Kaguya Evaluation

Kaguya Evaluation

As a character and the last "antagonist", there was something about her that struck a chord within me and it immediately resulted in me giving respect and admiration for her as a character. Out of all the Naruto villains I have seen, both Kaguya and Madara both stuck out the most, not just because of skill but because of the things they went through that resulted in them activating the Genjutsu, Infinite Tsukuyomi.

In my eyes, there is something about her character that was both eerie and comforting. She is truly hypnotizing to me. You see, she is one of (in my opinion) one of the most human villains in the show. She cried she fought, she loved, and she cared. She had an element that made me feel physically attached to her.

It is her heart. How she cried when seeing Naruto and Sasuke as her two sons. How little emotion she showed until her handmaid, Aino died and how she sought out peace to end the fighting. Being a celestial being, she was more human than the humans she encountered as s consort for Tenji.

And even after she activated the Infinite Tsukuyomi, she continued to care. Through converting the people in the tree to a White Zetsu army, I noticed her motives after many other Otsutsuki was introduced into the show. She wanted to protect Earth from her clan. She had motived that were born from her desire to protect Earth and the people she loved, such as her sons.

And even after she declared to Naruto and Sasuke that she hated Hamura and Hagoromo, she still cried. The feeling of a loving mother never changes, even if the world is against her. In my eyes, Kaguya is a respectful individual who wanted to protect the people of Earth from her clan. Let's get into that.

The Otsutsuki Doctrine dictates that clan members consume the life energy and genetic material of other worlds to continuously evolve, with the ultimate goal of attaining godhood.

For countless eons, the Ōtsutsuki clan has been traveling throughout dimensions seeking out worlds to plant Ten-Tail saplings into. Once planted, it grows into a God Tree with its roots spreading across the planet to siphon chakra and genetic material from all its surroundings and inhabitants, resulting in everything dying and it bearing a large fruit for the Ōtsutsuki to consume for them to evolve, gaining power and longevity. Once harvested, as they no longer need the planet, they move to another to repeat the process. For the Ten-Tails seeds to bloom into a God Tree, a living Ōtsutsuki must be fed to the beast, hence the clan members travel in pairs, with the lower ranking being the sacrifice, while the other one watches over the fruit's cultivation.

And originally, it was Kaguya and Isshiko who were sent to Earth with the intention of Kaguya being the sacrifice since she was the low-ranking member. But Kaguya attacked and left him for dead when she developed an attachment to Earth and was labeled a traitor to her clan.

And even after she activated the Genjutsu, she freed some of the victims to sustain mankind. The part that gets me the most is that even after the loss of Aino, she still fought to protect them. Even more about the relationship between Aino and Kaguya.

I am a firm believer in the fact that there was some love between them. She showed more emotion when Aino was killed than Tenji being captured in the Infinite Tsukoyomi. And even after Aino was killed, Kaguya swore to "rule this world. together with my children." and Aino's last wish was for Kaguya to have a healthy child.

Hagoromo and Hamura are Aino's keepsakes, not Tenji's. And do I even need to mention the shawl scene? Talk about stolen valor.

Kaguya has depth and motives that are formed from feeling loss and betrayal, but she still thought about peace so nothing bad like that ever happened again.

Princess Kaguya of the Moon

so while i was in japan i stumbled upon a pop up alien and space museum/art gallery (if you can’t find a thing in tokyo, it probably doesn’t exist) and there were these gorgeous feudal paintings of the tale of the bamboo cutter and it’s a very good story but

what if

it went

a little

differently?

kaguya is the princess of the moon. she is a young child, gangly thin limbs and a plump mouth permanently set in a stubborn pout. she is a beautiful child, even by the moon’s standards, with her cold opal eyes and hair the same deep black as the void of space. she is an unruly, irritable child. she runs from the priestesses who attempt to teach her her duties, and steps on the feet of little princes from far away stars that her parents parade in front of her. she can’t be soothed by sweets, by soft toys, by pretty songs. she is a being of constant want, and nothing in the whole of space seems to satisfy her.

kaguya does not love the moon as she should. she does not find beauty in it’s silvery, iridescent ground, nor in the pools beneath its surface that glint like mercury. she finds her citizens stuffy and annoying, and all the people from the stars think they’re better than them just because they shine a little brighter. it makes kaguya cross – the sun shines brightest of all, and the only beings that still reside on it is a great monster of a dragon that no one dares cross.

the priestesses try to entice her to learn this portion of her duties at least, but she runs from them and plugs her ears and does not listen. there are times when the sun and moon cross paths, and when they do the great dragon of the sun attempts to gobble them up whole. it is only by praying to the god tsukuyomi and erecting a barrier that the royal family can protect their home from the sun dragon.

it is kaguya’s most sacred duty, and she has no interest in it.

she’s simultaneously bored by her home and insulted when others find it lacking, and this contrary rational might be distressing to the logic of an adult, but kaguya is not an adult. she is a child, and being contrary is her prerogative.

she is walking through in the courtyard behind a palace when a shooting star passes her by, then circles back again. it’s s such a little thing, it must have been traveling for a very long time, because it’s burned down so it’s only about half as big as kaguya. this means the star is very old. “child,” the falling star says, voice ancient and crackling, “why are you sad?”

