Celebrating valentines day was a must especially for tighnari with you. Youve both been together for a few months and this was his first valentines day with you and he wanted to make it special.

Being the organized and diligent man he is, he's got everything planned out. He took off time from work, cleared out his schedule and set up all the neccesary items needed for his grand surprise in the forest. That of course was a picnic area with both of your favourite dishes and snacks all prepared up. Tighnari was excited to finally spend valentines with you and he was so sure everything would go right.

"Tighnari? What are yoy doung out here? Didnt yoy have to go out on patrol with Collei and the rest?" You asked your boyfriend with a confused look on your face. You see, you wanted to be able to spend time with Tighnari on valentines day, but considering how busy he is, you decided to keep it for later and let him finish up his busy schedule so seeing him walking towards you with a relaxed face surprised you.

"Well my dear, I just so happen to take the day off to celebrate our first valentines day with you l" he grinned as gave you a bouqet of flall sorts of exotic flowers. "Nari... these are beautiful... thank you. Truly!" Taking the bouquet of flowers into your arms and smelling all the differrent flowers properly placed. "Cmon I have prepared several things for us to do on this day, we have to make the most of it!" Tighnari continued and held your free hand and started walking.

Tighnari took you to all sorts of places, around the city to buy some trinkets, taking a stroll around the city and more. The main course of this whole day was later evening and as the hours passed, the more the fennce fox was eager to show you what he had planned out as the grand finale of his work.

As the sun started to set, the both of you started walking back to gandharva ville, of course with you not aware for what was in store next.

"Tighnari thank you for today really, I was so surprised yo see you taking a day off and not telling me about it!" You chirped, grinning at your boyfriend as he replied with a soft smile "I wanted to see how you'd react to see me not working my ass off"

After a little while of comfortable silence on the way back, Tighnari all of a sudden took a turn, which did not lead back to gandharva ville.

"Nari? Where are you going?" You stopped walking and gave him another confused look

"Well I didnt say the day was over did I? Cmon I prepared one final thing before this day ends" he held out his hand to you and you took it, excited for what he had in store for you next.

You both finally arrived at the destination. One small area of the Avidiya forest was tidied up, with a picnic mat on the grass, with all sorts of snacks, dishes and drinks layed out ontop of it. The crystalflies flying around peacefully and no monsters nearby to be weary of. The place looked even more majestic at night, with the moon shining directly at the area Tighnari set up specifically for the 2 of you. As if the moon itself was helping both of you personally to have a great night as a couple.

Covering your mouth, you gasped and asked "Oh my god! You set this all up??" "Nari this is beautiful I cant believe you went this far for valentines day"

The fox grinned and pulled you by the waist "I take it that this mission was indeed successful, I got the reaction I wanted"

Both of you wasted no time into enjoying the meal on the picnic mat while talking and enjoying the view, when all of a sudden you asked him "Nari, I havent given you anything for valentines day. Is there anything in particular that you want? Im so sorry I didnt prepare- I thought you'd be too busy to spend time with me..."

"What? Hey dont worry about me. This day is all about you sunflower. You enjouing what I prepared is enough for me" he reassured you.

"...." you thought for a bit, looking at the ground, before an idea popped into your head and a smirk was plastered all over your face. "Maybe I know how to make it up to you Nari.."

You wasted no time into sitting on his lap facing him and grinding just a bit on his area, causing him to groan softly.

"You cheeky thing. You know how to get me going." He said, sliding his hand under your outfit before leaning into your ear "if you do this, I cant guarantee you'll be able to walk for a while"

"Lets test that out hmm?"

It was a long night indeed for you and Tighnari.

Trust, 6 months and Physical touch

A/N: Hi everyone! I decided to write another fic for fun so enjoy! This idea came out of the blue teehee

Wanderer x reader (no gender specified, only "you")

Fluff, comfort, Wanderer is recovering from his trauma of physical touch, soft wanderer,not proofread

You knew what happened to him. Why wouldnt you?

He trusted you with his life, and he knew you'd accept him, even though a part of him fears that you wouldnt. But you stayed either way.

Physical touch wasnt a usual occurence with wanderer, its almost as if it happens once in a blue moon. From subtle pinkie linking when walking around the lush green forest in sumeru to quick pecks on the cheek before leaving your shared home and starting the day. You were patient and understanding, you always have been.

Wanderer felt like he owed you something, anything no... EVERYTHING. You turned his life around and yet he still cant seem to hold your hand longer than 10 seconds, and cant even handle a hug for more than 3 seconds despite being together for 6 months already. Youve always been so kind, it scared him a little.

One evening, wanderer walked to your room and stood near the doorframe.

"Dear? Whats wrong? Why are you standing there?" Ripping your gaze away from the book you were reading and setting it down near the bed side table. Wanderer hesitated for a bit, wanting to say something and yet the words doesnt seem to come out of his mouth at all.

You understood, as you always have. Standing up from your bed you walked towards him "somethings bothering you, you dont have to tell me. We can sit together by my bed and I'll hold your hand" your gaze softened and you smiled a bit when he nodded to your suggestion.

The puppet walked behind you as you both sat down at the edge of your bed. It was a comfortable silence between you both. It was times like this that made wanderer appreciate you more and more. Without words, you always knew if something was wrong. When his pride wont allow words to spill, his body language will do the talking. And you knew.

After a little while, you felt a gentle yet hesitant hand slither towards your own hand and held it lightly, as if it wad afraid to scare you off. Of course you understood and held his hand in the same manner but only, with a slightly tigher grip. (This is his first time initating physical touch eith you) As if to reassure him that you are there with him at that very moment, and you arent leaving anytime sooner.

He tightened his grip on your hand more and finally made eye contact, one that was filled with fear, confusion and a hint of comfort. "Im... Im sorry I never hold you for more than a few seconds. I just.. Im..."

