grrrr the lack of cabin 15 content is mind boggling gut wrenching and toe curling. I need to know more about clovis and the other bitches in cabin 15 they have so much potential rahhhhhhhhhhh i live laugh love cabin 15 and the lack of content has me APPAULED. (this was a biased rant because yes, i am a child of hypnos)

Ok, but Cannonically I see two reasons for this happening
1. Percy forgot which cabin Clovis is from
Makes sense, wouldn’t put it past him (look I haven’t read the other books in a while I have no idea what yall are talking about when you say they dumbed him down) he doesn’t remember Hecate either (since they were both mentioned in passing, and he probably didn’t know Clovis too well.)
OR
2. Morpheus had decided to steal his half siblings and everyone kinda just went along with it. (Including Percy)
No reason for this one, I just think it’d be funny
Headcannon time!
During (and before) the battle of manhattan Morpheus was fucking up the demigods sleep (i.e. not being able to wake up from a nightmare, nightmares in general, etc.), and the Hypnos kids (if there were any besides Clovis) were making sure ppl could actually sleep since they weren’t going to be fighting anyways.
Found the perfect bed for Hypnos kids. With this bed I'd never get up.

i love percy jackson as a main character so much but i also hate how op he is. like i love that he has all these powers and is super powerful and gods are scared of him but i hate how i have to stretch to justify someone beating him in a fight. like. yeah he can manipulate blood if he tried but imagin if nico had to push past what he thought was morally right and use his powers to the capacity that percy did? there’s electricity in the brain, what if thalia could control that? what about clovis? hypnos is a primordial, he’d probably be a little more powerful than a typical demigod?