“i am not sad,” she answers, but as soon as she says that she knows it’s a lie, and tears prick at her eyes. “i am always lonely, though i am surrounded by people. i am always bored, though there are many things to entertain me. i am always angry, though there is nothing wrong. i am sad because i am a piece that does not fit.”

“maybe you are simply a piece that belongs to a different puzzle,” the falling star says, “come, climb onto me, and i will i take you somewhere new.”

“will it be better?” she asks.

if a falling star could shrug this one would, but it can’t so it doesn’t. “it will be different.”

different sounds better to kaguya. she agrees, not bothering to say goodbye to her parents or her people, does not take one last look at the beauty of the moon’s surface. instead she climbs onto the falling star, her skin thick enough that she does not feel its burn, and rides it all the way down, until it is a star no longer and only a falling rock, until she goes tumbling onto a whole new planet, and as she falls she thinks that this new planet looks very green.

there is an old man called taketori no okina. he lives alone in a great bamboo field, and every day he wakes up at dawn and cuts bamboo until dusk, then he goes home and eats and sleeps and wakes up in the morning to do it all again. when he was a young man, taketori no okina fell in love with a samurai who had laughter lines around his mouth and strong hands, who taught him how to wield blades with a strength and skill that could cut down the strongest soldiers. but taketori no okina only uses it to harvest bamboo. the samurai was engaged to the daughter of a respectable family, and so he left. he left his village not long after the samurai, unable to be there alone in the place where they used to be together.  taketori no okina’s heart was so full of love for his samurai that he could not bear to love another, and so he never did.

he is awoken in the middle of the night by a bang that shakes his home and nearly deafens him. he stumbles outside, and a couple miles into his field he sees smoke. he goes running for it, concerns about fire and war – they’re in a time of peace now, but they weren’t always – rushing through his mind as he stumbles through. when he reaches the source, it’s to find his bamboo flattened in a ten foot wide circle and a little girl lying in the center. he falls to his knees beside her and carefully picks her up, cradling her in his arms. she’s pale, like she doesn’t spend enough time in the sun, and has long black hair. her thin chest rises and falls with her deep breaths, and he is relieved that she’s alive. “little girl,” he says, “you must wake up and tell me if you are all right.”

she opens her eyes, two pearls set in her delicate face. “i am well,” she says, and smiles at him. she curls into him, setting her head against his chest, “you are warm. i will stay with you, for you are warm and have a kind face.”

she falls asleep once more, a hand clutching something laying across her stomach and her other hand fisted into his robe. taketori no okina looks at this little girl and feels his heart expand, until it’s straining against his rib cage. he loves his samurai as much as he always has, but now his heart is bigger. it’s made room so he can fill it with love for this little girl, and so he does.

he carries her to his home and settles her into his bed. it’s a small bed, meant only for one, and she is a little thing, but he does not wish to crowd her, so takes the floor. tomorrow he will build her a bed and take her to market and show her the hot springs near the mountain. for now he falls asleep listening to her soft breathing with a smile.

the next morning he wakes up to her sitting on the floor by his side, running her fingers over a pockmarked stone. “what is that?”

“it is all that is left of my friend. she was once a great star but she fell, as all great stars must. she carried me here because i was sad. but now i am sad that she is gone.”

“that’s all right,” taketori no okina says, and she blinks down at him. no one had ever told her that it was okay that she was sad before. “she was very special, so we must put her in a very special place.”

he gets up and builds a ledge across the window with a platform just big enough for the stone to fit. he lifts her up so that she can set what’s left of her friend on it herself. “now she can see you and sky she came from at the same time, and you will always be able to see her.”

“she cannot see anything anymore,” she says, but she likes the idea of it, the sentiment. she feels less sad at her loss now, although she can’t say why, since nothing has changed.

once he has set her back on her feet she looks up at him and says, “i am kaguya. what shall i call you?”