You pressed your forehesd on his "You dont owe me anything dear, Im doing this because I love you. I understand what you went through, and we can hesl together. Im never leaving you"

"You better not be fucking with me." He laughed slightly while shaking his head.

You smiled at his small laugh "Of course not love"

With those simple words, words he has heard a million times ever since he was with you, his heart finally believes in you just a bit, enough to let himself break loose and embraced you, and he made it seem like he wasntt going to let go for a while either.

6 months of trust for a hug in the night sky, with the breeze blowing softly was worth it. And you'd spend 6 months more if it means he'll trust you completely to be able to hold you without remembering the past.

You just finished shopping around the markets in sumeru city and decided to stop by in Ruspa cafe to have a little chat with the manager, Enteka. After a while the convo shifted to sweets and ended up with Enteka making a copy of their baklava recipe for you. Of course you were never in the position to say no to that.

"No problem (name)! If you need more tips for the perfect consistency just drop on by here and I'll let you know" Enteka replied while waving her hand as you left the cafe with a smile.

Since your day was pretty much free, you decided to start on making those baklavas as soon as possible.

Hours have passed by and your whole kitchen suddenly smelled sweeter than it did before, making you drool at the aroma of sweet pistachio flavoured baklava baking in your oven. You carefully followed Enteka's recipe as well as the tips she gave you as she was handing you the copy of the recipe and ut seems like the baklava was a success! Slowly taking it out from the oven, you checked the overall look of the sweet snack.

"Seems alright.." mumbling to yourself and decided to take one of the baklavas from the tray and taking a bite, you knew you were suppose to let it cool but the sweet smell and the overall look of the baklava madd you impatient. Of course you blew on it a little so it wouldnt completely burn your tounge.

"Mmm! Kaveh would love this Im sure of it!"

As if right on queue you heared a knock on your door. With the way the person on the other side knocks, you knew it was your boyfriend, Kaveh. You both agreed to have a specific way, or a specific rhythm of knocking on each others doors so it wouldnt alarm the both of you.

Quickly setting the baklava down you hurried to the front door and opened it with a smile "Kaveh! What brings you here?"

"Oh just wanted to drop by my lovely girlfriends house of course, you should know that I like doing that by now love" he rolled his eyes sarcastically at your comment making you giggle.

"Oh really? I dont remember at all" egging the blonde man on, he knew you liked teasing him by acting dumb or being "forgetful" of his small antics so he acted as if he was wounded with your words

"Oh (name)! How could you? My poor heart is wounded that you dont remember" he emphasized the word "wounded" as he held his chest as if his heart was actually in pain.

"Oh noo! Kaveh! Im so sorry, how could I ever make it up to you?"

The man grinned, his eyes shining as he did so "well, I think a kiss would heal my broken heart my love..."

Laughing at his sudden switch in mood, you pulled him into a long passionate kiss. After a while you pulled away, seeing your boyfriend with wide eyes as he licked his lips

In a daze the man broke the silence "You taste sweet.... I mean you always taste sweet but.. sweeter this time"

"Oh it must be the baklava I made before, would you like to try some? I was planning to give some to you anyways"

"I just want you" without letting you process what he said the man tackled you into another kiss, in an attempt to taste more of the sweet flavour that lies on your lips.

The sweeter the better.

Rainy day

The sky went dark and drops of water started coming doen, hitting any surface they saw, as more time passes, the more droplets came down, and the heavier the rain got.

Seeing the rain pour down, you decided to go out of your house and stand out in the rain. Its been years since you last did this, so coming out and feeling the drops of water fall down to your skin, drowing your thoughts away and appreciate the sounds the rain made feels all too nostalgic for you.

You missed the feeling of feeling like a little kid again, missed getting drenched in water and play in small puddles of water. But you knew you had to make it quick, or else your boyfriend will berate you with words and insults that doesnt have an effect on you. Youre used to how he talks, in fact, you knee that his insults is just a way to make up for the fact he physically cannot make it seem like he cares for you.

You stared up to the sky, eyes closed and smiled as you thought of your wonderful boyfriend and all the memories youve created with him. "Oh Kuni, you truly are the love of my life" mumbling to yourself, as you embraced mother nature and all that she has to offer.

"What are you doing?!" A loud voice came from behind you, taking you off your train of thoughts.

It was your boyfriend, eyes wide as if he was mortified seeing you drenched in water without an umbrella, looking unbothered. "What do you think youre doing out here in the rain? You'll get sick idiot! Or have you forgotten youre a human?" He put much emphasis on the word human.

You smiled at him, arms wide open "Im embracing the rain love! Rainy days are the best! Come join me wont you?"

He looked at you, completely shocked and almost offended. How dare you act so calm when there is a high chance of you getting a cold? Are you truly not aware how fragile a human could be?

The wanderer was about to retaliate to what you said, but was cut off with the sight of you laughing to your hearts content, kicking the puddle, twirling around.

His mind went blank

You were beautiful. Utterly beautiful, embracing mother nature without a care in the world. It got the puppet thinking how lucky he is to have such a wonderful girlfriend like you.

Wanderer stood there in the rain, admiring you "just for a minute, and Im coming to drag you back in the house" he mumbled to himself, yet truthfully he hinself knew that he wouldnt drag you after just 1 minute anyways.

When he saw you stop twirling around in the rain, panting for air, did he intrude in.

Gently pulling you towards him under his hat acting as an umbrella, not caring if his clothes got drenched in the process.

You both made eye contact, you still panting for air, and him simply not breathing at all just listening to the sound of your heartbeat.

Without words being exchanged, you both leaned in for a kiss. Passionate and soft, and you pulled away from the kiss to look at him

"Thank you for being here with me Kuni" you placed a hand on his cheek and leaned for another kiss.

The rain still pouring down and everything was moving so fast, and yet, to the both of you, the moment you both were in felt like it was moving in slow motion.

As if the world truly was just yours

Just for today, on that rainy day.

