China Is Not Our Friend - Tumblr Posts
Democracy at the breaking point

Yes, there are two so-called great friends who have talked for hundreds of hours and basically have the same opinion. But what does that have to do with America or democracy, you ask yourself. It's not about two insignificant men but about the two absolute rulers of two huge countries, XI and Putin. Both are of the opinion that the time of democracies as the best form of government is over and that America and the West should now relinquish their claim to leadership to China and its allies. Both of these states have begun to dismantle our democracies through disinformation and propaganda. They are supporting all the forces of suggestion, whether left or right, in order to drive a wedge into society and thus damage democracy and cause it to be questioned by the population. They do this openly or covertly by spreading other narratives, as I like to call them. A narrative of those up there, a narrative that facts are not true, a narrative of the powerlessness of the individual, a narrative of false facts just to make democracy capable of acting. In which unrest, resentment, disenchantment with democracy and sideshows are created so that they can realise their goals. And they are simply to increase their claim to power in the world in order to maintain the existing unjust systems in every form. China is a sleeping dragon for as long as it is useful to XI, the absolute ruler. The allies XI and putin are unequal allies, one is the powerful and prudent XI and the other rather the imprudent putin, but far from it, both have eliminated all forces in their states that could be dangerous to them without scruples. Putin the entire opposition and the democracy movement and XI the internal opponents in his party. One with extreme violence and the other with the pretext of fighting corruption.
All propaganda and false reports that are in the interests of the two are broadcast to the world in order to secure their future and spread their "values" around the world. They are both narcissists and do not tolerate any criticism. Russia uses extremely harsh measures and does not even shy away from murder. China uses a perversely perfect population surveillance system with a punitive Algerian IT system which controls the population perfectly.
These two absolute rulers have only one goal: to destroy the world order that emerged after the Second World War with the USA's claim to leadership as the world police force. They are doing this at all levels, whether in the UN or at all other political levels, as well as at all suggestive levels such as the Internet.
That is why Trump can win, they have managed to light the fuse in large parts of the free world so that the democracies disintegrate themselves.
Rulers and parts...... that means nothing less than using all forces to destroy the unity of the West and its internal social unity in order to then occupy the free spaces that the democracies can no longer deal with because they are only concerned with themselves. In addition, Chinese companies are acquiring more and more economic influence in Western societies in the name of the Communist Party, i.e. in the name of XI, and thus ultimately securing the silence of those responsible in politics and business. The voluntary muzzle, favourite justification in the case of China, within Chinese affairs, even when it comes to democratic Taiwan.
AS A DEMOCRACY, WE MUST START TELLING THE BETTER STORIES AND STAND UP WHEREVER INJUSTICE IS INVOLVED. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE OUR INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM AND THUS THE FREEDOM OF EQUALITY IN DEMOCRACY.
when trump announced america first, he was already starting to pave the way for china and russia's influence in the world, because wherever america withdraws from world affairs, a vacuum is created which is filled by less democratic forces.
AMERICA MUST BE CAREFUL THAT IT DOES NOT TURN ITS OWN DEMOCRATISATION INTO A LOBBYOCRACY THAT BENEFITS ONLY A FEW SHOULD THAT BE THE CASE AT SOME POINT, CHINA'S SYSTEM HAS FRIGHTENINGLY BECOME AN ALTERNATIVE FOR MANY OF THOSE LEFT BEHIND.

The one who does not confuse freedom with his own freedom but with the freedom of those who think differently from him and are also rooted in the democratic system.
Only together are we strong and on this basis we must constantly renegotiate the rules to make our democracies fairer for all of us and not just in favour of individual groups in society.
I love democracy and I am annoyed by it, but I can participate in it and help shape it, criticise it and it doesn't make me disappear or kill me. So out there, what have you not understood about the freedom of all, do you really want that no matter what criticism you have made of the system, the moment you criticise it you are afraid that you will disappear or even be eliminated.
Stop beating your opposites about the ears and look for what you have in common. This is the only way to make systems that are truly connected to the freedom of the individual strong.
Tell your story of freedom in democracy. Democracy always means the freedom of all and not the freedom of ideas of individual groups.
A wise man once said to me, mod in bad there is no good!
You have to be able to endure democracy because only through the process of debate can the best possible results be achieved in a compromise for the prosperity of all.

Republicans need to be panicking because their forerunner for President is going to prison

Power is not a means, it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship.

Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

These two slogans are key approaches to declassifying anti-democratic systems
China and Russia are not the friends of Western values and the freedom of the basic democratic order of our free countries.
Russia has already shown its ugly face, China will have to show its ugly face involuntarily if XI enforces its unlegitimised claim to Taiwan by force.
Historically, China has no claim to taiwan, it was already inhabited by various indigenous ethnic groups long before any colonial power set foot on it. But what does XI care about history when it can go down in the Chinese history books?

Yang Hengjun turned his back on the Communist Party and became an Australian - now China has sentenced him to death
There is great excitement in Australia. What did the naturalised author do to deserve the capital punishment in the eyes of China's rulers?