“they call me taketori no okina,” he pushes a lock of her dark hair behind her ear, “you may call me whatever you like.”

she wrinkles her nose at that name. it is too long, and too formal. if she is to call him that, then he might as well call her princess kaguya, and she might as well not have left the moon at all. “i will call you oyaji,” she declares, and it’s not a term she’d used even with her father on the moon, but for this old man who built her a shelf and carried her home and had large, rough hands that touch her gently, she thinks it fits.

~

kaguya quite likes the new planet and her new father. he is man who’s spent a lifetime working and doing little else. he has a tidy savings that he cheerfully depletes on her; he buys her colorful kimonos for her to wear when he walks her to market, and functional kosodes for the days she spends playing in the river and darting through the bamboo forests. he tells her stories at night, of his samurai, of the emperor, and when he exhausts his reservoir of stories about this land, he tells her the tales of other ones – the fire-rats of china, the buddha of india, and when he even those run out he tells her of dragons, of a magical island called horai.

she loves these stories, and she loves him. there are days when she is sad and cross, and on those days oyaji kisses her forehead and tucks the blanket around her shoulder and brings her something spicy from the market for dinner. oyaji just lets her be sad or angry when she wants to be, and because of that kaguya finds that now she gets sad less and less, that more often than not she’s …. happy.

she notices the special care oyaji takes when he talks of samurai, and sees the strength and power in his limbs when he cuts bamboo, and decides she would like to be strong like the samurai in his stories, like oyaji is himself. so she asks and asks, and he’s worried that it’s too dangerous for her. but oyaji loves her like she’s his own flesh and blood, and is unable to deny her anything.

kaguya grows up. she grows up on stories of far off lands and magic, she grows up on warm, simple food made by someone who loves her, she grows up learning to wield blades with the same brute efficiency as oyaji. kaguya grows up beautiful. her skin is darker now that she dances in the sun’s rays, her hair is long and fine, and her eyes are as they’ve always been – pale and beautiful, small versions of the moon she was born on. she moves with a steadied grace that only a deadly woman can master and has the whipcord strength of body from days working in the bamboo fields alongside her father, but all the delicate features of the princess she was born as.

they were left alone when she was a child, when oyaji took her hand and guided her to meat stalls and cloth sellers and bought sparkly combs for her to wear in her hair. but kaguya is a child no longer. she is a young woman, and tales of her beauty spread far and wide. just as when she was a child and princes from far off stars came to court her, now princes come from far off lands. as a child she stepped on their feet, and as a woman she wishes to take her shiny blades and cut them from navel to neck. but she is not a princess here, she is the poor daughter of a poor bamboo cutter, and must act accordingly. she can’t go slicing up arrogant suitors who believe they are entitled to her, no matter how much she would like to.

the most persistent are five princes from lands far from here. she requests a betrothal gift from each of them, and says she will marry the first to return.

from the first prince, she requests the stone begging bowl of buddha.

from the second prince, she requests a jeweled branch from horai.

from the third prince, she requests a fire-rat robe.

from the fourth prince, she requests a cowry shell born of swallows.

from the fifth prince, she requests a colored jewel from a dragon’s neck.

off they go to fulfill her impossible requests, and kaguya rests easy knowing that they will not return, or if they do they will return empty handed.

but this is not the end.

Headcanons for kaguya and nanase with an s/o who loves to pick them up and just cuddle them then and there? (Lmao get loved, get absolutely treasured)

Nanase is literally like 12 years old so I'm gonna have to decline her. Kaguya tho absolutely needs as much love as she can get. This is a tad bit on the shorter side compared to what I usually write but I like what I did manage to churn out.

(Get completely fucking appreciated lmao)

Headcanons For Kaguya And Nanase With An S/o Who Loves To Pick Them Up And Just Cuddle Them Then And

(Thanks once again to @uponawhitehorse13 for coming in clutch. Kaguya doesn't have a gif like the other uni characters, can we get an F?)

-Knowing Kaguya, she probably instigates this half the time. As per her playful nature, she's the type to tease her S/O when it comes to affection. Oh, you truly do love her? How about you prove it?

-Out of nowhere you pick her up bridal style, getting a surprised 'woahh!' out of her. Once she recovers from the shock she can't help but giggle in amusement, thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.

-She does fall under the rich lady archetype somewhat, being born into privilege, she's all for being treated like a princess. She is going to 100 percent enable this tendency of yours as much as physically possible and then some.

-Even more so in public. She has no qualms about you two showing each other off in front of other people. She high key gets a thrill out of PDA. She'll more than gladly return the affection herself, kissing your cheek and posing dramatically in your arms as if she's some kind of performer.

