“Baby what’s wrong?”

“The nightmares,” you said as Hoseok beckoned for you to climb into his lap, “they’re scary.”

“Want to tell us what it was about?” Seokjin asked, moving closer to you as he placed soothing pats on your head while Hoseok rubbed the side of your arm.

“It was all my fault,” you sniffed, “I was so cold, the way I looked at you and not caring about the tears slipping from your eyes. I just left. I broke up with you guys, saying I had fallen out of love because you guys weren’t there for me and that’s totally untrue. You know I love you right? I’d never leave this relationship. Yet the way I felt nothing in that dream, the emotionless eyes I gave you and that slap.”

You quickly grabbed Jimin’s hands, tears falling. “Minnie, I’d never hit you and make you cry even more if we got into a fight, I promise you.”

“Hey, hey,” Jimin cooed as he replaced his hands to cover yours, “I know you’d never do that, baby. You can’t even hurt a fly.”

“I’m so sorry.”

“You didn’t do anything. You have nothing to apologize for.”

Brows still creasing, you shook your head. “But I feel like I have to.”

“Y/N,” the leader’s deep and calm voice made you look up at him. “We know you love us just as much as we love you. You prove it to us everyday.”

“And I promise you all do that too. I’m always feeling loved, I promise you. I’ll never leave you, not unless you want me to.”

“That, we’ll never want,” Yoongi said firmly, speaking for all of them. “You’re our baby girl, we don’t want you to go anywhere.”

“Our bond is unbreakable, baby girl.”

“And no one will take that away from us, even that dumb nightmare of yours,” Jungkook said, adding onto Taehyung’s statement.

“We promise,” Hoseok finished with a soft kiss on your head.

"Y/N!"

"Y/N, no!"

"No, no, no!"

"Please, please hold on." Two hands takes your own, engulfing it into his own big ones and you smile faintly. You always love it when they hold your hands, love it when you can feel the size difference and giggle about how small yours are compared to them. "Help will get here soon, I promise."

You frown upon hearing the crack in Taehyung's voice, not liking that at all. "Hey..." you say and their attentions are quick to fall to yours, head snapped your way, breaths held back as if too afraid that even their breathings can hinder them from hearing you. "Why are you crying?" You ask, voice so weak and frail. You wish you can see them clearly but your vision is blurry. So blurry. "Please...don't cry," you whisper. "I don't like it when you cry."

"Y/N.." They sob and sob, your body held up against them as they tremble. You've never seen them so weak, so terrified like this before. Once it happened, when you were in danger. But you were saved then so why are they even more afraid now? You'll be alright. Why must they worry so much?

"Y/N please."

What are they begging for?

"Joon.."

"My love?"

It's strange but you feel the need to say all their names. "Namjoon..Seokjin...Yoongi, Hoseok...Jimin..Taehyung....Jungkook."

"We're right here."

"We're right here, baby."

"We'll always be here, always."

They sound so desperate, holding onto you so tightly. You grunt at a discomfort at your side and hold it against your hand. It feels weird, liquid, and when you hold it up towards your face, you frown at the blurry redness. "Ah." You realize. "I see."

"No," Jungkook whimpers. "No, no."

They won't be crying this hard if it was just a minor injury, if you'd be able to make it.

"Hey," you call again, closing your eyes for a moment before opening them again and trying hard to bypass the blurry vision. It works. For a moment. "Won't you smile for me?"

They choke on sobs and a soft laugh leaves you though that gives you some more pain.

"Come on," you encourage with a small smile. "I love you, you know?"

"I'm sorry."

"For what?" You ask. "For..bringing me into this...this mess? You know I've...that I've never regretted anything. As long...as long as I was by your side. I'm....happy. So happy."

"I love you."

"I love you so much."

You hum, smiling. "Can you smile for me? Please?"

It's sad but they smile. They smile for you, hands holding onto you so tightly. But it's okay, it's enough.

"Mm...good. That's good...You've always been so....so beautiful..."

Your lids fall, closing a little more each time you blink, but you can still feel their touches, their holds.

"I love you. Love...love you.."

When your eyes close again, it is the last time they see your precious golden eyes made of the beautiful galaxy that would always light up their world.
