Seven SINS of ALASTOR

Read more below!
PRIDE: Violet is a rare color in nature. In history it was very expensive and just for the royalty. Alastor look is - of course - inspred by our all King Lucifer Morningstar!
WRATH: Red is a strong color for strong emotions. It's very eye-catching and of because of this used for warning signs. Beware the Radio Demon! I thought a lether biker suit would look good at him.
GLUTTONY: Orange is a color of joy and the sin of gluttony includes all parts of excessive lifestyle. Because Alastor is known as a canibal I gave him a bloody chef suit.
GREED: Green is usually a positive color, in particular the color of nature. The nature is rich of resources and greedy ones claim all this richness for their own. Alastor wears some kind of business style. Well, he's a deal maker!
LUST: The color of lust is discribed differently in different sources. Mostly it's described as red, but also yellow is known as the color of prostitudes. In history they had to wear a yellow belt, so everybody would know in which business they work. While I used red allready for wrath, I went with pink, which is often used as the color of love. Dod you notice the heart shaped ear tips?
ENVY: When someone falls for this sin, you say they turn yellow with envy. Sometimes green is used instead, but in the origin it's yellow. Why someone gets yellow, I couldn't find out. I made Alastors clothes nothing special, so he has more reasons to get envy and jealous.
SLOTH: There's no special color for this sin, but gray and brown is often used, because these are no bright colors, not eye-catching, just boring. I gave Alastor a hoody and sweat pants for a lazy day on the sofa.
I hope you enjoyed this lil color education my deer heathens! Have fun with your favorite sins! ❤️
I confess that sometimes I read a poem here that I like, but I don’t finish reading because I’m almost asleep or smt, but from the start I just know that I’m gonna like the rest, but I never go to my liked blogs to finish reading them because I forget 😭.
As someone who writes poetry, this feels like a sin.
Give it a try, please :3 I was so excited when I got the idea :3

7 Deadly Sins

What is Pride? I am the bride. She’s just a simple maid. It’s my day, Me she must obey. Why would she withstand?
What is Greed? I need bread, Oh there, I have it now! Wish for jam too. Just that won’t do. To have some pizza, how?
What is Lust? A kind of thirst. Oh, how gorgeous he looked! When I winked, Didn’t he blink? That’s how another got booked.
What is Envy? I’m so heavy. How come she’s all skinny? That’s not fair. I must dare, To put her in ignominy.
What is Gluttony? I love this Beanie. But I have three just like it. That doesn’t matter, I’ll buy it better And ignore the homeless on the street.
What is Wrath? Don’t come on my path, Or you will know what pain feels. Did you talk back? Now I’ll thwack. That’s how I know to deal.
What is Sloth? There’s work for both, But I’ll pretend to be sick. So you’ll do it While I just sit And my candies I’ll lick.
Biblical Sin: Not as Behavior but as Ultimate Transgression
By Author Eli Kittim
I think the Greek phrase χωρὶς ἁμαρτίας (i.e. “without sin”) in reference to Jesus in Hebrews 4.15 has been greatly misunderstood. If in this particular context the phrase “no sin” (2 Cor. 5.21) is referring to Jesus’ action or behavior, it contradicts many New Testament (NT) passages. One that immediately comes to mind is Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness by Satan. If Jesus is sinless in the sense that he is born without a sin-nature——and therefore incapable of committing a sin, as the church proclaims——then the so-called temptation of Jesus becomes absolutely meaningless because how can you “tempt” someone who, by definition, cannot be tempted? And would Jesus “be like His brothers in every way” (Heb. 2.17), fully human, if he was unable to be tempted? The answer is a resounding no! If by “sin,” the NT is referring to behavior, it would also contradict aspects of human nature and common knowledge. It would imply that in his human development, from childhood to adulthood, Jesus never made a mistake and was without error, which is patently ridiculous (cf. Luke 2.52; 18.19).
So, what does the NT imply when it refers to Jesus being “without sin”? I would like to suggest that this reference has nothing to do with Jesus’ actions or behavior but rather with the nature of his being. According to Robert Mulholland, a NT scholar, “sins” (in the plural) are behavioral symptoms whereas “sin” (in the singular), out of which these symptomatic behaviors and attitudes arise, is a question of being. In this sense, it is a throwback to the garden of eden and the “sin” of Adam and Eve. There’s no particular “action “ or “behavior” that is associated with their transgression except that they accepted the serpent’s advice and partook of the idiomatic apple. Similarly, although It would have been utterly impossible for Jesus to avoid sin as an activity or behavior, nevertheless he did not sin in his being because, during his temptation by Satan, he ultimately did not transgress the law of God as Adam and Eve had done! He kept it!
Just as “Adam’s one sin brings condemnation for everyone, … [so] Christ’s one act of righteousness brings [salvation] … for everyone” (Rom. 5.18).

What thoughts make you tear up or sometimes cry?
Well, let me share you mine…
Tears always gets into my eyes whenever I share the Gospel to a first timer in JZone.
It is not because of the sadness I get for the fact that this person has not known Jesus Christ like I do, but for the fact that I...

"It's late but I need you here
The canvas will keep all those sins soaked in its thread
I'll paint, I'll paint you a perfect portrait and cover all those flaws I never saw
So you can't leave yet 'cause if the dirt can't keep your secrets..."

October: Sloth (Sin #1)
Pronouns: He/Them
Age: Unknown
Likes: Weaving, basically hanging out with the other sins, baggy clothes
Dislikes: People making fun of his height (even though he can control it, he is normal very tall), extremely loud noises
Characteristics: He is illiterate, so he basically has this screen behind to show what he wants to say. When he laughs, the screen would prob go sth like 'AJAKDBJAKAJBDOA'.