-It's not much different in private, honestly. You can just be at home and out of nowhere cuddle Kaguya down to the bed or couch or what have you. She'll let out a laugh of amusement and happily forget whatever work she was doing. Work can wait a while, can't it? Her S/O needs some loving.

-Kaguya is all for cuddles, She's super gentle with you and is quite soft mostly due to two specific things if you catch my drift. It's very easy to drift off and fall asleep with her. She'll coo at you lovingly, asking if you had a stressful day while running a hand through your hair. If you answer yes she'll teasingly call you her 'poor baby' and pull you close to her.

-No work is probably getting done on either of your ends for the rest of the day when this happens. You both refuse to let each other go. You should really only instigate this if you don't have anything else urgent to do.

-Something about her presence is just really calming to be around. No matter what kind of day you had, she's able to calm you down instantly and make you forget about what happened as you both take a nice nap with one each other.

i request yuzuriha, hilda and kaguya with an s/o that calls them mommy

Well...I can't say I wouldn't do the same

It's kind hard to write about something like this in a non NSFW context so these are gonna be a bit on the shorter side.

I Request Yuzuriha, Hilda And Kaguya With An S/o That Calls Them Mommy

-It comes out on accident, most likely. Yuzu's doting on you as usual, she's the type to dote while joking about taking care of you.

-This happened so much that eventually you soon called her mommy in one of your responses to her to ask her to stop. She freezes like a dear in headlights as her eyes go wide.

-She hadn't actually expected something like that out of you, her teasing is all in good fun. If anything she sorta jokes about being your big sis, as weird as that sounds in the context of your relationship.

-She tries to shake off the awkwardness with a slightly sarcastic yet lighthearted joke that she was supposed to be your big sis, not mommy.

-She'd probably mutter under her breath about you calling her that in 'other contexts', only to deny she ever said anything. Does tease you about calling her mommy again though.

I Request Yuzuriha, Hilda And Kaguya With An S/o That Calls Them Mommy

-Hilda gives off big ara ara vibes, let's be honest. It's going to come out sooner or later.

-It eventually does after you start dating. She's teasing the hell out of you, probably with some innuendos and you drop it, whether on accident on purposefully playing into the joke.

Either way, she can't stop the uproarious, amused laughter at your remark. She probably didn't see that coming but it is way too funny to her.

-She cranks up the sexual tension to 11 if it wasn't there already. Lots of jokes calling you her little boy/girl. She's definitely getting some very naughty ideas of what to do in the bedroom when the time eventually comes.

-Even in non-sexual situations she's holding that over your head. Whenever you want her to do something for you she'll hit you with a "please...", expecting you to finish the sentence.

-She'll at least have the decency to only do so in private, but she just can't help herself, especially if you get flustered over it.

I Request Yuzuriha, Hilda And Kaguya With An S/o That Calls Them Mommy

-If you've known Kaguya well enough and long enough to start dating her, you're going to have to at the VERY least tolerate her teasing, but an ideal S/O would probably play into the teasing.

-It's another bout of teasing between you two and a remark she makes seems to awaken a devilish little voice in your head. Your next response immediately has you call her mommy.

-This immediately sends Kaguya into a giggling fit, rhetorically asking if that's really how you see her. You answer either with a flat out yes or with a vague "perhaps."

-Either way, she's going to tease you about "mommy" treating her good boy/girl. It doesn't take much to assume where she's going with that.

-If you react in a flustered way and shift gears suddenly at the thought, she'll laugh it off and call it just more teasing before moving on. If you react enthusiastically with a resounding yes, well...

-I think we've all seen enough hentai to know where this is going.

-Either way though, she'll get you in bed one of these days. It's only a matter of time. You both know it.

wagner and kaguya with an s/o who has a habit of being a sarcastic smart-ass?

I'm writing this to be gender neutral for S/O but I'm imagining their voice in my head specifically as Rusty. Go watch his stuff, he's funny as hell.

Wagner And Kaguya With An S/o Who Has A Habit Of Being A Sarcastic Smart-ass?

-Wagner didn't really know much of what to expect from you, especially if you're a guy. She hasn't had too much experience with social interaction outside of the people closest to her in the Licht Kreis. She decided to probe at you a bit and see how you'd respond to some haughty, snide remarks.

-She's caught off guard to say the least when you bite back with some scathing sarcasm of your own. She's immediately intrigued by you, no one thus far has dared to talk back to her like that.

-Contrary to what most people would believe, she actually finds your smartass remarks rather refreshing. You're not afraid to be honest with her and have witty back and forth banter. People immediately start likening the two of you to and old married couple, though obviously they're not saying that out loud.

-This intrigue and appreciation soon turns into something more, something Wagner would have never ever thought would happen to her.

