long ago in the grand scheme of things! I dare say it's even recent!
I don't like queer discourse because it shouldn't exist but I came across a post yesterday where someone was like "I hate when pro mspec lesbians tell me to read stone butch blues it's outdated" ????????? Queer. Queer history is outdated???? HUH?

I feel like it isn't talked about enough how traumatizing growing up with intermittent explosive disorder is. I've had this self image of monstrousness metaphorically beaten into me from a very young age, constantly told that it's all my fault if things escalate from somebody triggering my anger, how I just don't have enough control over my emotions and that's the only issue. Never mind the shit people expect me to just take and accept, it's MY fault if I explode because apparently my needs and feelings don't matter at all.
And then I'M the one who has to apologize for hurting the other party's feelings, as if that crime wasn't committed by them onto me as well. I won't apologize to someone who isn't remorseful for hurting me, I don't care how much I hurt them in return. You backed the coyote into a corner and get surprised when it attacks. My ability to not accept bullshit anymore has been labeled as 'going backwards in recovery' because that 'recovery' was just being told to bottle up everything and walk on eggshells, and I'll be damned if I'm going to do that anymore.
Maybe it's because it's a special interest of mine, but my queer identity brings me so much joy and comfort. I love having this winding and complex identity that I can play with and express myself in. Being butch is awesome, being a transneumascfem agender person is awesome, being a boygirl is awesome, being a pan aroacespec gaybian is awesome, being intersex is amazing, having xenogenders and neopronouns is so fucking rad, GAH I adore being queer so much
I swear I've made a post like this before but I was being consumed by my uber autistic instincts my bad

I highly appreciate your inclusion of agender, as that is as important to my identity as being multigender is
Remember the survey I did six months ago and also a year ago? Well, I'm doing yet another one! This survey is to collect information about people who feel that the multigender label describes them. If you don't feel that way, this survey is not for you, but it would be appreciated if you reblog this or share it with multigender people you know. If you are questioning whether you identify as multigender, you may take the survey, but please specify in the first question that you are questioning.
You can take the survey here :D
all but bi, I consider myself m-spec but more specifically pan and don't view myself as categorized under bi personally
