So basically Madison Montgomery's iconic quote happens to be so fucking applicable to the fucktastic finale to Bong Joon-Ho's "Snowpiercer" when that polar bear is all like "SURPRISE BITCH" all up in Yona's (Ko Ah-Sung) face who's all like "Whuuuuuuuuuuuuut?!" LOL.
And before you ask... YES. These GIFs I made are indeed taken from the third act of the film, so yeah. SURPRISE BITCH! ;)
This page from the first issue of the prelude mini-series to MAD MAX: FURY ROAD (revealing the backstories of both Nux and Immortan Joe) is incredibly significant because this implies so much about the resilience of the Five Wives featured in the movie.
According to official canon (since all the stories in the comic prequels were conceived by George Miller himself with help of fellow FURY ROAD writers Nico Lathouris and Mark Sexton), the Immortan gathered all the healthiest women he could find that were scattered across the Wasteland so he would be able to produce a healthy male heir given that three of his older sons were imperfect and could not carry on his twisted legacy in the desert kingdom that he created and ruled. Two (Scrotus and Corpus Colossus, pictured above) had physical deformities while one (Rictus Erectus, played by Nathan Jones in the film) had a developmental disability despite his relatively healthy exterior and physically intimidating size.
It is revealed that the first few waves of women taken to become Joe's breeders had tried and failed to sire him a healthy male child. What is troubling is the fact that Joe had imposed a strict "three strikes" policy upon them: if a breeder produced a child that had any physical or developmental imperfections, or if they delivered stillborns, or miscarried and committed any of these offences three times, then they would be cast out to languish among the Wretched populating the grounds of the Citadel.
While we will be able to find out more concrete details about the Five Wives (as well as Furiosa) in the second issue of the prequel miniseries coming out next month (to be released by Vertigo Comics, by the way), I'm now very curious as to how Angharad, Capable, Toast, Cheedo, and The Dag lasted so long under Joe's captivity and achieved the status as his "most prized breeders" considering that there was a three-strikes rule in play among his harem of imprisoned women.

AFTER AN ENTIRE SEASON COVERING THE THREE DAYS LEADING UP TO BARNEY AND ROBINS WEDDING THEY GET DIVORCED THE NEXT EPISODE ARE YOU SHITTING ME??
I'd seen spoilers and I knew they would split up but really??? They were preparing for the wedding for an entire season and then the divorce is the next episode? We didn't even get one episode of them being married??
The ending to how I met your mother is so shit. (This is a long post btw, sorry)
(Spoilers) Ted falls in love, he's getting married he's got two kids, and Robin has a job she loves plus she's been through so much character development that her and Ted don't really work anymore.
But the writers decide that they should end up together anyway. So Tracy (the mother) dies? And we only find out about that storyline from "she got sick" and "she's been gone six years now"
All because the writers needed to shove Robin and Ted back together. It could have worked but instead of taking the time to work through that really complex storyline it was covered in half an episode
It just seems so meaningless to go through the entire story leading up to how he met her, only to end it the second she meets him and leaving the last bit of the story to be "is it cool if I date your aunt Robin"
The show should have ended at 15:38 because everything after that is completely unnecessary.
Also why was Tracy only ever "the mother"? We only learn her name at the end of the last episode and every time she's in the show it's only to show Ted got his dream of a wife that has his two kids.
Season 9 should have kept the wedding to the first few episodes and then moved on and actually let us see Tracy. Let us actually see what the show was building up to for 9 seasons. And then either leave out her dying and Ted dating Robin or adding another fucking season

I remember when my partner cheated and everything little thing would trigger me into asking if that’s how it was with the girl. Anything new that he was doing or when we were first intimate after the whole thing, I wasn’t 100% there because all you can thing about is if this what the other girl was getting from him.

Crosses (COTL)
This may have some spoilers for the Unholy Alliance update, specifically the Pilgrim Pack part…
One thought I had after seeing Jalala's comic is that the crosses on the bishops' heads were more like… ¿arrows that were stuck in their heads than ornamental ornaments?
Let me explain, there is a part where Chemach tells her story and in some of her flashbacks I thought I saw a giant with his head pierced with something that looked like a very long cross and that cross looked similar to the bishops'. At least at the tip.
Someone, I don't remember who, commented that divine wounds never heal and when bishops become followers those crosses are still there…
Maybe it's not relevant.
But I wanted to share this idea since I haven't been able to get it out of my head.
