But the kid fails to realize their "your not my dad" argument now doesn't work on Bernard because he is, Infact their father.

So this person has opened my eyes to the wonderful world of timberkon clone baby and now I'm just imagining if Tim not only made Caden and Wendy but also made a third. Like what if Tim was tryna wrap up the cloning stuff a few years after the first clone baby was made and after Bernard joined the relationship. he's like 'I should probably take care of that' and heads back into the lab with Bernard who offered to help take it down because he was interested in the cloning science and because he knows Tim will have a hard time doing it alone. except tim accidentally starts it up instead with his and kons DNA, and Bernard who was messing around with things he shouldn't have may have thrown his DNA into the mix. now they have successfully created another clone baby with Tim, Bernard and kons DNA.

Tim and Bernard stare in shock and slight amazement at the fetus sitting in the cloning tube. Tim had forgotten the amazement of seeing life form before your eyes. he managed to pause the process before it was completed but as they look at the life they created neither Bernard nor Tim has the strength to hit the terminate button. Kon is off world at the moment and neither knows how to tell him that while he was gone another accidental clone baby was created so they kinda wait till he gets back 2 months later when the clone baby is fully developed.

The interaction is kinda like this

Kon: I'm home!!!! Hope you guys didn't do anything crazy while I was gone, no new kids right?

Kon half jokingly says counting his two kids and two husbands.

Adorable!! But consider this:

Tim does this so often that the kid believes they are not bulletproof. Like they don't have the same kind of Kryptonian power their dad has. So they are completely unaware of their invulnerability. That is until in the midst of a huge battle tim is injured. A villain is about to shoot Tim and the kid jumps in front of Tim to save their dad, only to find out that the bullet that should have gone through their chest bounced off like it was rubber. It didn't even hurt. And they then realize Tim was stupidly, albeit bravely, putting himself in danger for his kid when he was more likely to die than they would be in most of those scenarios. It adds an extra level of love and it genuinely makes the kid tear up as they realize how much their dad cares about them. They also feel a bit angry at Tim's carelessness and makes him promise not to do that again because bullets literally bounce off of them and part of the job is getting hurt every now and again. Tim reluctantly agrees (he pulls a batman and doesn't actually listen)

thinking about tim rushing between any potential danger and his basically bulletproof part kryptonian child while he himself is, you know, not bulletproof AT ALL... yeah that's some good shit right there