-A relationship proper probably doesn't change much. You two were already playfully bickering like you'd known each other for years, just saying the most outlandish, out of pocket things to each other like it was nothing.

-Wagner definitely appreciates the fact that you're so self reliant and assured. It's nice to have an S/O she's confident is able to defend themselves, at least in a non-physical confrontation. If you can defend yourself physically she's even more in love, In-Birth or not.

-If you're the type that has a shorter fuse she's more than happy to sit back and watch the entertainment as you tear into the person with the most asinine, odd insults you can think of that somehow work and leave your target with much lower self confidence than they had prior.

-Wagner's not really the type to interfere unless shit really hits the fan and starts getting too physical for her liking. Other than that she takes great enjoyment out of her S/O knocking some cocky bastard down a peg, especially if they're trying to get close to either of them for whatever reason and doesn't know how to take a hint.

Wagner And Kaguya With An S/o Who Has A Habit Of Being A Sarcastic Smart-ass?

-Kaguya's certainly one to tease and poke fun at people in her own right, but it wasn't quite like what you did.

-You were very upfront about what you thought at any given time, and you made sure people knew when you were displeased or when you didn't think all that highly of them.

-It was pretty jarring for her to start, but she found it quite amusing in it's own way. Upon first approaching you she earns herself a smartass remark for her teasing as you saw right through it. This only intrigued her even more.

-She does eventually drop the act when she sees that it isn't gonna work on you and becomes more genuine. She's actually quite pleasant to be around when she wants to be.

-Kaguya seems to think the same of you. When you put down the smartass act you're quite easy for her to get along with. A relationship seems to bloom pretty naturally from there. And also from the fact she's hot as hell.

-If someone were to ever react a bit too aggressively to her teasing you're very quick to shut them up, to which afterward she makes a joke or two about you being her knight in shining armor.

-She can't hold back a laugh at your witty remarks on a situation to try and downplay the significance of it. The way you make something sound so non-trivial will always lighten her mood. She likes a partner who can do that.

-Also she finds it hot when you chase off some dude trying to hit on her and verbally murder him.

how would wagner, orie, and kaguya react to their s/o collecting video games and consoles? What if he gives them handhelds or consoles for them to play? What games would they be into?

I like this concept quite a lot! Unfortunately both fatigue from the event (I'll make a masterlist specifically for that later) and writer's block have stopped me from writing since it ended. I'll be getting back into it as best I can with the turn of the new month.

How Would Wagner, Orie, And Kaguya React To Their S/o Collecting Video Games And Consoles? What If He

-Wagner really has no time for such base pleasures like a video game. As the heiress to her family fortune/reputation and the sword of the Licht Kreis she must devote her entire existence to preserving their honor.

-At least that's what she tells herself. Then she started dating you and when the topic of hobbies eventually came up she learned you were a collector. She had to admit, now that she knew you and accepted you, more so than anyone else alive, she'd at least check it out. She at least owed it to her S/O to entertain the things they enjoyed.

-She didn't particularly know what to expect, but she certainly didn't expect to see an entire room filled wall to wall with consoles and games. She was far from an expert on the matter (she didn't know the first god damn thing) but she was pretty impressed by the fact she could tell there were things in there from all eras of gaming, spanning pretty far back.

-She can kind of justify it in her head now if she thinks of it the same way someone would want to collect rocks or seashells. You'll probably never get to playing ALL of them, but just having them is pretty cool.

-Wagner becomes even more surprised when you offer to give her a little something from your collection. She didn't come off as the type to enjoy a video game, at least she didn't think she did...well, if you were the one offering, she wasn't in a position to say no. Besides, with the sheer amount of options she has\ here she reckons there's gotta be something that might appeal to her.

-After thinking it over for a bit you come to the conclusion that if you wanted to get Wagner to play a game, it needed to serve some kind of purpose other than fun. It needed to do something for her. You eventually came to one conclusion of the ideal game for her.

-Animal Crossing.

-You gave her an old spare 3DS you had on hand with Animal Crossing to go with it. You figured with her infamously fiery temper it'd help her to have a game to help calm down. That and you feared that if you gave her anything else she'd get frustrated and accidentally burn it to cinders.

-It works out surprisingly well, even you're surprised. She gets super into it and starts to rely on it for stress relief. Obviously she's not letting ANYONE else see her play it, it becomes a guilty pleasure of sorts.

How Would Wagner, Orie, And Kaguya React To Their S/o Collecting Video Games And Consoles? What If He

-Orie is much more open to the idea of video games than Wagner is initially. She's really only never played any because she's never had the time and doesn't quite understand them. She at least a bit interested after starting to go to school in Kanzakai and overhears people talking about and playing them.

