✨- How did you come up with the OC’s name?
Honestly, I’ve actually had Doe for like over 10 years now (she started off as a League of Legends OC believe it or not), so 17 year old me was literally like
In all honesty, when I first made her, I kinda just came up with it on the spot, but also wanted to kinda make it flow really well.
But at any rate, the whole time I actually never did give her a middle name for years. And so 10+ years later, we now have Zoey Elain Kilduff.
Plus her name all together is just fitting of her character and appearance.
So of course, for her callsign, I ended up keeping the deer motif but had some back and forth picking which one to use for her. I almost went with “Stag”, but it just never fit; thus I ended up going with “Doe”.
Fitting for her overall appearance, but also for the fact she can run quite fast and move quicker like a doe/deer.

✂️ - What is one of your OC’s worst memories?
I would say honestly the first 14-15 years of her life were the worst memories, but that would be too broad of an answer.
My real answer would be the day she was called and told police found her mother’s body in a shallow grave in a wooded area. Doe was only 7 when her mother disappeared, and just happened to be right before she wanted to escape with her and her two younger siblings from her father’s rapidly growing cult.
She was the only one available to even do an ID of the body and Doe confirmed it, but not before having a breakdown and accepting she had such a screwed up life, this only made it worse.

I seriously had gotten hit with inspiration from You’re No Good by Linda Ronstadt for the vibe of the image
And this was the dress I referenced (which is just one of her many gothic dresses she aquired over the years)
I just had a thought of Doe accidentally freaking out the Task Force/CoD OCs whenever she has to take her prosthetic arm off to charge it since she normally does that at home but a few times it’s died on her while working on base
And even funnier is when she’s walking around base, she only has her left arm to do stuff with and anyone that sees her just stops in their tracks and is like
“Where’s her arm?!”
“Since when does she only have one arm?!”
“Has she always been an amputee?”
Got hit with another thought:
Doe can make her voice rise and lower in octave and this can also affect her accent. Think like how people who work customer service have that “customer service” voice
She typically for the most part sounds like Karen Gillan (look up Amy Pond from Doctor Who to get what I mean), but when she goes on rants/roasts, she sounds more like continentalbreakfast on tiktok

Thinking of a Doe x Ghost wedding and now I can’t decide if I want her to wear a more Romani dress, Hindi one, or a Balinese one since she is part Balinese and has Hindi relatives on her mother’s side

Ghost sighed.
‘Of course…’
He knew Doe can be stubborn at times when it came to needing assistance, being physically disabled and all. It wasn’t that he didn’t think she was incapable of doing anything with one arm, it was never like that.
He just hated that she continued to solely depend on herself for everything since day one.
Then again, he was rather impressed with how far she had come with such a setback.
Ghost looked back up at the old brick building, amazed by the fact she was able to restore such an old building and turn it into something inhabitable for herself. Too bad he knew how she got the money for it; but he understood why she didn’t like explaining it.
Ghost eventually saw movement at the oak doors and could see Doe leave her house and shot a brow up watching her close and lock her door, all with one hand.
Thinking about how after Doe’s father was finally arrested and put into maximum security until his trial, Doe and her siblings lived with their uncle once he got custody of them
Their uncle had them move to where he was living for the time being (that being Manchester), and the triplet’s first month of their new secondary school (my American ass almost said high school lol) was so rocky they were getting the blunt end of the bullying until Doe stepped up to protect her siblings once more
AND one of those days, Doe was almost ready to fight one of the bullies when one of the older student bystanders made them back off and defended Doe as he stared them down until they left
Said bystander checked to see if Doe and her siblings were okay before going back to get his little brother. She asked him, “Can you at least gimme your name?” The boy looked back at Doe asking, “Why?”
“Just wanna thank you for that,” she would say to him, making the older boy smile a little
“Simon Riley.”