You were exhausted, tired and sleepy. Your sleep schedule has gone haywire and you barely remember the last time you actually slept on your comfy bed instead of your wooden desk, stacked with papers

Working on papers for the akademiya was fun at first, but slowly became unbearable. Your papers were getting rejected left and right, making you think you should just quit being a student in that horrid school all together.

You knew better than to do that, being a scholar was your dream since you were a little girl. You simply couldn't give up now.

Being focused on forcing your eyes to stay open, and trying hard to not make your handwriting sloppy. You didnt realise a certain fennec fox leaning against the doorframe of your room. He knew you'd been working day and night to submit a paper that was deemed worthy by the akademiya in fact, he saw you from your window earlier that day still reading notes and writing them down.

The fox looked at you from behind, not saying a word not wanting to disturb your state. He softened his gaze and slowly walked towards you

"Sunflower, its time you go sleep. Youve been on your desk since 5 PM, come on lets go" placing his hands gently on your shoulders in fear of startling you.

"Hmmm" was your response, not looking away from your paper and reference documents. You CLEARLY werent listening to him and you CLEARLY wont end up sleeping

Your halfassed response caused ypur boyfriend to frown and scoff. Looks like you've awaken his sassy personality now.

He pushed your chair away fron the desk, making you face him "youre not listening to me dear"

Without letting you spit back a response or give another excuse the man carried you bridal style and made his way to your bed

"Tighnari let me go! My paper isn't finished just let me-"

"No. No means no. Did you not hear me? Youve been working since 5 PM its almost 12 and if I dont stop you now youll probably work till next morning." He cut you off and placed you down on your bed

Him cutting you off made you sigh. You knew he had a point, and you were too tired to fight back anyways.

"Look, I know finishing that paper is top priority to you, but taking care of yourself is more of a top priority love. I dont want you getting sick that will be a big problem"

You stayed silent, looking down at your hands, playing with your finger nails. It was pretty much a habit you did when you didnt know what to say or do. A habit Tighnari is all too familiar with

He kissed you on your forehead and leaned his forehead on yours "please just rest up. Im worried about your health sunflower" his voice was filled with uncertainty that you'd take his advice to heart and boarderline upset that you're exhausted, working day and night in end.

Your eyes widen slightly before you smiled a bit, placing a hand on his cheek, carefully and weakly caressing it. "Alright Nari, you win." You started before pulling away and looking at him still smiling

Your eyes showed evidence of fatigue and yet, a hint of shimmer in your eyes still remain, reassuing Tighnari that the "you" he knew was still there.

He tucked you into bed before sliding in and cuddling with you

He was falling for you already

He built up the courage to finally talk to you after Beidou introduced him to you

He was pissed, thinking it was his old teacher or the grand sage trying to persuade him to come back to the akedemiya

Tighnari clicked his tounge as he placed his pencil down and walked outside mentally prepating himself to hear the same old boring words from those damn scholars

Imagine his surprise when he saw you looking around the view of gandharva ville and its architecht

He was dumbfounded, eyes widen and jaw almost hitting the ground

You finally looked at him and smiled "Tighnari! Its been a while! How have you been?"

He stood there stsring at you wondering to himself "have you always been this pretty?"

Since its been months or maybe years since you both last had a conversation face to face, you obviously changed physically. But he hoped you havent turned into those crazy for knowledge scholars

You looked gorgeous, your smile reaching your eyes, clothes neat and proper, and you smelled like fresh picked sumeru roses. Although you didnt change that much, its the little detailes he notices.

"Tighnari?" He blinked a couple of times and started to get flustered

Didnt realise he was staring at you for so long "sorry! Im just shocked to see you here in gandharva ville. What brings you here (name)?"

You giggled, and gosh he was starting to feel his cheeks burn "whats wrong with just visiting my favourite tutor ever? Its been a while anyways so I wanted to catch up and make up for lost times" you walked closer to him

He rolled his eyes and cleared his throat "For your information missy, I was your only tutor." Making you roll your eyes, ah yes, that oh so familliar sassy personality you missed seeing

"Yeah yeah whatever Tighnari, so what do you say we go out and grab a bite hm?"

You were a new recruit in the doshin hired by Kujou Sara

And because of that, she thought that you would be a perfect partner for that walking headache (as she calls him) Shikanoin Heizou.

With your personality, she knew you'd be able to keep that young boy in check and actualy do his work.

Heizou saw you in Kujou Sara's office one day when the Tengu called him over

Ever since then you both started working together

It wasnt easy at first, he thought having a partner wasnt really needed unless he felt like it

He liked working alone most of the time and likes to work at his own pace

Having someone appointed to him especially personally by Kujou sara was like her own way to get him a babysitter

You were having troubles yourself, you knew he liked to wander off and ramble about the most complex things ever but you didnt realise it was to THAT extent

The amount of times you lost him in crowds, forests, mountains or anywhere in general was baffling

But after a while, you both started to remember each others personality, pattern and more

You both became an infamous duo

Heizou started enjoying your company and you did as well

Whenever you'd take leave (personal matters or sick leave) he'd start to get upset and felt as if he lacked something

You were his other half

He started to realise how much he truly loved your presence and started to notice the little details and habits of yours, and started to appreciate that you understood his rambles unlike everyone else who looks at him weirdly

Could you blame him? He is a detective, being observant was one of his many charms anyways

He wasnt stupid, he knew that he was developing feelings for you

(For background you both kept your marriage a secret when at work because he doesn't wanna deal with people yelling and shouting at him all stunned and confused abt him having a wife)

You started bringing him food from home as you found out that he has been consuming an unhealthy amount of convenience store food

You scolded him at first then the next morning he was met with the sweet aroma of chicken katsu and curry layed out in a bento box on the dining table

He thought it was for you and you worked as well

But got confused when he saw you coming out of the kitchen still in pyjamas and not your formal attire

"Who's this for?" He pointed at the bento while looking confused

"For you silly" you replied "I wasn't kidding when I said I'd start making you bentos" you added before disappearing to the kitchen again.