After five years in isolation in pre-trial detention, Australian author Yang Hengjun has been sentenced to death in China. The sentence will be commuted to "life imprisonment" if Yang does not commit any offences for a further two years. As Yang's health has recently deteriorated massively in prison, according to Australian reports, he will probably die in prison.
The Chinese judiciary has never announced in detail what it is accusing Yang of, nor has it provided any evidence. On Monday, a spokesman for the Chinese foreign ministry in Beijing said, according to the Reuters news agency, that Yang had been convicted of espionage. All necessary procedures had been followed and "the Australian side" had attended the sentencing. What exactly this means remains unclear - Australian diplomats have repeatedly complained that they have hardly any access to Yang.
From Chinese functionary to democracy blogger
Yang emigrated to Australia in 1999. He had previously worked for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and State Security. He studied in Sydney, wrote a doctoral thesis on the influence of bloggers on a possible democratisation of China and became a blogger himself. "Yang gave up his career as a communist cadre member to work for freedom and democracy," the Australian newspaper "Sydney Morning Herald" quoted Feng Chongyi, Yang's doctoral supervisor, as saying. Yang obtained Australian citizenship in 2002.
In 2019, Yang was arrested at Guangzhou airport when he travelled from the USA with his wife. At the time, he also held an academic position at Columbia University and was involved in the import-export business between China and the USA.
In captivity, Yang is said to have been repeatedly tortured and held incommunicado. He was tried behind closed doors in 2021.
There is a lot of excitement in Australia following the harsh judgement for Yang. Foreign Minister Penny Wong wrote that her government was outraged. All Australians wanted Yang to be reunited with his family. They will continue to stand up for him. However, Wong is probably aware that she has little room for manoeuvre.
The judgement comes at a delicate time in Australian-Chinese relations. These have only slowly begun to ease in recent months after years of ice age. The close trading partners found themselves in a serious diplomatic crisis. Australia accused China of interfering in and influencing Australian politics. During the coronavirus pandemic, Australia then demanded an investigation into the cause of the outbreak, which angered China's rulers so much that they imposed several punitive measures against Australian products.
The communist regime severely punishes "treason"
In November, Anthony Albanese became the first Australian Prime Minister in seven years to visit Beijing. Shortly before this, the Chinese government released the Australian journalist Cheng Lei. Like Yang, she was born Chinese and later obtained Australian citizenship. Cheng worked for the Chinese state broadcaster CGTN and was arrested, allegedly because she had ignored an embargo period. She was held for more than two years, but was never convicted.
Hopes at the time that Yang would soon be released did not materialise. On the contrary: the conditional death sentence exceeded the fears of most of his supporters. The 57-year-old's real "crime" was probably that he had turned his back on China and the Communist Party as a former member of the party cadre. In the eyes of those in power, this is treason and should be severely punished.
In Australia, Yang's harsh punishment is also seen in a political light. The director of the think tank Australia Strategic Policy Institute, Justin Bassi, described the judgement to the Sydney Morning Herald as hostage diplomacy. Opposition foreign affairs spokesman Simon Birmingham told the public broadcaster ABC that the death sentence was a warning of the differences between Australia's and China's legal systems and the risks involved in doing business and maintaining contacts with China.
The West should finally understand that XI will not tolerate any resistance or criticism from the Chinese Communist Party, and if they do not retaliate today, they will retaliate at some point, without mercy or humanity.
The West must take advantage of China's weaknesses and exploit its dependence on China and the ultimate prosperity of the Chinese people.
In order to live in peace with China, the following must be realised.
China's business enterprises (mostly dependent on the CKP) cannot acquire shares in systemically relevant companies and infrastructure in Europe, nor in agricultural enterprises. Without exception, not even in the form of straw companies.
China's weakness is its size and the fact that ultimately China's land cannot feed the Chinese people sufficiently, which in turn means that the CP, which always emphasises that it and the people are one, must provide the people with food and quality of life. For better or worse! China has a large area, but this area is not exactly fertile.
Europe has the ability to supply China with the food China needs, but it should always understand that this is exactly the trump card to stop China.
Europe must also secure its supply routes and not be intimidated by China's behaviour in terms of exerting influence. Europe is China's sales market and if we get the sniffles, China is sick!
Mark Aurel more or less
According to the motto divide and conquer, keep a watchful eye on China because everything China does is part of a plan. They punish to negotiate, they smile to negotiate but always in the interest of the CKP and thus XI's plans.
No blogger is safe from dictatorships! Only democracy and freedom guarantee freedom of expression and thus participation in an open society. Someone should be persecuted because of their thoughts, opinions, ethnicity or sexual orientation.
A nation in which everyone is equal agrees on common rules of coexistence for the benefit of all.
Freedom is non-negotiable, human rights are non-negotiable.
Justice is when everyone is treated equally, publicly and transparently.
Everything else is injustice, there is no right in wrong!
The Communist Party and its functionaries dominate political life at all levels of the highly centralised "party state". Political opposition movements are suppressed and their representatives prosecuted. Meanwhile, the power of President Xi Jinping, which is accompanied by a heightened cult of personality, has reached a new high.

