It’s not an unpopular theory at all but Kan has to be some kind of occult creature right? My theory is that she’s like this demon or spirit or whatever that was contracted by Home’s grandpa to take care of him after he passed? Like a guardian spirit or something and that’s why she was afraid of the thermal imager, since she’s not got any body heat. Because she’s a ghost.