He was stunned and lost for words but he brought the bento anyways

When it was lunch time in his office, his coworkers came up to him and asked if he wanted to buy some food down by the convenience store as they always did

Scara declined the offer and took out the bento you prepared for him

He got looks from his coworkers "holy shit you brought a bento from home??"

"Damn lets see what you got open it open it!"

Out of all the people in the office, he was the last person they'd expect to bring a bento from home

Scara opened it and revealed the neatly arranged chicken katsu curry.

The sweet aroma of curry made his coworkers drool

"Wow Scara this looks amazing! Who made this for you?" "Your mom?" The other asked

Scara smiled slightly while still looking at the bento "my wife"

From then on he demanded* (begged) you to make him more bentos and make them as creative as possible

Not to mention he liked to drink so it was double the money spent

Kissing him on the cheek while handing it to him you said "for lunch today, have fun at work! Say hi to the rest for me love"

He didnt mind, both you making him a bento as well as giving him a kiss on the cheek

When lunch time came around he indirectly kept on mentioning how his lovely girlfriend made lunch for him and how much he loves his beautiful girlfriend

Itto doesnt have money, and he doesn't cook. He usually depends on his gang to bring food for him when they meet up or ask Shinobu, but when they forgot or simply didn't come to the meeting, he was left starving for the whole day

He couldn't ask granny oni as well as she lived far away from the city

And even if she did, he'd feel bad about it

When you started dating him, and found out about how he kept skipping meals you decided to surprise him by whipping up a bento for him

He liked food with meat and lavender melon so you tried your best to incorperate those 2 together

He watched you as you made his bento early in the morning

Peaking from over your head (tall oni) from time to time watching in awe

Practcially gets giddy when youre finally finished and held the bento box like it was the most precious thing on earth

Brags about it to his fellow gang members

"Oh my beautiful gorgeous stunning amazing jaw dropping awesome GIRLFRIEND made me a BENTO BOX for lunch today, she made me a delicious BENTO BOX-" SMACK! Was the sound that came about when Shinobu slapped his head

The gang was hapoy for him though, as they felt guilty when they werent able to feed him

They felt at ease knowing he finally had someone feeding him

That loud ass oni practically ran around the city carrying his bento box yelling chants and praises at you and how much he loves you

When you found out what he did from the rest of the gang you gave him an earful

But flattered that he went to the public to chant his appreciation for his gf <33

As you were in a daze watching the ocean, you started to remember how he asked you to run away with him all those years ago.

"Lets run away together (name)" he said with full determination, eyes showing how serious he was but also how worried he was with how you'd take his statement. It was sudden and out of the blue and he knew

Your eyes widen "what..?" You were shocked, baffled. You didnt know what to say or do, what he said was unexpected and came out of the blue.

"You heard me, lets run away together. You and me. Far away from here, far away from the fatui." He held both of your hands and placed it near his chest as he continued "we can live in peace, we can live together forever. Im sick of this place and I want to spend my lifetime with you always"

You stared at him and started to think. Never once in your life did you think you would ever hear the 6th of the fatui harbinger, your boss, your lover, propose such an idea. The thought of running away will be risky, and if even 1 thing went wrong the whole plan will far apart which worried you. You dont know what would happen to you or him

You looked down as you thought more to yourself. Being with him is what you wanted, he was the reason being in the fatui was bearable as the days went by. Although you both had to keep your relationship a secret, running away would mean that you both wouldnt have to hide it anymore. No more sick experiments to see, no more killing people, no more orders

It will just be you and him againts the world.

You both will finally have a place to call home.

"(Name)!" A voice called out which took you off your train of thoughts. Cranking your head up to meet the voice who called out your name

The 3 of you had such a blast! It has been a while since the 2 of you have visited other nations so this was a well deserved break

Drank together, ate different dishes the city of freedom had to offer together, and made new friends

One day you met the calvary captain of the knights of favonuis while Tighnari was talking to Albedo

The conversation between the 2 of you shifted from work to animals to his title as the calvary captain

"Most of our horses have been taken in by Grandmaster Varka for his expedition however we still have around a few left here in the city just in case we need them" the captain started, "would you like to see them?"

You hesitated, a part of you didnt want to at all. You were afraid you'd break down and start remembering the past

But a part of you also wanted to, you longed to see another horse again

You longed to appreciate the way they strut, the way their mane flows when they jump, the way they look at you when you were getting ready for another competition together

Although their expression was overall the same, when you have a bond with a horse especially a strong one, their emotions as well as yours felt like they were connected

But youve avoided them like the plague

Regretfully, you said yes anyways

Your heart has won against your mind this time around

After a while the sun was about to go down and everyone was getting ready to call it a day

"Horses... I miss my horse Nari. I fucking miss him so much" you started, choking up sobs

"I miss him everyday and when I saw the horses before with Kaeya one of them looked like him and..."

"One of them looked exactly like him. I can't I regret that I wasnt able to save him Nari, Im such a bad companion. I could have done more, I could have SAVED him but I-"

But you were also happy to hear those words come out of his mouth

But realise that the first step to finally be around them comfortably was to be able to accept and heal

The sun was out bright in Liyue so you both decided to take a stroll before setting out to the sea again on the crux

At some point during your stroll a cat came to you and meowed

You stopped on your feet and looked down to see the cat starting to rub on you affectionatley

You of course bent down to give em some pets

Kazuha realised you werent on his side anymore and looked behind to see you gazing sotfly at the cat while playing with it

He cant help but think you looked cute

He walked towards you and bent down to the same level as you and watched you play with the cat

You broke the silence after a while

"I use to have a cat" still not breaking your gaze away from the cat

Kazuha looked up at you "oh really?"