Well, that would be something for the misanthropic ex-president of the disunited states of america. he as the great leader of the nation with a parliamentary yes-man system.
This would seal the usa's decline as a superpower and make the rise of the XI unstoppable.
First, XI grabs Taiwan while trump professes in his infinite ignorance of history that the welfare of XI is his right and does not affect the economic interests of America.
Thank you for being a friend!
The man who understands dictators and their leaders. What's all this nonsense about discussing culture in democracies when you can do everything better for yourself and the people around you.
China wants to phase out government computers with Western chips
Beijing wants to oust key technologies from abroad from its internal systems. According to a report, computers with Western components are now being replaced en masse.
The timing of the publication in the "Financial Times" is embarrassing for China: a major international economic conference called the "China Development Forum" is currently taking place in Beijing, at which Prime Minister Li Qiang and Finance Minister Lan Fo'an, among others, appeared on Sunday. Their message was that despite the current economic downturn, China is an irresistible market and a worthwhile destination for investment. This is how they want to attract international companies to China.

China's Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao met with AMD CEO Lisa Su on Sunday. The two sides discussed the China-US business and trade relationship, as well as AMD's business development in the Chinese market. Wang wished for the US to work with China in providing clear safety.
China is XI and its agenda is being implemented unstoppably.
We Europeans and Americans should not be under the illusion that China is a reliable partner.
China is only acting in the interests of China, all China and therefore XI wants is influence and control.
We in the West should never forget that China has a dictator who holds all the power and considers democracy to be weak.
China will go along with everything as long as it benefits China, even if agreements have been concluded with China, these will only be honoured as long as they are considered necessary .

China is ruled by a surprise dictatorship that tolerates no dissent and has developed its infrastructure so that it can completely control all its citizens. They are then disciplined like a herd of sheep, and any violation of the Chinese Communist Party's rules is punished so that the herd is frugal.
The social score system is one of the greatest perversions of IT development and, with the much-vaunted AI, will become the horror of a free and open society.
Karl Marx once said that religion is opium for the people. In China, the statement needs to be redefined: connsum is opium for the Chinese people.

Every responsible, independent-minded person has a responsibility to oppose injustice, not to retaliate but to prepare a peaceful and free future for all.
All over the world, forces are gaining strength that range from right-wing to fascist and offer simple solutions for a world of complex interrelationships.
They use lies, propaganda and division to try to dissolve social consensus in order to come to power in chaos.
As democrats, we must stand up to these forces in order to ultimately protect our own freedom and the freedom of others.

There are islands of democracies in the world surrounded by dictatorships that want to kill these islands to enforce their own interests and that does not mean freedom!

His will to absolute self-destruction was more related to the country than to the Nazis, unfortunately! The guilt was never really acknowledged by the perpetrators but only accepted by the generations after theirs.

This is what equality looks like!
Taiwan has nothing to do with China, it is not China because it is a democracy.
No matter what XI pulls out of its hair as a historical justification on the basis of such claims, Europe would still be Roman.
mod
For a free and democratic Taiwan, let the other democracies realize that they can only stand together against the dictatorships.
China is overestimated and overestimates itself and that is exactly the point where it will tip over without outside influences. The Chinese youth have been given the promise that if they study they can practice what they have studied. Somehow apolitical, but not if the promise cannot be kept by the Communist Party XI. There are already measures on the part of the CP to bring all these unemployed academics who are supported by their parents to the countryside to work in inadequate jobs. These are still only measures and not coercive measures, but that can change at any time.
If parents are no longer able to support their children, dissatisfaction will increase, to the detriment of the CP. Many young people in China are seeking internal migration and thus a new sense of purpose, as the Communist Party's promise of prosperity and a future has not been fulfilled for them. The party is currently allowing this to happen without intervention, but if they realize the potential and impact it may have on the future of the CP's existence, violence will follow. What they do to other parts of the population, they will do to the youth and put them in re-education camps. So China has a huge problem because their promise that the fate of the party is linked to the prosperity of the people will be broken.
In addition, government spending is immense, not only for the gigantic army but also for all the infrastructure projects that were not necessary. In addition to the environmental problems such as clean air or water.
China is a giant with feet of clay.

That is its weakness, no matter how puffed up it is in relation to the West.
President Tsai Ing-wen of Taiwan thanks drag queen Nymphia Wind for a great performance
DW reports that Taiwanese drag queen Nymphia Wind (妮妃雅‧瘋) and winner of the TV series “RuPaul’s Drag Race” has performed a medley of songs for outgoing President Tsai Ing-wen, thanking her for being the island’s “mother.”
As you can see from the video, the President enjoyed the performance very much. The president is clearly a strong supporter of the queer and trans communities.
