I'd give anything to see the first time Leia and Vader meet each other. She clearly already knows him in A New Hope. And while obviously she doesn't know ALL of his backstory until much later, we also know she knows that he's the one who tried to kill Obi-Wan at least twice already and nearly forced Obi-Wan to sacrifice his life to get her to safety.

I want Vader sashaying down a hallway in the Senate building, heading over to a vending machine or something, and for a 12 year old Leia to come up behind him and just be like "YOU. I KNOW WHAT YOU DID. And someday, buddy -- someday soon -- I'm gonna make you PAY for it. Sleep with one eye open, you TRASH CYBORG" before storming off, and for Vader to be like "well, I don't know who that was or which one of the horrible things I've done she's mad about, but I do like her energy."