"Mmhm, (gender) was beautiful, had lushious (colour) fur, ears so cute you could bite em off and eyes that when you stare at them for long enough, you could find yourself falling in love with (gender) again" subconsciously smiling when you said that

You missed your cat truly

They were your best friend

The ronin hesitated for a bit, not sure if he should ask the question that came up on his head

Without him asking you knew what was on his mind

You were getting ready for bed one night looking at the mirror while brushing your hair when he asked you laying on a futon (youre visiting him)

"Oh its just, I wanna know why you keep rejecting the offer of raising a puppy together or adopting one of the stray dogs. I mean you have such a tight bond with the dogs and you seem to favour them.. I must admit I was a little shocked when you rejected. Oh but Im not forcing you to say yes to my suggestion, if you dont wanna then thats fine its just-" he stopped talking when he saw you facing him

Your face was a little hesitant and your brows were furrowed a bit.

He could tell you were debating wheather or not you wanna tell him

Scara first saw you in the hallways of the campus, later he found out that you were actually in the same classes as him, you took the same lectures and almost had the same schedule.

When he first saw you he didnt think much, just thought you were one of the only good looking people in the whole campus, it was just admiration he told himself.

However that admiration has turned into something more as the weeks go by. One of your professors has decided to give an individual assignment requiring everyone to make a 10 minute long presentation

Scara was planning to bail on it and not come to on the d day, but found out that presentation made up 30% of his final grade and had no choice but to do it and come to class to present, much to his dismay.

On the day of the presentation, he came in early like everyone else, sat down and revised his presentation. He midway through checking his presentation Scara decided to just play with his nails or look at the table

Because to him, the table was much more interesting to observe than anything else. in fact he'd to count all the little lines that are on the wooden table then revise his presentation.

One after another people started to present and the man started getting bored and sleepy. It felt like hours and it never seemed to end soon, Scara thought about going home and skip presenting, until he heard your voice as you started your presentation.

He verted his gaze away from the table to look at you.

With the amount of time given to present, he cant help but notice the little details from you. Your voice loud and clear for everyone to hear, confident enough to talk but, also nervous as you were subconciously playing with your fingers, eyes looking at the presentation then averting it to the audience, and the way you laughed, trying to answer the professors questions. The way your voice sounded sent butterflies to his stomach and he doesnt know why.

This was the only time he listened with full attention to someones presentation and he couldnt give an answer to why.

His attention was completely on you for a solid 10 minutes, only stopping when your presentation was finished and you were sent back to your seat.

Even then, his eyes followed your figure until you sat down,

The violet haired man sat a few rows behind you, and even if he couldnt see your face, his eyes never left your figure until the end of the lecture.

Whenever he knew you and him had class together, he would quickly get ready and make his way towards the campus. He took note that you always came 5 minutes after him, so next time he decided to come 5 minutes later than his usual time, just to be able maybe cross paths with you in the campus hallways. It never worked though, much to his dismay.

Thats alright, he'll try again, maybe he needs to find you not in the lecture room but during break time.

"1st times the charm" he'd mumble to himself.

Even so, during breaktime, if he just so happens to see you something would ALWAYS go south. Example, Scara sees you alone on a table outside, revising some notes? He'll muster up the courage to talk up to you. But he could never reach you without something fucking his plan.

One time he finally found you and his gaze never left you, meaning he wasnt aware of his surroundings. He tripped on a rock and fell face first. Immediately after he tripped and got stares from people around the man left, face completely red from embarrassment, hoping you didnt see the whole fiasco happening in front of you.

"2nd times the charm." He told himself one day, as he was getting ready for the day.

Well boy oh boy was he wrong. He saw you in the campus cafe drinking (beverage of choice). Again, his gaze on you and what happened this time? He bumped into someone, making their coffee ruin his outfit.

"FUCKING HELL!" Everyone quickly tried to find the source of such a loud scream, which means you did as well.

When he found out everyone was staring at him including you, he froze, looked at the person who's coffee spilled all over him, looked at everyone else, then at you and ran out again face red.

"....okay that was weird" you'd mumble to yourself, before focusing back to your laptop. You swore you saw his face somewhere, and tried to find out exactly "where" was.

Scara ran to the bathroom and hid in one of the stalls, not even bothering to clean up the coffee stain on his shirt.

The man was utterly and completely embarrassed by what just happened. He simply doesn't know if he has the guts to come to another class next time around when he is bound to meet you again. Because there is no way that you won't recognize his face after that whole Fiasco.

Few days have gone by and Scara was close to just giving up. During lecture, he made sure to sit far far in the back where the possibilites of you seeing his face is close to 0.

Even after just a few days his mind was still replaying the scene in his head over and over again to the point where he could probably describe every single detail in a heartbeat.

There was no way 3rd times the charm.

Instead of going to the campus Cafe this time around he decided to go to a nearby cafe which was just a few blocks down the street.

He knew that you wouldn't be here anyways as you are usually in the campus Cafe. He was positively sure that he wouldn't see you here

But just as luck has it of course whatever he said wasn't true because the moment he heard a familiar voice he knew it was you instantly. Either way he looked up to see if it was actually you, praying it wasnt and he was just hallucinating.

Lo and behold, there you were, in the cashier ordering a drink.

Scaramouche started mentally kicking himself and started cussing at the world for doing this to him. He felt like, no, he KNEW that the world was mocking him for what happened to him and wanted to see it happen again live.

He wanted to leave but before he could he heard your voice starting to panic. Because he heard you panic his head whips back to you to see what the fuss was about

What he saw was you rummaging through your bag to find something which he could only guess was your wallet and in fact he wad right.

"Shit! I forgot my wallet!!" You said, panicking as you were worried you were holding up the line. You kept trying to find your wallet but to no avail, so you decided to cancel your drink and run back to your dorm to get your wallet and buy a drink in the campus Cafe instead.

Before you got the chance to cancel your order and apologize to the person behind the cashier Scaramouche whipped up his credit card and paid for your drink. The person behind the cashier took his card and ringed it up meanwhile you stared up at him and complete shock.

After the transaction was done and Scaramouche got his card back only then did you started talking

"y-you didnt have to that sir..." you mumbled a bit, mentally punching yourself for letting a stranger pay for your drink because you forgot your damn wallet.