-This interest quickly shoots up after you start dating her and reveal you're an avid collector of games. When she asks, you seem pretty confident you have a far bigger than any of your peers could ever have. This prompts her to request you to show her, which you're more than happy to oblige.

-She's stunned standing there for a few seconds upon seeing the entire room you have dedicated to storing everything you've collected over the years. Even she could tell this was something special that not just anyone could say they had.

-You're quite eager to be able to show off your pride and joy to your girlfriend and it shows. You didn't have the chance to show such a collection to someone everyday. You even take the initiative and offer to let her borrow a little something.

-She...doesn't quite know where to start. She doesn't know anything about video games in general, and now here she is with nothing short of a treasure trove to pick from. You two spend quite a bit of time poking around finding something that caught her eye.

-Eventually she likely goes with a 3DS or some other handheld. Something she can play Pokemon on, seeing the familiar creature designs she recognizes from a lot of people having merch of them, she wanted to see what the hype was about.

-This turns out to be a pretty good choice. Pokemon's a pretty good jumping off point as it's easy enough to understand and pick up as well as the Pokemon themselves being very generally appealing and fun to collect. Orie gets into the rest of the games sooner than later and it ends up becoming a regular date for the two of you.

How Would Wagner, Orie, And Kaguya React To Their S/o Collecting Video Games And Consoles? What If He

-Kaguya's...indifferent about video games. She doesn't hate them but doesn't really have an itch to get into them for any reason. Besides, it'd contrast with the image of herself she tries to maintain.

-This is however until you come around. You soon reveal you have a collection of games and consoles. It doesn't initially pique her interest at first since it seems pretty common, but she soon caves in after you insist it was different, pretending to be annoyed but curious at this point.

-You quickly prove yourself right, needing an entire room in your house to dedicate specifically to hold everything you've collected. Kaguya admits you've colored her quite impressed that you've been able to collect so many of everything, but does begin to ask questions like if you've really played every single game in here.

-Faced with so many games, she begins to wonder if any might potentially be her speed, the words escaping her lips before she can think to stop them. You immediately start walking her around the room, taking her through everything you have.

-This kinda thing wasn't her cup of tea, but the look on your face and the passion you show about your beloved hobby seems to strip her of any will she has to stop you. If you'd given her the chance to speak she'd call your enthusiasm adorable.

-Despite the way she's fawning over you right now, she does still have the composure to be honest in her opinions on the games you show her. She's just...not the gaming type, it's pretty hard to appeal to her tastes as you find out.

-Though of course since you have so many it's very much possible to find something, and eventually you do. She takes particular interest in JRPGs, in particular Fire Emblem and Dragon Quest, which you're more than happy to share with her.

-It doesn't take long for Kaguya to find herself immersed in the worlds and stories of these games far more than she ever expected to be, quickly becoming attached to the memorable characters and fascinated with the settings they find themselves in. Perhaps she could allow herself to have some fun every once in a while with these.

Wagner, Tsubaki, and Kaguya with a s/o who grew up very poor? I mean ghetto type of poor, like Cali and vegas.

Straight Outta Compton lookin' ass S/O lmao

Wagner, Tsubaki, And Kaguya With A S/o Who Grew Up Very Poor? I Mean Ghetto Type Of Poor, Like Cali And

-Wagner...has no idea how the hell she ever managed to fall for such a "commoner" like you. No matter how much time passes she will never really have an answer.

-Her family is absolutely not going to approve of you if they found out about you now, she knows that, but she can't help but stay with you anyway. She finds such an act of rebellion exciting, though she'll never say that to anyone.

-That said though, if she really wishes to stay with you in the long term, she'll have to teach you proper rich person etiquette. She low key makes a date out of teaching you how to best behave in front of her family for when the day inevitably comes.

-She grew up pampered and in luxury, so getting to know you on a more intimate level was like learning about an entirely new world. As primitive and beneath her as she felt it to be, learning about growing up the way you did was...intriguing, if nothing else.

-It definitely took Wagner a while to warm up to the thought of dating you. She needed to truly test if you were really in love with her, not just her money considering your background. She made you do some...really obscure things, and leave it at that. Especially if you're a guy.

-That said once she did finally convince herself her growing attraction was mutual, she found a surprisingly down to earth, albeit maybe vulgar S/O that could match her hot-headedness and determination. That was something she never knew she needed before.

