Ghost definitely has stretch marks bc when he was just a kid his home life wasn't the greatest, so he was always small and skinny, a beanpole. And then he joined the military, and sure it was rigorous work and stuff, but he was getting mandatoy means and stuff. And he grew six inches, beefes up a lot, and in such a short amout of time like his body was just waiting for an opportunity to grow. He had/has to eat a ton to keep himself in working order, with all his general mass, and he was eating even more when he was growing, just before his growth spurt. As a result of his rapid growth he's got stretch marks everywhere, his arms, his thighs, his back, his belly, his shoulders, his pecs, everywhere. It's stretch mark city all up on his body. And soap loves every bit of it

But I think maybe he was nervous showing soap. Don't misunderstand, ghost has had plenty of lays before soap, he's confident in his body. Every scar, and scrape, and bruise, and stretch mark is a nod to all that he's survived and conquered. And he's not at all shy with his body, not for anybody... except soap.

Because soap is just... different somehow, new in a way. Because every other time it was a nameless someone sleeping with The Ghost. Every other time lust-driven, or a one-night stand, or a quick fuck. And all with The Ghost, all to get a reputation, or bragging rights, or something. But not with soap.