Scara looked at you and shaked his head "it's no problem"

You widened your eyes as you finally recognize who this man was. You remember that he was in your lecture class and you paid attention to his presentation assigned to all of you a few weeks back. Although the way that he presented his presentation wasn't all the best, because he seemed uninterested and wanted to get the hell out of the class fast (which was true) you were enchanted by the way his voice sounds, and how attractive he looks.

You also remembered the incident inside the campus cafe, when he suddenly screamed out "FUCKING HELL" which shocked everyone.

Pointing at him, with curious eyes you asked him "Werent you the guy who screamed out in the campus cafe few days ago??"

With the way that he looks, and the way that he presented himself, you were sure he was going to cuss you out or gaslight you into thinking that never happened but instead you were met with him getting all flustered, taking you by surprise.

"Uhm. Maybe well uh... nevermind that. We dont talk about that okay? That never happened ever" he replied getting more and more red by the minute just thinking about it.

You laughed and nodded "well alright then, Im (name) ive also seen you in class before but nrver got your name"

God your laugh was attractive, he thought to himself before clearing his throat "Scaramouche."

Ayato was called to the tenshukaku to meet up with Kujou Sara, future head of the Tenryou commission

When he first arrived there, from the corner of his eyes he saw you, sweeping up the floor near the entrance to the tenshukaku

When he wanted to get a full view of you, you were already gone

"Strange" he thought to himself before making his way to the Tenryou commission's headquarter

Few hours passed and the meeting came to a close

By then Ayato was already walking away from the tenshukaku

He was still thinking about the girl he saw from the corner of his eye

As if right in cue, you appeared again not in front of him no, but still in the tenshukaku walls watering the plants while humming

He looked behind when he heard a lovely voice coming from inside the Tenshukaku

And he saw you

You must be new because the head of the kamisato clan has never seen you once everytime he visits the Tenshukaku

So the head of the Kamisato clan was finally walking in the streets of Inazuma, smelling the aroma of freshly cooked food

Admiring the people gathering up in all the stalls to by some vegetables and fruits

While he himself decided to buy boba as he waits

Not so long after he heard someone call out to him

He saw Thoma and Ayaka waving at him, and he saw a 3rd person hiding behind Thoma both hands on her thighs, smiling and looking down as if a sign to show respect

Her features were covered by Thoma so Ayati couldnt really tell

"My Lord sorry we took so long, I got so immersed in teaching her about cleaning and cooking I didn't see the time" Thoma started before moving away slightly to dully reveal who was behind him

"This is (name) the new housekeeper for the Tenshukaku, Kujou Sara wanted me to teach her the basics and the tips and tricks so I couldnt decline the offer"

Ayato's eyes widen a bit as he recognised you in an instant

He thought you looked more stunning face to face

you raised your head to make eye contact with him and bowed again once you introduced yourself "Hello Lord Ayato, I am (name), I hope you dont mind me coming here with Lady Ayaka and housekeeper Thoma, Thoma insisted that I come here to meet you"

Ayato loved how you spoke, it was gentle and soft, although something tells him that when you both get closer, your personality might change when you get comfortable around him

After that, you watched as childe enjoyed his meal and talked for a bit

Eddie of course, was just as happy as the other members of Welcome Home. Being the Mailman, he told you that once your belly grows big and you can no longer walk, he'd be happy to deliver your mails and or deliver things to you.

It was delightful having so many wonderful and kind neighbours all around you! And having a wonderful husband made your pregnancy journey fairly easy despite its occasional ups and downs throughout the 9 months.

It was around the time the Raiden Shogun declared the vision hunting decree, and right after Kazuha's dear friend Tomo passed trying to withsand the musou no hitotachi.

You were away for training with your teacher. And as you walked home you heard of the commotion on the streets

"That guy died from the Shogun's strike" "what was he thinking?! He is obviously no match for the Shogun"

Hearing all of the whispers made you a little worried. And something told you that it was terrible news. What if that was someone you knew personally?

Assuring yourself that it's probably just some stupid samurai off the streets is what you did. Trying to block out all the whisperd and worries of the city folk.

Until you heard his name from a group of people talking about what just happened. "...Kaedehara...."

Your boyfriend who you haven't seen since this morning. You stopped on your tracks and turned around hoping you heard that wrong.

"What did you say?"

"Pardon?" The person asked.

"The name." You repeated "the name you mentioned before, what was it again?"

"Kaedehara. Kaedehara Kazuha?" The person said confused by your expression growing more and more distraught by the second

"What happened to him? Did he..." you couldnt even get yourself to finish that sentence. You didnt want to believe that HE was the one who challenged the Raiden Shogun

"No dont worry (miss/sir) it's not him who died. Its another guy, but Kaedehara was seen on the scene taking the dead vision and running off. From what I've heard he's running away right now"

Without wasting another second you booked it to the nearest port. You had no idea if he was going to be there as he escaped but it's worth the shot anyways.

Panting and gasping through the bamboo forest while thinking about the fate of your boyfriend isn't the best combination.

"What if he got caught?" "What if he already left?" "What if that stranger was mistaken?" The what if questions were not helping you at all.

So all you did was to hope. Hope that he is still alive, hope that he is still in Inazuma

Your legs were killing you and your lungs feel like they're about to explode if you don't stop running. But you can't

As if the Archon's heard your prayers, all of a sudden you hear a guard shouting in a distance "Kaedehara Kazuha you're under arrest under the vision hunting decree!"

"It's him! He's still here!" Relieved he hasn't made it out of Inazuma yet, you started running even faster to the scene.

When you got there you saw Kazuha fighting a bunch of the Shogun's guards left and right. "Kazuha!" You shouted out in relief, as you drew out your katana (sword) and began helping him fight.

You bear no vision, but the adrenaline was pumping into your veins you didnt give a second thought and dove into the fight.

