Changsheng isn't the former Dendro Archon but the Archon that is suppossed to sit on the throne now. Kusanali is only mistaken for the newborn Archon, though she is only an innocent long-lived and probably Magically talented Fae.

Alternative: The Academy knows that Kusanali is not the new archon, but has appointed her as such because an archon without divine powers is easier to control and direct.

I know that it's far-fetched. I mean why should a non divine being be able to just talk to the traveler trough pure willpower somewhere in tevyat.

Scratch that idea! My new tip for Dr. Baizhus special dish are tea eggs! They are absolutley delicious 😍 and I can imagine him loving them and being able to eat them albeit his constitution!

-I think Baizhus special dish would be some kind of gentle flavoured curry with bite sized morsels of meat. Maybe a green curry with herbs... (the meat pieces are probably made of chicken or mice)

-He also likes to share his food with Changsheng.

- He propably can't handle spicy food but is good with bitter taste

- Otherwise: he can handle spice better than xiangling and Barbara together despite his physical condition

- most of the time he can handle only broth

What does that mean in Dr. Baizhus case? Bite sized from a human perspective or bite sized from a snake one (baizhu naga theory insert)?

I'm still shocked that those sages are keeping their archon in a tomb like room in the middle of the City (the door doesn't look like it's suppossed to get open again) probably there's not even any plants in her room (would explain her weakend state).