Wagner, Tsubaki, And Kaguya With A S/o Who Grew Up Very Poor? I Mean Ghetto Type Of Poor, Like Cali And

-Tsubaki is much more open to the idea of an S/O from a rural area. Likely you managed to get into the Torifune Academy through sheer talent in one area or another, so she immediately had some respect for you getting into such a prestigious academy without a rich family name backing you.

-You were...among her more assertive acquaintances, but she understood to an extent. You had to be strong-willed to survive in the lower levels of a Hierarchical City. She was about to stand up for you when you were facing bullying from other students from noble families, but you quickly showed you were having none of that, verbally destroying them much worse than Tsubaki was about to.

-That was the first huge boost of admiration she had for you, which would eventually become attraction the more she got to know you. You were...skeptical at first, but her sincerity and earnestness was unlike anyone else there and she started winning you over before you knew it.

-There was a palpable romantic tension throughout your years at the academy that everyone could sense, however it took an accidental slip-up on Tsubaki's part for her feelings to come out, resulting in a very prominent blush and a reluctant, nervous confession, which you were more than happy to return.

-The two of you make a surprisingly good pair in battle. Her methodical, graceful fighting style combined with your streetwise, relentless ways of fighting. You made it extremely difficult for any opponent to learn how to adapt to both of you at once, and together were almost undefeated in sparring both at the academy and in the NOL itself.

-No matter what her old man may think of you, she will do everything in her power to defend you regardless of your Ars Magus aptitude. You're the best partner she could've possibly asked for, and she'll fight to keep you by her side no matter what it takes.

Wagner, Tsubaki, And Kaguya With A S/o Who Grew Up Very Poor? I Mean Ghetto Type Of Poor, Like Cali And

-Kaguya definitely understands your attitude the most. She used to be much the same during her childhood, as embarrassed as she is about it. She won't ever be telling you about it, though.

-She actually sees quite a bit of her old self in you, finding it rather amusing. This went doubly so for when she eventually started catching feelings for you. She didn't really know what to make of it.

-There was no denying her feelings however, and when she gets feelings, she conveys them by teasing. She will stop if you ask her to but that won't stop her from doing it again eventually, it's just too much fun, especially if your reaction is to get angry or flustered.

-She might try to fix your manners like Wagner will, but she's much less strict on it. If you don't want to, it's not a deal breaker for her, though she will ask you to maybe tone down the cursing if you do it a bit too much. You're too good looking to have a such a dirty mouth, at least if you ask her.

-If you're an In-Birth she is more than willing to follow you in and will probably end up provoking someone to fight you if you don't do it first, purely to see you in action, all with a smug smile on her face. Of course she'll jump in and help if they prove to be too much for you but that doesn't really make it better.

-She's going to protect you of course, even if you're perfectly capable of taking care of yourself, but she just wants to see her big strong S/O do their thing. It rolls off her tongue as if it's totally normal to put your partner in dangerous situations for your own amusement. She really kills you sometimes...

I know this idea was kinda done to death with the persona asks. But would you be willing to write some headcanons for Kaguya, Wagner, and Yuzuriha with an s/o who's an american gunslinger? Their s/o also has a reputation for being so fast on the draw, Noone ever sees them draw the gun, they only hear the shot.

Ok now this is actually pretty fun to think about in the context of uni, much more than Persona imo. I just find EXS powers more fun. And a buddy of mine also has a gunslinger uni OC and he's done some pretty interesting stuff with that which helps.

I Know This Idea Was Kinda Done To Death With The Persona Asks. But Would You Be Willing To Write Some

-Fellow gunslingers unite.

-Dating Kaguya, she is 100% going to make everything a contest whenever she can. Oh there's a Void 100 yards off? First person to shoot it from here gets treated to dinner by the loser.

-Oh, there's a rogue In-Birth causing trouble that you were both aiming to deal with? First person to apprehend them gets a favor from the loser.

-No matter how good you are, she seems to almost always be able to keep up with your skill. Half out of her natural talent and half out of you motivating her to become stronger. Though she won't let you know that, obviously.

-It isn't long before the mere mention of your names together starts striking fear in the Licht Kreis' enemies, scaring them all half to death about just randomly being shot from seemingly nowhere should they start causing too much trouble for their own good. You two have mixed reactions about it.

-While you're likely just trying to do your job and don't care, Kaguya almost seems to have slight sadist tendencies in the fact that you two can scare the shit out of people with your presence alone, even if you have no intention of hurting them. You need to remind her to tone it down.

I Know This Idea Was Kinda Done To Death With The Persona Asks. But Would You Be Willing To Write Some

-A very polar opposites attract case. A noble knight and an underhanded gunslinger who will kill the moment they have any reason to.