"(Name)??" Kazuha turned around to look at you for a split second. Honestly if it werent for the current condition youre both in, he'd hug you real tight

"How did you find me?" He asked before turning his head around and defend himself from the guards.

"I heard from the city folks hat you ran away after a man died from the musou no hitotachi" you responded, blocking a strike from another guard.

He made a mental note to explain to you the story after the fight is over.

Speaking of which, the fight lasted for quite sometime until all of the shogun's minions were down.

You turned around and hugged Kazuha, throwing your weapon onto the ground.

"I'm so glad youre safe Kaz" you burried your bead into his shoulder, still panting from all that fighting, adrenaline and running.

Kazuha was panting as well, hugging you tighter like never before and kissed your forehead softly "Me too (name), I'm so sorry I didn't come to you sooner and told you anything. Everything happened so fast, I had to leave before I got caught."

You pulled away from the hug and smiled at him softly, your breathing becoming more stable after a while "That's alright, I found you just in time-"

Something was moving behind Kazuha and you couldn't make it what it was until you could.

It was the Shogun's guard again, with a bow and arrow... aimed at Kazuha's back. Your heart dropped

before the guard should release the arrow you pushed Kazuha away and took the hit.

The arrow ended up piercing your shoulder which earned a shout from you. It hurted like hell and blood started flowing out of your shoulder by the minute.

At first you felt dizzy from the blood loss and then everything went dark. You were going in and out, Before you blacked out completely, the first time you saw Kazuha charging up to the guard and fought him. The next time you saw him picking you up bridal style

And the last thing you heard was " (name) Don't you dare leave me!"

The first thing you saw when you woke up was a wooden ceiling above you. "Where am I?" You sat up and hissed from the pain on your shoulder. You took a look at thr soirce of the pain and to your surprise, the wounded area had been wrapped with a compression bandage.

Looking around at the area you realised you ended up on a ship. But how?

Before you could ask more questions, the door in front of you opened, and standing there was Kazuha. The man saw that you were awake and sped walk towards you.

"You're awake! Thank goodness. Don't worry everythings alright. We're on a ship of a pirate captain from Liyue and she got her crew to help stop the bleeding on your shoulder."

Ah, he basically just answered the questions that were popping up in your head. "Looks like we'll have to thank this pirate captain for her hospitality"

You looked at the current condition of your lover. His shoulders were tense and his lips forced into a small smile.

You could tell it was so that you wouldn't be alarmed. And you could tell he was still shaken up by the stunt you pulled earlier.

"I'm sorry my love, for scaring you like that." Placing your hand on his shoulder, then slowly making your way up to his cheek. "I'm safe, youre safe. That's all that matters."

You could see his eyes softening and his shoulders becoming less tense

"Youre right... youre right. You just got me worried back there. I was afraid I might lose you too." He whispered softly, cupping his hand over your hand.

Subconciously he gripped your hand hard enough to make you notice but not hard enough to hurt you.

He didn't have to elaborate any further for you to realise that his dear friend was the one who died.

"I won't leave you here alone dear. That's a promise." pulling him into a hug, which he reciprocated quickly

"What now?" Is a question you both will figure out later.

Right now, the only thing that matters is the two of you.

SCARAMOUCHE/ KUNIKUZUSHI ¤ The Balladeer

Being the Balladeer's assistant was no easy job

Literally.

Having to deal with his yelling, degration, mocks, (tantrums) and bad temper required patience. Lots of it

But no matter how many times he left you out in the snow to freeze, or mocked you in front of everyone, you stayed by him. Honestly no one understood how and why (and neither did Scara but he would never question it)

Partially because the pay is good (the harbingers decided to pay you extra because youre dealing with Scaramouche), partially because you don't get treated as half as bad as his subordinates and because sometimes he isn't so bad in general.

What I mean by "not so bad" is that sometimes, barely, but once in a blue moon. He shows that he cares and appreciates your help and loyalty.

When he was sent out on a mission to Inazuma, you couldn't come to help him due to unfortunate circumstances. He was pissed to say the least

surprisingly not at you but at the higher ups for not allowing you, his assistant to come

he brought you a souvenier from Inazuma. Nothing much and nothing grand, but it is something from your boss so you treasure it.

Another time you got sick with the flu, at first he was pissed (when is he not 💀🖕) but then at night, he came over to give you some soup

By the Balladeer's words it is to "Make you get better soon so you can work again. I can't manage all this shit by myself"

Which you translated it to "I miss your company and I need your help with my tasks"

Either way you appreciated his kindness.

Scaramouche and you were sent out on a mission together to the chasm. Usually they wouldn't send the harbingers down there, but an important relic from an unknown lost civilization was found, and the fatui wants to study it.

As the 2 of you were down there, all you (other than trying to find the relic) did was listen to his occasional rants and curses to the other harbingers for sending him on this mission.

"Annoyed as always" you rolled your eyes.

When the relic was found and secured safely, the two of you nodded at each other as a sign that you both should head out as soon as possible

Luckily Scaramouche and you didn't run into any enemies which was....

"Strange" you mumbled to yourself, brows furrowed and eyeing the caves

"What is?" taking a glance behind to look at you as he was right in front of you

"It's just that we haven't bumped into any monsters or enemies during our time here." You started

"There's always enemies down here at the chasm"

Scaramouche shrugged at you "Maybe theyre taking a nice long nap, or maybe they know their place and not to mess with us." He was half sarcastic and half serious. Either way, he wasn't bothered by this at all

You nodded at him. Not necessarily because you agree with him

But mainly because you're quite unsettled about the whole situation to the point where you'd just hope he was right

Something must be wrong with the universe because not long after, a mob of hillichurls showed up

Scaramouche groaned, getting ready to fight "Great you jinxed it."

They were just a bunch of hillichurls so it really didn't take long for Scara to handle it while you guard the relic

"Let's just get out of here before I have to deal with those i-" before your boss could finish his sentence an abyss herald showed up

When it showed up, you drew out your weapon getting ready to fight. He was no easy foe and even if you knew Scara could handle it...

Something was telling you thing's were about to go south.

You and him started fighting the Abyss enemy

Scara with his electro powers and you with your (vision of choice)

"Hey (name) fuck off I can handle this myself you know?!" He shouted at you

"No you can't Scaramouche!" You retaliated, not listening to another word he says because you were getting more and more pissed by his antics "Just shut up and let me help!"

With the way you disobeyed his orders AND talk back at him got him taken aback and angry at you

"Why this little bitch!" He wanted to say

Scara just gave the abyss herald an opening to launch an attack at him

"Scara watch out!" Luckily you saw right on time and threw yourself in front of Scara to protect him

The attack was so bad you started coughing out blood from the impact. Everything started to become blurry and you lost your balance and strength, dropping your weapon in the process

Before you blacked out you heard Scara scream out something you couldn't quite make out and then... total darkness.

"Don't you dare leave me here!" Echoed in your mind before you awoke in a bed in a strange place. This wasn't Snezhnaya and you know it.

"Where am I? And who said that sentence when I was asleep?" You asked yourself, slowly sitting up from the bed with a groan.

The door on your right opened and in came your boss

"Scara..!" You managed to say. Your voice came out soft and sort of like a wheeze. The impact of the attack seemed to affect your ability to talk as well

"Shh. Don't talk. The doctor said your vocal cord needs rest." Making his way to your bed, and sat by the edge

You closed your mouth but it was clear you had many questions. Scara frowed a little but started answering the questions he knows you'll anyways

"We're still in Liyue. I managed to carry you out of the chasm and the relic I handed off to some fatui members I saw on the way to the doctor.... and you've been out for 3 days now. I was..." he paused and looked away

"Starting to get worried." You didn't have to see his face to know that his expression softened.

Now it all makes sense, you now know what Scara said before you blacked out.

"Don't you dare leave me here!" It was also the sentence that echoed in your mind while you were asleep.

You knew long ago that the all so scary Balladeer had developed feelings for you. It was the little things he did for you that made you question but today, this whole incident made it clear to you that the 6th Fatui Harbinger harbours feelings for his assistant.

You did as well of course. Even though he was a pain in the ass sometimes, it feels as if no one understand you more than he does, and likewise.

Scooting closer to the harbinger, you brought your hand up to his cheek and made him face you.

He saw your expression and even though you said nothing, he knew what you meant. "I'm not leaving you here."

You both slowly moved closer and kissed each other, removing all the tension in the balladeers shoulder.

“Po you're back! How was the mission? Were you hurt?” you’d ask while checking his whole body for any cuts, injuries and bruises.

If you catch him come back home with an injury no matter how small, you’d yell and panic while dragging him back to the village to attend to him

Even if he tell you over and over it’s fine and that it doesn't hurt as much, you refuse to let him walk around with an injury

He loves that you care so much about him.

Po loves to bring back souvenirs for you as well when he goes out on a mission.

Be it keychains, posters, food or anything.

If he sees something cool that he knows you’d like.. he’d get it.

You appreciate all of the gifts he gives you and keep it on a shelf in your home that is dedicated to the stuff Po gives you.

Whenever he visits your place, he’d take a glance at that shelf and smile to himself.

Happy that you appreciate his gifts enough to dedicate a whole shelf for it.

Po makes some of the best noodles in the village

He is the son of Mr. Ping, the goose who owns the best noodle shop in the valley

Whenever you both decide to have a chill date, you’d both go up your favourite hill and enjoy some of Po’s noodles

“Po seriously you can do EVERYTHING! Kick butts, save the world and make noodles!” you praised him, while gulping down his noodles

“Nahhh my dad makes the best noodles, but I am very good at kicking butts and saving the world" he chuckles, acting all so humble.

You don’t argue though

because even if he thinks he doesn’t make the best noodles, he is right about being good at his job as the dragon warrior.

Po also appreciates that you don’t date him just because he is the dragon warrior.

You don’t treat him like a trophy, make his job the main focus of everything.

You see Po for Po, and you are with him BECAUSE he is him, not the dragon warrior.

If Po starts doubting who he is as a person, you gently remind him and lead him back to the right path and show him who he truly is.

“Never lose sight of who you are, Po.”

When the valley is in danger, his very first instinct is to find you and protect you. He knows that the safety of everyone else in the valley is in good hands… paws and wings.

He’d (try) run to where you live and when he finds you he will be very relieved.

If you are unharmed this is how he’d react:

“(Name) I’m so glad you're safe” and just like you, he’d check your body for any injuries. “I’ll get you out of here okay? Just stay with my dad and I’ll find you once this is all over.”

“Okay, please be careful Po,” you nodded in agreement, holding his paws with a worried expression.

“I promise.” He would do anything to keep his promise. Po couldn't bear to break it

If you are harmed this is how he’d react:

When Po finds you harmed, be it with any of your body parts stuck under rubble or getting an injury that causes you to be in pain…

He’d panic and the anger sets in

He’d save you first, carry you bridal style and run away from the scene leaving the enemy (if there is any) with the furious 5 “You're going to be just fine (name)! I promise you so don’t leave me now!”

It’s clear in his face that he is very, very worried for you and your wellbeing

Po would put the blame on himself if he ever lost you.

Will think it's all his fault that he wasn't by your side to protect you

You being attentive as always even when in pain, realise this and gently smiled at him with all the strength you have left

“Po, I’m going to be just fine, okay? Don’t worry. I won’t leave you”

With your whispered reassurance, he becomes less tense and nods. Believing your words.

There was just no way you’d leave him here all alone. You will be with him through every step of the way, and him with you.

When everything is done and he defeats the enemy, he’ll find you ( and his dad) immediately.

Overall, Po would be a wonderful boyfriend. He may not be smart, but he does make you feel loved, safe, happy and content.

And that is truly, all that matters.