-One would normally think you two would hate each other, you're probably the only ones who can tolerate each other enough to be in a long term relationship. Mutual stubbornness is going to color the relationship a lot, yes, however only you two can understand each other in that way.

-Such stubbornness leads to a kind of loyalty most people would kill to have in their own relationship, you two are an unexpected power couple.

-You two cover each others' backs very well on the battlefield, she protects you from any would be harmers that get too close and your cover fire protects her blind spots, she has full faith in your shot no matter how many snide comments she may give you.

-You two enable each other quite a bit, perhaps a tad too much. Anyone who doesn't already know you two are too intimidated to walk up to you two when together.

-A very practical yet fun relationship overall despite what someone lookin from the outside may seem. Neither of you give a shit what others think of you though, you're all that matters to each other.

I Know This Idea Was Kinda Done To Death With The Persona Asks. But Would You Be Willing To Write Some

-Pretty much opposite backgrounds but for different reasons. An honorable traditional swordswoman using a traditional katana and a western/western inspired gunslinger. Your first meeting with each other is quite odd to say the least.

-Not to say it was awkward though. That kind of contrast is the kind of stuff Yuzuriha lives for. It breaks up the otherwise monotonous life she typically leads with something new and exciting.

-100 percent, jokes will be made about this, especially if you're the more serious type. She'll make over-dramatic non serious speeches at every possible opportunity in an attempt to get a laugh or smile out of you. You doing so will only encourage her.

-She will one hundred percent challenge you you to contests of speed. Specifically whether you can draw your gun and shoot a target faster than she can draw her blade and slice. You two have yet to definitely decide whose faster because the difference is SO minute but that only makes her more determined to find out.

-Yuzu demands you visit frequently while she's guarding the shrine. Says she needs a break for some eye candy every now and then. Which to be fair is probably accurate, considering she has a shorter than average attention span, not good for the kind of job she has.

Due to today being International Women’s day I’ll share my top 10 favorite female characters from Inuyasha in order. Let’s begin ❤️

10. Kaguya

Due To Today Being International Womens Day Ill Share My Top 10 Favorite Female Characters From Inuyasha

Her design is gorgeous and her abilities were so unique. And if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have gotten Kagome to kiss her man 😉

9. Yura of the Hair

Due To Today Being International Womens Day Ill Share My Top 10 Favorite Female Characters From Inuyasha

Honestly?? Yes...such a iconic villain. Her appearance was short but very entertaining as her character.

8. Izayoi

WOAH. Tōga hit that??

7. Rin

Due To Today Being International Womens Day Ill Share My Top 10 Favorite Female Characters From Inuyasha

This precious girl who lived a happy life after Inuyasha ended and is definitely not living in a tree because of her husband who was also her past babysitter!!!

6. Ayame

Sunrise are COWARDS. Actually try to convince this girl is not a huge sapphic. I love her so much it hurts she was used as a mildly love interest. Unpopular opinion but Ayame and Koga getting together was NOT it.

5. Inukimi

And of course, let’s not won’t forget the milfs because Sess’s mom has got it going on 🎶

4. Kagura of the Wind

Her fabulous sass self was too much for Inuyasha to handle which is why she had to go 🤭 And let’s not forget she got Sesshomaru, someone who is supposedly a cold hearted character to come see her before her final moments.

3. Kikyo

Due To Today Being International Womens Day Ill Share My Top 10 Favorite Female Characters From Inuyasha

BEFORE Y’ALL KILL ME FOR THIS ONE...I have a love hate relationship with this girl but in a joking matter cause in truth I absolutely adore this b*tch yes she’s a b*tch but she’s my b*tch 😏 Though it would have been better if there wasn’t a love triangle with her and Inukag because it was so unnecessary. I just know Kikyo could have been a favorite among fans but honestly I think I love her character more because she was so evil at times but THE MA’AM DID COME AROUND. Good for her.

2. Sango

Due To Today Being International Womens Day Ill Share My Top 10 Favorite Female Characters From Inuyasha

The POWER this girlie holds. She went through so much and yet she was always there for her friends. And not only is she slaying demons but she’s a cat person 👀 💖 Miroku better treat her like a QUEEN.

1. Kagome Higurashi

Due To Today Being International Womens Day Ill Share My Top 10 Favorite Female Characters From Inuyasha

WHO DARE HATE HER? Kagome is such a amazing role model for girls. I know people say she’s weak because she got captured many times but put yourself in her shoes. She was only 15 and in dangerous world risking her life helping and saving people and dealing with her own personal life in her world. Not only did the girl have boys simping for her but she was even nice to people who tried to kill her! Sure, people may say she has flaws but every character does and in the end her character always meant well.
